The connections between photography and film are located at an interdisciplinary intersection of the artistic languages of both media, simultaneously opposed and complementary. In this paper, we approach photography as a filmic resource tied to the detention of time and the creation of individual and collective memories in cinematic discourse. Specifically, we aim to examine the link between photography and cinema in Wes Anderson's work, taking his latest film, The French Dispatch (2021), as a case of study. Based on previous work by other authors, a model of analysis chart applicable to any film has been developed, which has allowed us to distinguish the photographic resources used by Anderson in the feature film examined. From the latter, it stands out the consideration of photography as the constitutive essence of the film through the detention of the filmic elements of the mise-en-scène. The analysis shows that the use of photography is a frequent narrative resource in Wes Anderson's films as part of the mise-enabyme and self-consciousness of representation, while at the same time presenting semiotic implications in relation to memory and time.

Mariana Rodríguez (@marianardzcantu) is a businesswoman and influencer with more than 2 million followers on Instagram. Since October 2021, she is the head of the Amar a Nuevo León office, a position she obtained for being the first lady of that Mexican state. The aim of this research was to identify what role Rodríguez played as first lady during her first 100 days in office. To do so, a sample of N=1816 Instagram stories posted on her (n=990) and her husband, Governor Samuel García's (n=826) were analysed by considering Rodríguez's actions, the people who accompanied her and the agenda of topics discussed. The results indicate that the first lady continued her work as an influencer by publishing her private life and promoting different brands. Likewise, a populist personalization was detected since her stories reflect her closeness to the mass of citizens. It was concluded that Rodríguez presented herself as a multifaceted first lady, that is, one who appears in both traditional and non-traditional roles and from a privileged position that does not question elitist frameworks.

Open access publishing has proven to be a very profitable area for all stakeholders in the academic community. However, there are still conflicting views on whether in fact there are differences in their position versus fee-paying journals. This research has been proposed to analyze the configuration of academic journals using the Scimago Journal Rank (SJR) data from the Scopus database. Specifically, we have attempted to find differences or similarities between journals that are open access and those that are not. The results obtained showed that open access journals on communication have lower citation rates and lower results in the quality indicators. On the other hand, the results have allowed us to relativise the statement that countries with lower economic incomes are more committed to the open access publication model.

Las redes sociales como vehículo del periodismo científico: ‘Scoping Review’ 社交媒体作为科学新闻的载体:“Scoping Review”

The disinformation crisis that has resulted from the consolidation of the Internet and the explosion of social networks has highlighted the importance of scientific journalism to communicate rigorous, contrasted and quality content to society. In this context, both professionally and academically level, the focus is on the discipline and, increasingly, on the role of social networks as a vehicle for promoting scientific dissemination content. This study analyzes, using the scoping review technique, the articles published on science journalism and social networks in the last five years (2017 and 2021) in order to identify research topics and trends, concerns and challenges. The study reveals the influence that social networks are having on current science journalism, highlighting their role as a channel for dissemination and interaction with audiences and engagement with new audiences. In addition to the prominence given to health, environmental and data verification issues. It also warns of the challenge for professionals to improve their performance in order to achieve effective communication through innovative channels and generate visual and interactive content.

Metodología transmedia en los grados de comunicación audiovisual en España 西班牙视听传播学位的跨媒体方法论

This paper addresses the use of transmedia narratives as a resource for the teaching-learning process in Audiovisual Communication degrees at Spanish public universities. For this purpose, a mixed research design is established, using as tools a review of the literature on the subject and a content analysis of 331 teaching guides, in which a search for related terminology has been carried out. The results indicate that transmedia narratives are underused in teaching despite the considerable scientific production that accompanies them, as only 24.1% of the subjects include a term related to them. Transmediality is not exploited as a method for facilitating the acquisition of knowledge and skills, as it appears in only 13.9% of cases. In this way, the opportunity to work on the transversality of these resources, which can promote meaningful learning and involve pupils by making them active subjects of transmedia creations, is wasted. The use of these strategies as part of the didactic tools can lead to a better use of these techniques, which are already of great importance in professional practice.

