Critical infrastructures of all countries unites common cyberspace. In this space, there are many threats that can disrupt the security of critical infrastructure in one country, but also cause damage in other countries. This is a reality that makes it necessary to agree on intergovernmental national views on the composition of critical infrastructures, an assessment of their security and protection. The article presents an overview of views on critical infrastructures of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the Russian Federation, the purpose of which is to develop common positions

To modern radio-electronic devices and systems for various purposes high demands are placed on the quality of operation. In particular, this applies to electronic equipment, used as a means of radio engineering support for the normal functioning of complex technical objects, the deviation from the normal mode of which is associated with increased danger. Such means include, in particular, the means of ensuring the flights of aircraft.

Technological progress leads to the transformation of social environment, generating a digital society that exists in the context of new opportunities and new threats. The article is devoted to the problem of expansion of radical political ideas among the most active in the Internet space audience of young people (18-30 years). It is considered the features of digital communication channels, the main advantages of the Internet as a "space of freedom", characteristics of the political behavior of young people in digital society. Considering the new technological conditions, as well as the peculiarities of the perception of information by the youth audience, we can talk about favorable conditions for the expansion of radical political ideas among the most active users of the "digital reality". The main threats today are cybercrime, illegal trafficking in drugs and weapons, as well as the deliberate reduction of the authority of authorities at different levels, the promotion of terrorism. So, namely the youth audience is the most important target group exposed to the information impact during the hybrid wars, which is a new type of conflicts, characterized the digital epoch. It is proposed the measures to counter the expansion of radical political ideas among young people.

The problem of using neural networks to select the trajectory of an autonomous transport object as part of its control system is considered in this article. Environmental data from global and local sensors are used. A neural network is proposed to predict the movement of other road users to ensure the safety of the maneuver. A method for minimizing the functional characterizing the costs of movement is proposed. This allows the control system to work in true time.

The modern development of radio and radar facilities leads to the need to create special radio monitoring tools to monitor the electromagnetic spectrum. In the process of radio monitoring there is a need to detect and identify (recognition) of radio sources, in particular radars. The peculiarity of pulse radars is that the emitted radar signals can have both intra-pulse and inter-pulse modulation. There are quite a number of methods for recognizing types of pulse modulation (based on artificial neural networks, logical rules base, wavelet analysis, histogram analysis). Each of these methods uses its own set of features for recognition, which are certain parameters of the registered signal or the results of their special transformations. The effectiveness of recognition methods directly depends on the set of selected recognition features. The aim of the study is to select a dictionary of informative features for recognition of the following types of pulse repetition interval modulation (PRI) signals of radar: constant, stagger, sliding, dwell&switch, jittered, sin. To achieve this goal, two approaches were used: the choice of informative features using decision trees and the synthesis of informative features using an auto-associative neural network with a narrow throat. These approaches work well at the decision of tasks of recognition of radio signals. As a basic set of recognition features, statistical features of the distribution of the values of the pulse intervals of the radar signal proposed in [13], [14] were used: J1, J2, J3, f1, f2, f3, f4, f5.The analysis of different approaches to the selection of informative features showed that the mathematical apparatus of decision trees provides a better result compared to auto-associative neural networks. It is advisable to use features J1, J2, J3, f2 to recognize PRI modulation. At the same time, auto-associative neural networks allow to minimize the feature space without significant deterioration of its separating properties. Due to the reduction of the characteristic space at the stage of pre-processing of radio monitoring data, it is possible to reduce the computing power at the stages of identification of radio sources.
