The article highlights the main problems of inequality in the distribution of income of the population, which is an inherent feature of a market economy, which in turn increases the dynamism of the labor market and is a stimulus for economic growth in the country. Characteristic signs of differentiation arise under the influence of various factors that have an economic, demographic or political essence. The main economic factors in modern realities can be considered: peculiarities of the functioning of the labor market, the level of development of the industry or a separate region of the country, as well as factors of demand, supply and distribution. Conducting an active and regulatory policy in the field of income distribution by the state makes it possible to avoid significant inequality. The problem of inequality of income distribution is one of the oldest and leads to social tension in society, therefore it requires detailed study and development of regulatory measures. Analysis and assessment of income inequality is carried out using various approaches and methodologies. They are aimed at the precise definition and development of effective measures that can be used to control the level of inequality and poverty. The growth rates of the population's income achieved in Ukraine give reason for only limited optimism, because compared to developed foreign countries, they are meager, and a significant part of the country's population is below the poverty line. Therefore, current realities dictate the need to deepen scientific research on the identification of negative socio-economic phenomena and the development of fundamentally new measures aimed at increasing incomes and reducing their differentiation.

In the article, the author expressed the opinion that among the main motives that prompt an individual to take actions such as making purchases, it is worth mentioning the motive of acquiring a new one, the words of stability, the motive of independence, the motive of justice, the motive of competitiveness, desire, inclination, urges, needs, complexity, motive of self-affirmation. The client’s motivational chain “needs – desires – satisfaction” is presented. It was determined that it is characterized by such process components as needs, desires, tensions, actions, results and satisfaction. It is argued by the study of the article that the principles of marketing psychology in virtual reality should include gaining trust, using empathy, studying people, persuading the client, showing care and respect on the part of the seller, charisma, and perfect oratorical skills. The opinion is expressed that today the skills of cross-cultural communication and interaction are necessary for both marketers and sellers. The author presents methods that should be used in marketing psychology in the virtual reality of business, namely: working with emotions, the application of conversational techniques, the application of body language, determining the main channel of client communication, the feeling of ownership, the use of “Socratic dialogue”. It is noted that the so-called “cold sales”, which are primarily based on the basics of marketing psychology, are gaining popularity today. As a result of the study, it was found that modern brands use psychology to attract the attention of consumers and motivate them in every way to buy. Thus, the following principles are included in the strategies of entrepreneurial activity: the phenomenon of Baader-Meinhof or “Illusion of frequency”, the power of images and stories, anthropomorphism, the lure effect, fear of loss. The actual understanding of marketing psychology is given, under which it is proposed to understand some branch of applied psychology, which studies determinants that influence the attitude of customers to certain goods and their instant encouragement to buy.

In the study, the attention to the problems of formation and implementation of the state housing policy, in particular in the part of the development of the country's housing stock, is updated. The purpose of the study was to identify problematic aspects, as well as to substantiate effective mechanisms for regulating the development of the housing stock in Ukraine. The most problematic aspects of social housing construction in Ukraine are identified and the problems in this area, which have worsened in connection with full-scale military operations, are emphasized. Areas of improvement of the state policy of activation of social housing construction have been identified. Problematic aspects of state management of the development of the general housing stock of the state are pointed out. The most promising mechanisms that should be used to increase the efficiency of the state policy of increasing the volume of housing construction in Ukraine are identified, which in particular relate to: popularization of integrated systems, organizational measures, provision of information exchange, state financing of projects, assistance in the formation of cooperation networks, elimination of bureaucratic obstacles to cooperation, resource support for the activity of construction clusters and their participants, promoting the development of technology parks and business incubators. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the further development of the toolkit of the state policy of stimulating the increase in volumes and increasing the efficiency of housing construction in the country. The applied value of the research results consists in determining the applied mechanisms and tools of state policy to improve the provision of housing for the population of Ukraine, in particular in the conditions of a full-scale war and its critically negative consequences for the social sphere and the country's system.

Modern conditions of uncertainty and global challenges require managers and business representatives to make rapid changes and use the latest technologies to form competitive advantages, which are often impossible without taking into account the quality and skills of personnel. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the development of emotional intelligence in modern conditions and its impact on the success of entrepreneurial activities. Emotional intelligence has recently become an increasingly important factor in the success of entrepreneurial activity. For its effective use, you need to develop social skills that should be available to managers, employees, and team members. On the basis of the conducted research, it can be concluded that difficult times and global challenges comprehensively affected the actualization of the emotional side of management. Ensuring employee satisfaction with their work becomes a significant problem in business. It was found that failure to meet various needs of employees (most often material) and lack of care for the team lead the list of reasons for dismissals. Therefore, the moral and emotional side of conducting business is a key factor in the success of entrepreneurial activity, which has its own characteristics in the period of formation of new values and opportunities of digital technologies. It has been proven that in Ukraine there is a wide selection of tools for the development of emotional intelligence, which differ in the form of organization of training, the number of participants and possible results. Most of the tools are based on the approach and principles of coaching, which will allow you to use its advantages and contribute to the improvement of the work of employees. A comparative analysis of the list of key skills of managers necessary to achieve success according to the data of the World Economic Forum was carried out. Its results can provide a basis for the career development of a working person, the initial choice of the direction of professional training, personnel development planning, or even the choice (change) of the type of activity in the business sphere as a whole.

