Maritime industry plays an important role in the world economy, and its unique characteristics create special challenges and opportunities for the development of strategic decisions of enterprises at the corporate level. The purpose of the paper is to systematize the characteristic features of maritime transport enterprises and study their influence on the development of corporate strategy. In the work were used such methods of scientific research as logical and comparative analysis, dialectical and logical methods, method of analysis and synthesis.
As a result of the study, the characteristic features of maritime transport enterprises that influence the development of corporate strategy are summarized, in particular: the work analyzes the impact on the development of strategic decisions of the type and size of maritime transport enterprises, geographical features of location, international context of activity, technological progress and innovative development, environmental requirements, the competitive situation on the market, logistical challenges, financial risks, regulatory features and the need to ensure the safety of activities.
The process of consolidation of carriers and ports is shown on the example of the container market. Given the significant amount of investment required to acquire modern vessels, large operators have more chances to improve their competitiveness. The geographical location of the enterprise affects the choice of optimal routes, competitiveness and access to sea transportation markets. It is shown that the development of technologies, digitalization and innovations in shipping are key elements of production and sales systems and their distribution networks, including transport and logistics. Optimal management of logistics processes is an important element of strategic planning of maritime transport enterprises. It is demonstrated that using of blockchain technology to ensure transparency of information about the movement of goods in supply chains. Financial requirements and risks affect the possibilities of expansion, modernization and effective activity of maritime companies. Strategic planning should take into account international and national regulatory rules and requirements, as well as ensure a high level of safety and quality of services. The paper also identifies the need to solve the problem of cyber security, to fulfill environmental requirements for the sustainable development of maritime transport enterprises, which should be reflected in the corporate strategy.
The practical value of the study is that its results can be used in the process of developing a corporate strategy of maritime transport enterprises, taking into account all the components of the specifics of the industry to increase the efficiency of their functioning and development.

The article highlights the problems of irrational household waste management at the state level and substantiates the feasibility of using information support for the implementation of household waste sorting and recycling projects. The theoretical foundations for the development and implementation of sustainable household waste management projects are analyzed on the example of Germany, Poland, and Switzerland. An analysis of information development projects is carried out and an overview of the methodological foundations of effective practices for household waste management in an environmentally friendly manner and the use of secondary materials, which are key elements of EU environmental policy, is presented. The achievements of Ukrainian startups aimed at creating an appropriate ecosystem for waste sorting are identified. The role of the state in creating uniform rules for the rational management of household waste is analyzed in detail. The development of approaches to choosing a way to motivate stakeholders to manage household waste rationally through the creation of a digital platform for stakeholder interaction is demonstrated. A project for the development of a mobile application is proposed, which is an appropriate digital environment for motivating all stakeholders to sort waste. The application allows citizens to communicate with businesses and vice versa, under the supervision of public organizations in the legal field created by the state. The main stages of project creation are identified. The principles for forming a team and project budget are substantiated. The measures of quality assurance and risk assessment of the project are developed.

The article discusses the issues of forming strategic behavior of companies in conditions of instability and uncertainty. The article examines the theoretical aspects of strategic management as well as practical aspects of forming a company’s strategy. In the conditions of martial law, ensuring economic security is highly relevant for domestic enterprises. The issue of economic security is defined by the fact that a significant number of companies located in the Eastern part of the country are forced to relocate to areas where active combat operations are not taking place. Issues related to economic security are the subject of extensive research. At the same time, it is important to assess the factors influencing the process of managing economic security in the context of martial law.
The purpose of this work is to develop a model that will enable the evaluation of factors influencing the management of economic security in conditions of martial law. Economic security of an enterprise is a comprehensive characteristic that encompasses the level of protection of all types of the enterprise's potential from internal and external threats, ensuring its stable functioning and effective development, and requires management by the enterprise's leadership. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the process of managing economic security of enterprises in conditions of martial law.
Given that economic security significantly depends on sources of funding for the enterprise, the intellectual component, the availability of an adequate workforce, and the volume of information, these factors are taken into account in the research. The distribution of factors influencing the evaluation of the efficiency indicator of economic security management is presented. The paper proposes hierarchical relationships of factors influencing the system of economic security management of an enterprise, which, unlike existing approaches, allows for a more comprehensive consideration of the factors determining the effectiveness of economic security management and the development of a mathematical model for intelligent decision support in managing economic security.

