The Usage of Neural Networks for Motion Prediction of Autonomous Objects 神经网络在自主物体运动预测中的应用

The problem of using neural networks to select the trajectory of an autonomous transport object as part of its control system is considered in this article. Environmental data from global and local sensors are used. A neural network is proposed to predict the movement of other road users to ensure the safety of the maneuver. A method for minimizing the functional characterizing the costs of movement is proposed. This allows the control system to work in true time.

Expansion of Radical Political Ideas in Digital Society 数字社会激进政治思想的扩张

Technological progress leads to the transformation of social environment, generating a digital society that exists in the context of new opportunities and new threats. The article is devoted to the problem of expansion of radical political ideas among the most active in the Internet space audience of young people (18-30 years). It is considered the features of digital communication channels, the main advantages of the Internet as a "space of freedom", characteristics of the political behavior of young people in digital society. Considering the new technological conditions, as well as the peculiarities of the perception of information by the youth audience, we can talk about favorable conditions for the expansion of radical political ideas among the most active users of the "digital reality". The main threats today are cybercrime, illegal trafficking in drugs and weapons, as well as the deliberate reduction of the authority of authorities at different levels, the promotion of terrorism. So, namely the youth audience is the most important target group exposed to the information impact during the hybrid wars, which is a new type of conflicts, characterized the digital epoch. It is proposed the measures to counter the expansion of radical political ideas among young people.

Spectral Efficiency of Fiber – Optic Systems Modifying Conception Advance 光纤系统的频谱效率改进概念进展

Spectral efficiency of the optical fiber within the cable construction signal transmission is being analyzed. Spectral efficiency modifying variety formed by bit/baud rate and frequency/wavelength spectrum bandwidth pairwise combining are being expanded to spatial multiplexing. Spatial – spectral efficiency category and parameter are proposed. Baud-wavelength efficiency parameter implementation is being discussed. Analytic equations are derived for signal transmission rate calculations using spectral efficiency parameter as input data. Signal transmission rate calculation examples are presented.

Blind Two Real Signals Separation Method Based on Third Order Cumulants 基于三阶累积量的盲两实信号分离方法

This paper describes a blind two real signals separation method. Blind separation implies that there is no information about the signals except for received samples. This eliminates the presence of a systematic error in determining the stirring matrix and the restoration of the original signals. As a criterion for the separation of signals in this paper, the cumulants of the second and third orders of the output signals were reduced to zero. To test the performance of the method, mixing and separation model was created, and the efficiency of the method was tested at various power levels of the intrinsic noise in the receiving channels.

A variant of code-time-division multiple access is considered. The emitted radio signal is a structured relatively short code constructions that performing a direct extension of the carrier frequency spectrum, immediately consecutive and modulating it. Herewith, the uniform amplitude envelope (modulus of the complex envelope) of the resultant group signal emitted into the radio channel is retained, if the influence of low-pass filters that limit out-of-band emissions is not included. The structure of the codes allows to implement modulation methods of the carrier frequency, similar to QAM, but more efficient. All structures include fragments of arbitrarily long code that couple them and is designed for solving a wide range of tasks related to the temporal structuring of the communication channel, synchronization, processing of multipath signals in the Rake-receiver, positioning, etc.