The market economy of the country, in particular the marketing activity active in it, is inextricably linked with the needs of the consumer, who in turn has his own requests for the quality, quantity, range of final products, as well as for the terms of their delivery. Thus, under the influence of consumer requests, market segments are distributed among producers. There is constant fierce competition on the market for one or another group of consumers. Market mechanisms in the form of demand, supply, and prices keep manufacturers in a constant state of tension, forcing them to throw forces and resources into monitoring the tastes and capabilities of potential consumers in order to identify requests on the basis of which the further production process will proceed. Therefore, the importance of developing a marketing strategy for each organization is increasing. Marketing is an integral element of strategic enterprise management. Thanks to marketing methods and market regulation, it is possible to predict the reaction of the market, at a certain moment to adjust the plan of action and ensure the stability of the enterprise in the competitive market. Marketing is one of the ways of survival of any enterprise in the modern competitive market. For a successful and stable business, the management of the company needs to use a number of strategies, one of which should be a marketing strategy. Its development requires careful analysis, sequence of actions, reasonableness and accounting of all necessary elements. Overlooking something important in the strategy will inevitably lead to a decrease in competitiveness. When developing the marketing strategy of the organization, it is necessary to provide it with characteristics that will contribute to the adaptation of the organization to the external environment. When developing a marketing strategy, you need to apply a situational approach, i.e. compare several scenarios of marketing activity with a detailed description of marketing policies, with an economic evaluation of the company's work, with sales forecasts and assess risks, choose the most appropriate marketing strategy. In order to maintain and strengthen the position of the leader in the changing market, it is necessary to constantly monitor changes in the marketing activities of the enterprise. Successful marketing activity depends on correctly set, clearly formulated and achieved goals.

The formation of sustainable prerequisites for the strategic development of the enterprise in conditions of increased risks is an urgent management task. To solve it, we propose to consider a set of tools and necessary resources, and introduce changes to the management system. Corporate social responsibility shows the interaction of business, society, and the state in the context of global conditions of modern development. The article examines in detail the experience of the Iraq-Kuwait war in terms of receiving compensation for the damage caused by the war to the surrounding natural environment. In particular, the "Habitat Equivalency Analysis" methodology, which was used to determine the amount of compensatory restoration to cover losses in ecological services that were provided by natural resources before their damage. The methodology aims to estimate the total loss of services provided by a damaged or lost habitat. The FAO methodology for damage and loss assessment in agriculture was also analyzed. In which the focus is on the continuous collection of data on damage and loss in agriculture, recording the smaller and localized effects of disasters. The focus in the review of the methodology is focused on the determination of damages and losses in forestry. Such components as: damages and losses of forestry; loss of forestry production; loss of forestry products; damage to forestry assets. It was established that the considered methodology is suitable for determining the damage caused by military actions for forest resources in the part that directly concerns the forest cover. One of the areas of damage assessment in the nature management sector is the determination of options for primary (restoration) recovery. This stage refers to actions aimed at restoring the damaged resource and, if possible, returning it to the basic level (before the war), which involves establishing recovery goals; determination of primary restoration options; selection of primary restoration options; assessment of intermediate damages, etc. The choice of primary restoration options should be the result of an evaluation process based on the following criteria, but not limited to cost of implementation; the length of time it will take for the recovery to be effective; probability of success, etc. The next steps should be a large-scale damage assessment in accordance with generally accepted methods, development of ways to restore the natural environment and identification of funds to minimize or eliminate the damage caused to the elements of the environment or natural resources.

With each decade, the number of challenges and problems in business administration and management increases in direct proportion to the rate of economic progress of the world economy. The market type of economy, characteristic of almost all developed countries of the world today, in which the influence of the state on the activities of business entities is minimal, mostly prevented the establishment of control and regulation of their activities. Over time, the main principle of the economy of Western countries became "democratic evolutionism", that is, the gradual solution of problems step by step, based on negotiations and consensus. Recent years have shown that this principle of solving problems does not keep up with the rapid changes in the economy caused by both technological discoveries and unforeseen events. In these circumstances, a large layer of responsibility for stability falls on the shoulders of company management, accordingly, the coverage of modern challenges based on real experience and the analysis of the use of information systems in business is relevant. This article examines the current state and trends of the world economy in the coming years. The main challenges of management are analyzed and highlighted taking into account the current economic situation, cases of management activities on the example of real companies are considered. The role of information systems, their types, advantages and limitations in business are considered. The author's reflection of the prospects of management development with the use of information systems is carried out.
