Digital technologies in transformation of classical retail bank into digital bank 数字技术在传统零售银行向数字银行转型中的应用

This paper consideres, proposes and describes possibilities and methods for using digital electronic technologies for transformation of classical banks into modern digital banks. Digital electronic technologies are widely used, including banking, bank operations and services as one of important sectors. Application of different types of digital technologies, including computers, computer networks, digital communication, Internet and information and communication technologies, with appropriate software, enables increasing speed, security and efficiency of all banking operations and services. It gives many benefits and advantages to the banks and to users of banking services. Way to use modern digital technologies to effectively transform classical financial data bank into digital data bank on the example of typical commercial/retail bank is proposed and described. It is also proposed organizational model of the digital bank. Advantages of using digital technologies and digital banks compared with classical banks are given.

Proposal of approach to organizational project management in the process of digital transformation 数字化转型过程中组织项目管理方法的提出

The paper presents a proposal for approach to organizational project management in permanent organizations, in the context of the upcoming digital transformation. Considering the fact that the issue of digital transformation is primarily a matter of the organization's strategy, and as the primary goal of organizational project management is the realization of it, an proposed approach represents enhancement primarily in the context of using newer achievements in project management, and consequently also changes in other areas. In addition, the role of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) has been modified and described briefly.

Uniform diffracted fields from non-conducting cylindrical surface by modified theory of physical optics 用修正的物理光学理论研究非导电圆柱表面的均匀衍射场

Modified Theory of Physical Optics (MTPO), is an innovative method by which the scattering (reflected and edge diffracted) fields can be calculated. Method is based on the current densities which are induced on scattering and aperture surfaces, stationary phase method and edge-point technique. Moreover, by MTPO edge diffraction can be found whereas physical optics has some deficiencies for this point. In this study, diffracted fields from a black cylinder have been calculated by MTPO. The obtained results have been numerically evaluated and verified with literature.

Parallel LDPC decoder implementation on a mobile GPU 在移动GPU上实现并行LDPC解码器

In this paper we explore acceleration of the belief propagation (BP) and BP-based algorithms for decoding LDPC codes, using parallel computation on graphics processing units (GPUs) for mobile hardware platform. Different modifications of BP decoding algorithm are considered in search for best error correction performance in limited decoding time. Possible combinations of decoding algorithms, number precision and compute resources were found. Error correction performance for each found combination was measured. Best combination of decoding algorithm, number precision and compute resource was found for data transmission system with LDPC coding for DVB-T2/S2 (16200, 7200) code.

Differential microwave imaging of the stroke-affected brain via diffraction tomography 通过衍射断层扫描的中风脑的差分微波成像

In this study, we present the application of one of the traditional imaging method — Diffraction tomographyin monitoring of hemorrhagic brain strokes in order to evaluate the patient's condition. A realistic Zubal head phantom is used as the model and it is illuminated by 36 line sources in different scenarios to investigate the feasibility of method. The diffraction tomography based imaging methods can be confidently used only for weak scatterers. Differential data, which is obtained by measuring scattering fields in different time steps, can be treated as a weak scatterer. In addition, we have used a lossless matching medium with dielectric permittivity of 40, which not only enhances the penetration of microwaves to the brain, but also makes the measurements in far field more reliable. Reconstructed profile is extracted from differential data by solving a linear matrix system with least square method. Numerical results demonstrate that diffraction tomography can be an alternative to the previous methods with its simplicity and fast response time.

IoT honeypot: A multi-component solution for handling manual and Mirai-based attacks 物联网蜜罐:用于处理手动和基于mirai的攻击的多组件解决方案

This paper proposes an implementation of honeypot that detects and reports telnet attacks on Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices. The honeypot operates with manual and Mirai-based attacks. A multi-component design is implemented in order to attain sufficient exposure to malicious traffic and security of collected data. Settings and additional files needed to run the honeypot are explained. Honeypot is tested using Mirai and results are discussed. After that, conclusion and directions for future work are given.

An overview of multicast routing techniques for group communications applications 组通信应用的多播路由技术概述

Forming a group communication, IPTV contents are delivered to the subscribers using multicast techniques. Without decreasing the Quality of Service (QoS), multimedia contents are distributed in a most effective way to the clients subscribed to this service. Several solutions are existed for routing the packet in this application whether using the network layer, application layer, or even combining several solutions, including peer-to-peer (P2P). An overview of several multicast techniques are presented in this paper, as well as discussion on the challenges and issues on delivering multimedia contents on IPTV services.

An open platform for distributed urban noise monitoring 开放式分布式城市噪声监测平台

Urban noise is an ever-present issue; it is the public administration's responsibility to mitigate noise and deal with complaints. However, assessing noise levels is nontrivial and there are no established tools for holistically monitoring, evaluating, managing, and planning urban noise across, e.g., a city quarter, in a qualified manner. It is the objective of an ongoing smart cities research project, “StadtLärm”, to develop a system for monitoring noise, visualizing it in 3D using spatial noise models, and automatically recognizing predefined scenes and events through classification. The system being developed is built on a platform based on the MQTT protocol. This paper discusses the system's overall and MQTT communications architecture, highlighting advantages of the approach and specific aspects of its realization.

The paper addresses the second order metrics of mobile amplify-and-forward (AF) relying systems with two or more sections in general non-identical alpha-mu (α-μ) multipath fading environment. The received signal envelopes at the output of AF relay systems are modeled as multiple alpha-mu processes. The method has been developed for obtaining closed form expressions for average level crossing rate (aLCR) by applying Laplace approximation formula for more-folded integrals. Numerical results are presented and thoroughly explained considering various channel model parameters.

The received signal envelopes at the output of AF relay systems are modeled as multiple alpha-mu processes. The method has been developed for obtaining closed form expressions for average level crossing rate (aLCR) by applying Laplace approximation formula for more-folded integrals. DVB-T2 radio coverage analysis in Romania 罗马尼亚DVB-T2无线电覆盖分析

After the completion of the Analog Switch Off (ASO) in Romania, the TV broadcasting is performed using the DVB-T2 standard. The current paper presents the results of several radio coverage simulations performed for three different TV broadcasting stations using the ICS Telecom software. Four different propagation models were used, three empirical (NTIA-ITS Longley Rice, ITU-R P.1546 and Okumura-Hata-Davidson) and one deterministic (ITU-R 525/526). The simulation results are compared with practical results from a series of measurements that were performed in the surroundings of Bucharest. An analysis of the performances that are obtained using the different propagation models is also being made.
