The study revealed the relevance of the problem of improving the method of forming a marketing strategy for promoting new products to the market. The purpose of the study is to improve the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of substantiation of the marketing strategy of promoting products to new markets. Micro- and macro- as well as endo- and exogenous factors influencing the formation of marketing strategies of business entities are analyzed. The external competitive environment of the enterprise analyzed in the study was analyzed. It has been established that this is a highly competitive market, and the level of competition in this market is gradually weakening. A competitive map of the enterprise's product market was compiled according to such parameters as the size of the competitor's market share and the rates of its expansion (narrowing). A model for choosing a marketing strategy for promoting the company's products to new markets has been developed, depending on the identified competitive advantages. It has been proven that it is advisable to interpret the marketing strategy of promoting products to new markets as a set of elements that characterize a principled logic different from competitors based on the use of key competencies for the most effective distribution of strategic resources in the business process system with the aim of creating products that meet consumer priorities. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the improvement of the methodical approach to the promotion of the company's products to new markets by forming an appropriate marketing strategy. The applied value of the research results is that the implementation of the appropriate methodical approach will allow, with lower sales costs, to ensure better positioning of the company's products in the target market segment, which will contribute to increasing sales volumes and higher business efficiency in general.

Ensuring efficient operations is important for oil industry enterprises and plays a key role in the implementation of food strategies. It has been proven that the current state of war in Ukraine is characterized by the sharp decline of agribusiness and the food industry in most regions, the loss of positive trends and dynamics of the development of related industries, and the high risks of providing accompanying services. The development of oilseed production and processing in Ukraine creates competitive advantages in meeting demand on the foreign market and ensuring domestic needs. The purpose of the study was to analyze the current state and justify the priorities for the further development of enterprises for the production and processing of oilseed products based on the factors influencing its formation. It was found that the researched type of activity has prospects of high efficiency of enterprises, associated with the conditional zero-waste production and the possibility of expecting a favorable market situation under the existing conditions of storage of finished products of oil crops. Therefore, competitive advantages can be achieved through a certain multiplier effect in inter-industry connections and alternatives of economic behavior. The dynamics of the production indicators of the main types of oilseeds were revealed and trends were revealed. Based on the results of the analysis, the main priorities of oil industry producers for 2023 are justified. In this regard, the key factors that should be taken into account when determining the model of economic behavior of enterprises in this field in modern conditions were also investigated. It is proven that when defining this model of economic behavior, one should rely on global trends, internal and regional risks and drivers not only in this, but also in related industries.

Russia's war against Ukraine worsened the ecological situation, creating the prerequisites for a nuclear and energy hazard for the entire civilized world. Violating all international conventions and agreements the aggressor country threatens everyone with an energy collapse. Accordingly, such actions lead to the destabilization of processes and, at the same time, form new approaches to ensuring energy, environmental, and food security. An intensive transition to alternative sources of electricity is beginning, and new approaches to environmental protection and resource conservation are being formed. Despite the intensity of hostilities, national producers are forced to work and ensure production stability to balance the economy. Accordingly, there is an urgent need to improve the economic mechanism for resource conservation and nature management, which will increase the competitiveness of national production on world markets and the post-war recovery of the economy. The article's purpose is to justify the economic mechanism of ensuring resource conservation and nature management by modern global challenges. The mechanisms for fulfilling Ukraine's environmental obligations have been systematized, among which the most significant is determined to be: the introduction of an environmental management and audit system, the creation of a system for stimulating the use of waste as a source of energy for the production of heat and electricity, implementation of a system for trading quotas for greenhouse gas emissions. It is substantiated that bioenergy is one of the alternative energy sources for the production of which Ukraine has significant potential. Agricultural biomass is a promising energy source thanks to favorable natural and climatic conditions. Compared to other sources, it is the most accessible and cheaper energy source, which involves waste-free production aimed at meeting the population's needs in energy resources and food. It has been investigated that the main obstacles to the cultivation of energy plants and the production of thermal energy on this basis are that they are not included in the classification of crops, and the legislative framework and regulatory policy in this area have yet to be created. A conceptual diagram of the economic mechanism for resource conservation and nature management has been developed. It is based on organizational-methodological, financial, and informational development, taking into account modern principles, tools, and methods of its implementation and considering global challenges.