‘EDUTUBERS’. ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO DE LA COMUNIDAD ANDINA Y ESPAÑA ‘EDUTUBERS。安第斯共同体和西班牙的比较研究

Nowadays, the impact of Information and Communication Technologies on society is a fact, and education is no stranger to this reality. One of the main platforms that currently has a great impact within the educational field is YouTube, where the figure of the educational YouTuber or edutuber stands out. The objective of this paper is to find out which are the most relevant edutubers in both, the Andean Community, and Spain. To this end, a mixed methodology has been used, combining both qualitative and quantitative strategies to analyze a total of forty channels, twenty of them from the Andean Community, and twenty from Spain. Among the results obtained, it is worth mentioning that the ages of the edutubers analyzed are from 23 to 50 years old. Educational channels are under construction and have not yet reached the level of subscribers of other types of channels. In conclusion, it is important to highlight how, through edutubers and their channels, education and the way in which students approach it are changing.

Children’s preference for mobiles as a means of accessing the Internet has been globally verified. Content consumption by minors and companies’ current and future commercial interests in this age group are closely related. In addition to the technological options cell phones allow for, the personal nature of mobile use opens up strategic and ethical considerations. This becomes particularly relevant regarding the customization of content by using profiles and online behavior guidelines. This study is based on the results of a content analysis of 2,410 advertisements to which minors aged 10 to 14 and living in the Metropolitan Area of Santiago (Chile) were exposed. The aim is to detect whether socio-demographic variables influence the type of advertising to which minors are exposed. Cell phone ownership is incorporated as an element of study. Results reveal the presence of significant differences based on the studied variables. This differentiation in the advertising to which minors are exposed raises major ethical considerations.

Experiencia del uso de las TIC con nativos digitales 有与数字原住民一起使用ict的经验

Nowadays, the society is involved in Media. The students receive such amount of stimulus that it is difficult to catch their attention. The arrival of digital natives requires the integration of digital education platforms in the academic training. This proposal has been developed though a control group uses the traditional teaching method, while another experimental group incorporates the use of digital platforms. Both groups were analysed. Moreover, it has been worked with students of Primary Education through the development of a blog parallel to the textbook. Social Sciences taught as subject. In addition, the evaluation method has carried out, through the application of M-learning, thanks to a questionnaire creation platform, Kahoot. It makes easy the access to more information. As a result of the use of ICTs in class, the global vision qualifies positively the use of gamification in education. Finally, unaware of final evaluations, the students learnt without being conscious.

: In a context characterized by the culture of fear, it is interesting to know how this is reflected in different cultural manifestations, be they literary, cinematographic or videoludic. This study identifies the features and characteristics of context that appear in the mechanics, dynamics, and aesthetics of gameplay (MDA) in survival horror, a genre that places the player as a firstperson protagonist and where death is the main attraction. For this purpose, an MDA case analysis of Amnesia: The Dark Descent (Frictional Games, 2010) and Visage (SadSquare Studio, 2020) is carried out. This leads to conclusions such as the importance the player attaches to survival of fears that are not even part of the narrative or, for example, how to avoid enemies, as this is often the player's only chance to confront their fears.

In the current information society, we cannot avoid learning, we cannot avoid being connected to knowledge. Through the networks and the media, citizens have become permanent students who consume videos, podcasts and other types of audiovisual and multimedia content of an educational and scientific nature. In the same way, universities are adapting to this new media-training ecosystem that is transforming the structures, agents and processes of higher education in any country in the world. The main objectives of this research are to unravel the advantages offered by these new learning models and formats for students, professors and the institutions themselves, and to synthesize the ways of designing, producing and disseminating quality content. YouTube is a virtual classroom, social networks are scientific laboratories and audiovisual and multimedia contents are the blackboards of the present. Let's find out what this integral revolution means for our faculties.
