This article explores the concept of the software creation which could provide instruments of automation of execution of operations with financial instruments and the analysis of situations in the cryptocurrency exchanges for the purpose of receiving profit for successful operations on the stock exchange with minimal risks for the participant of financial transactions. The application of the created software in the transport industry is also explained.

Analysis of the characteristics of the circuit design of radio engineering devices showed the features of the process and the specificity of the sequence and methods of its decisions, especially in the initial design stages. It cannot be reduced to composing equations and finding their solutions; it cannot be reduced only to calculation by formulas too. Therefore, the solution of the problem of circuit design of the radio engineering devices is associated with the need to develop heuristic methods based on expert systems. In addition, it is necessary to programmatically implement a CAD system that can accumulate knowledge in the field of design and act as a co-designer in the process of end-to-end automated design of the radio engineering devices. All this led to the need to implement a CAD Electra, which can be used in circuit design, including educational purposes.

This paper discusses radio interfaces in satellite communications with phase types of modulation and framed signal structure. It outlines several different frequency-time synchronization algorithms of demodulator, specifies the features and conditions for their use. As a result it describes combined synchronization algorithm, which is able to work effectively in conditions of high and variable carrier frequency shift values.

The subject of this publication is to evaluate the effectiveness of the web-site. In the E-Commerce segment, this assessment is based on four indicators (metrics): the conversion metric, the time spent on the site metric, the number of refusals metric, and the number of pages viewed. For corporate sites, especially for internal websites of vehicle (high-speed trains, air buses, etc.) the conversion metric is not suitable, but all other metrics can be fully utilized. Thus, the "user’s time on the site" metric, regardless of the class of the Web site, is a critical indicator of it’s effectiveness. When the site created, you can estimate the time the user is on the site using special tools. But the same important task is to assess the temporal characteristics of the site before its creation, i.e. in the design process.

This paper investigates the design specifics of compact highly selective stripline filters based on counter-comb structures with a limited number of resonators. The selective properties of basic two-resonators counter-comb strip structures are examined. It is shown that in such structures it is possible to form a significant number of working attenuation poles at finite frequencies. The possibilities to use these structures for creating four-resonator stripline filters with additional galvanic connection between adjacent resonators, that have increased frequency selectivity without creating electromagnetic coupling between non-adjacent resonators, are shown.

With the constant growing demand of the society for information exchange the need for a rapid and significant optimization and modernization of optical transport networks increases. This paper aims to assess the potential capacity of the existing backbone network of the Republic of Burundi with the implementation of wave division multiplexing technology (WDM). For this purpose, the maximum length of the amplification and regeneration sections is calculated to determine the possibility of expanding the backbone network capacity without requirement to install inline amplifiers and dispersion compensation modules.

An algorithm for simultaneous localization and mapping of the surrounding space (SLAM) using the Microsoft Kinect multifunctional device and the Eken H9 camera has been implemented and investigated. A comparative analysis of the use of Microsoft Kinect and lidars. Describes the process of setting up, calibrating and obtaining a 3D model of the surrounding space using Kinect. Implemented monocular SLAM for use on board an aircraft. The main parameters and problems of the resulting system are investigated. The results obtained are applied on an aircraft of the type hexacopter.

This article focuses on the development of an intelligent system of detecting dangerous driving. The paper discusses the methods of designing client-server architecture for solving problems in transport. The developed system allows you to monitor the parameters of the movement of vehicles, and to identify the mode of dangerous movement. The introduction of the system will allow to analyze the nature of the movement of cars, and draw conclusions about the likelihood of getting into an emergency situation.