Despite the growing importance of corporate culture for the effective functioning of the enterprise and increasing its competitiveness on the economic market, today there is no established generalizing methodology that would allow obtaining reliable data when studying its formation and quickly diagnosing the current state. Also, no quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of its impact on the enterprise team has been developed, especially it is not possible to assess its direct role in changes in production processes. As a rule, the study and generalization of specific manifestations of corporate culture is a long and time-consuming process, which involves an abductive process of analysis, respectively, based on the terminal results of the impact of corporate culture on the company's staff. The purpose of the article is to analyze the results of a study of the corporate culture of one of the milk processing enterprises of the western region of Ukraine using a questionnaire of its employees. The article outlines a general approach to the analysis of the current state of the corporate culture of one of the dairy enterprises of Ukraine. The method of diagnosis using a questionnaire and statistical processing of the obtained data is shown. According to the results of the questionnaire, it was established that employees believe that they form a certain corporate culture while working in the company, but they do not feel like participants in a big cause, do not fully imagine the company's mission. However, all employees answered that they like working in the company, and this is one of the main parameters of commitment and loyalty. As for the weaknesses of the corporate culture, the following are highlighted: weak implementation of corporate style and low availability for employees of any corporate attributes. Strengths include her management style and low number of conflicts within the company. The direction to improve the corporate culture is the implementation of joint events for the exchange of experience among employees; improvement of the personal experience of employees thanks to the organization of trips for them to training courses. Diagnostics of corporate culture allows to classify the level of labor relations that have developed in various structural units and in the organization as a whole. Understanding the field in which the organization operates, it is possible to develop a personnel management policy appropriate to its tasks in each structural division or to correct the corporate culture, which will increase the competitiveness of the enterprise.

In the conditions of war, a decrease in the number of available resources, and the growth of global competition, only those producers who are able to effectively use resources, in particular the main means of production, can function successfully. Despite the significant number of developments, it is important to further research issues related to the management of fixed assets of construction enterprises. The purpose of the article is the systematization of theoretical and methodological approaches to the management of the main means of construction enterprises. Approaches to determining the essence of fixed assets are systematized. The systematization of approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "main means" showed that the main means should be understood as means of labour used to influence the objects of labour to obtain the final product. It was determined that fixed assets are classified by the nature of participation in the production process, by industry, by use, by groups, depending on the impact on the production process, by sources of acquisition. Management of the company's fixed assets involves constant monitoring of the existing composition of fixed assets and its comparison with the obtained financial results. Management of fixed assets should be carried out throughout the entire life cycle of the fixed asset object. The main methodological approaches to the assessment of fixed assets are summarized. Indicators that characterize the state of management of fixed assets can be divided into the following groups: provision of the enterprise with fixed assets; assessment of the technical condition of fixed assets; intensity of movement of fixed assets; assessment of the use of the active part of fixed assets; efficiency of use of fixed assets; management indicators. Prospects for improving the state of management of the capital assets of construction enterprises have been determined. Amortization policy is the most effective tool for revitalizing investment processes. Depreciation policy provides a reliable internal source of capital investment financing.

A comparative analysis of the macro-institutional environment and the structure of transaction costs of subjects of the entrepreneurial sector of the economy in Ukraine was conducted. Micro-institutional indicators of the effectiveness of the state policy of managing the competitiveness of the entrepreneurial sector of the Ukrainian economy are highlighted. A complex of institutional factors that prevent the competitiveness of the entrepreneurial sector of the Ukrainian economy is provided. A set of transaction costs associated with enterprise registration, registration of property rights and loans and their impact on the level of ensuring the competitiveness of entrepreneurship in Ukraine have been determined. It was emphasized that in Ukraine during the transition period, the appropriate conditions for the formation of civilized entrepreneurship and incentives that would ensure their sufficient level of competitiveness were not created. It has been established that the most important factor of modern transformational processes in the sphere of state policy is integration for the benefit of the further development of entrepreneurship and ensuring its competitiveness. Despite the ineffective attempt to create the institutional foundations of entrepreneurship, changes in the system of market relations led to the transformation of the social and institutional order in Ukraine and did not ensure the formation of an effective state policy for managing the competitiveness of the entrepreneurial sector of the economy. Significant disproportions related to the deformation of the monetary and credit system of Ukraine and their negative impact on ensuring the competitiveness of the business sector and the formation of sources for the implementation of state policy in the relevant sphere are emphasized.

Questions related to the need to change the management procedure and the introduction of business processes into the activities of any organization are relevant in the conditions of the world's rapidly developing economic system. The growing need for managers to coordinate the organization's actions and systematize human resources management is due to the goal of unifying the satisfaction of market demand. Companies all over the world are looking for new levers that will allow them to take leading positions in the market. A high-quality, competently constructed system of business processes and other factors supporting competitiveness become the minimum condition for presence on the world market. Under these conditions, it is especially important to ensure the proper functioning of individual production enterprises, which is confirmed by the growth of its market value. Solving the issues of increasing business efficiency is impossible without the formation of an effective business model. For the prosperity of the enterprise, the manager needs not only to plan and analyze the process of performing the main tasks, but also to be able to manage all business processes and control them, to achieve consistency in the actions of employees. In order to remain competitive in today's market, a business must be cost efficient. In order to achieve the efficiency of the processes, it is necessary to adjust the flow of activities. Any activity is a process, and business process management (BPM) is a technology of effective process management in order to achieve their maximum efficiency. BPM technology sets the task of automating the management of processes in your business, allowing, nevertheless, to transform it later. Optimizing business processes is a necessary tool for ensuring the efficiency of enterprises in modern conditions of globalization. BPM includes a number of systemic aspects. The enterprise is considered as an open system with inputs, processing and outputs. Effective operation of the enterprise is ensured by alignment with strategic goals. The implementation of each of the principles of management helps to better satisfy the interests and needs of consumers and improve the results of the enterprises.

The article is devoted to the problems of improving the institutional support of the state regulatory policy in the aspect of strengthening the security of strategically important enterprises of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law. It is proved that in times of war, the problem of identification of strategically important enterprises and formation of institutional support for their security at the state level is of particular relevance and requires the development of effective forms of implementation of the state regulatory policy in this area. A constructive analysis of the current legislation and scientific approaches to the definition of the category of "strategically important enterprises" was carried out, and an author's definition was proposed, which, unlike the existing ones, focuses on the qualitative characteristics of business entities that should be classified as strategically important. It is substantiated that the basis for the development of effective forms of implementation of state regulatory policy in the direction of ensuring the security of strategically important enterprises is the presence of an effective institutional environment. From the standpoint of the institutional approach, the conceptual foundations of institutional support of state regulatory policy are deepened. It was established that the institutional environment for ensuring the security of strategically important enterprises in Ukraine is underdeveloped. The author identifies the need to improve the current legislation, to form an effective institutional and organizational support and to cluster the national economy on the basis of strategically important enterprises with the possibility of forming integrated corporate structures as the basis for the formation of effective forms of implementation of the state regulatory policy to support and strengthen the security of strategically important enterprises.

It is proved that in times of war, the problem of identification of strategically important enterprises and formation of institutional support for their security at the state level is of particular relevance and requires the development of effective forms of implementation of the state regulatory policy in this area. A constructive analysis of the current legislation and scientific approaches to the definition of the category of \"strategically important enterprises\" was carried out, and an author's definition was proposed, which, unlike the existing ones, focuses on the qualitative characteristics of business entities that should be classified as strategically important. It is substantiated that the basis for the development of effective forms of implementation of state regulatory policy in the direction of ensuring the security of strategically important enterprises is the presence of an effective institutional environment. This research throws light on the supply chain performance of firms in various conditions of reverse logistics settings. The main purpose of the research is to explore the reverse logistics practices in pharmaceutical sector of Pakistan and its outcomes. Reverse logistics is a comparatively newer term for this region as approximately no research has been done in this area, this was identified as the research gap. The multinational companies have a very well developed systems of reverse logistics in supply chain departments. The local manufacturing setups out-number the multinational companies, though the processes of reverse logistics are carried out more or less in every firm, but, the proper systems have not been developed. Reverse logistics capabilities and innovation were the main focus of the study with respect to their effect on all over supply chain performance and backed by resource commitment and strategic planning going on in firms. To test the model data were collected from pharmaceutical companies of Pakistan. A total of 150 responses were received. Smart PLS 3.4 is used to perform structural equation modeling and results proved the impact of reverse logistics innovation directly and as a mediating variable between resource commitment and supply chain performance. Study limitations and future research directions are given at the end.

This paper aims to infer the importance of gyms and health clubs in the fight against non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs) and the fight against obesity and physical inactivity amid a global pandemic. Neither scholars nor health associations present a clear indicator of devices dealing with physical inactivity, unlike what was done with hospital beds. In this gap lies this article’s purpose: in light of upstream social marketing, to propose that the number of gyms per 100,000 inhabitants, with the physical activity penetration rate, combined in a synthetic variable is an indicator in the fight against physical inactivity and obesity. We strive to offer a synthetic variable, namely Gym Access. We proposed a Gym Access ranking amongst the 61 countries utilizing the new variable. We analyzed secondary data from 61 countries using Confirmatory and Exploratory Factorial Analyses, Linear and Multiple Regression, Process Mediation Analysis, and One-way ANOVA. The latent variable positively impacts the country’s life expectancy, and NCDs absolute risk rate mediates the impact of Gym Access on the country’s life expectancy. Finland ranks first in the Gym Access ranking, and Indonesia ranks last. There is a significant statistical difference between OECD countries compared to other countries.