The article evaluates the effectiveness of enterprise management with the help of complex of components of management efficiency: financial-economic, technical-technological, labor, partnership, image-brand, administrative and component of corporate management, to find out the content characteristics of the relevant components management efficiency and determine diagnostic business indicators.The evaluation process effectively-STI corporate management of the enterprises were considered in the system of integral estimation of efficiency of management, which consists of two units: co-quantitative assessment of management effectiveness and qualitative assessment of the management, which is based on the usage of the absolute and relative indicators of enterprises of the mining complex. Was used to evaluate the effectiveness of management of the enterprises. The combination of quantitative evaluations (fuzzy approach) and qualitative assessments (linguistic approach).Their combination into a single system inte-integral evaluation of efficiency of management of enterprises of mining complex will allow to create conditions for determining the critical points of the development, identification and elimination of defects management.The characteristics of the state of management efficiency of enterprises in accordance with the quantitative and linguistic evaluations of the scale of Harrington are identified.Descriptive characteristics of each state of the corresponding component of management effectiveness is focused only on material parameters and can not cover all possible options. In this regard, having better greater array of information that can guide by a range of appropriate inter-shafts of the scale of Harrington and define a certain level of management effectiveness. If there is any doubt conterning the choice between defined states, the expert method recommends to choose the most pessimi option taking into account the risks of forescing future states of the enterprise functioning. To ensure a high level of adequacy of the results of diagnostics of efficiency of management of enterprises there is a need to determine the significance of proposed components for analysis. The weights of significance of the individual components of the system of estimation of management efficiency is advisable to calculate based on the use of multi-criteria matrix approach, which involves pairwise comparison of the importance and priority of these components. The theoretical and methodological approach to the assessment of effective STI management enterprises hornaday-linking of the complex by constructing a system of integral evaluation. The article is devoted to the generalization of the changes taking place in the labor market of Ukraine in the conditions of the war based on the analysis of its development trends, as well as the identification of challenges affecting the human resources of the economy. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that currently in Ukraine, business needs comprehensive and accessible information about the state and trends of the labor market in order to make sound management decisions in the field of personnel support and develop appropriate measures in response to the challenges experienced by the labor market in the conditions of martial law. The research was conducted using the information base of the State Employment Service, as well as on the basis of processing the results of surveys conducted by sociological groups and consulting companies. The dynamics of the unemployment rate in Ukraine and the load on 1 vacancy were analyzed, special attention was paid to the category of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the labor market. It was determined that IDPs are a potential source of solving the problem of business staffing in wartime conditions. The trends of the labor market of Ukraine in the conditions of war, which take place from the side of labor supply and demand, are summarized. The challenges of wartime, which the labor market of Ukraine feels most acutely, are defined as follows: settlement of the regional imbalance of the labor force; settlement of the professional and qualification imbalance in the labor market, in particular through the formation (in the updated system of professional education) of jobseekers with the skills required by the economy; promoting the integration of IDPs into the labor market of host communities; investing in the creation of new jobs with decent and inclusive working conditions; stimulation of effective employment of women and youth; spread of new forms of employment and support of self-employment.

Retail 4.0 is the newest approach to Industry 4.0-based retail organization. Industry 4.0 involves the industry transformation to the most robotic production, which is controlled by intelligent systems based on cyber-physical devices with usage of Internet of things, cloud information resources, big data processing, and virtual reality. The paper proposes two promising tasks for the implementation of Retail 4.0 technologies in the practices of traditional hypermarkets and supermarkets with low investments. The first task concerns the optimization of the buyer's route, and the second task concerns the optimization of the route of the store employee who completes the online order. It is assumed that the trolleys with RFID-modules and a system of radio frequency identification of the location of devices are available in a supermarket. Task of routine optimization for a buyer with a smart trolley is reduced to a generalized traveling salesman task. The possibility of dynamic adaptation of the route due to changes in the availability of aisles and stock of goods is considered. Three monetization ways of the proposed routine optimization service are proposed. They are based either on direct payment by the buyer for optimal routing service, or indirect payment through increased loyalty or the ability to promote additional products through the recommendation module. Recommendations are provided at hand, i.e. directly in the trading zone near the area of visibility to the recommending product. The second task concerns the optimal completion of online orders by store employees. In addition to the possibility of dynamic adaptation of the route, to save time, it is additionally suggested to complete two similar small orders at the same time. The principles by which it is possible to identify the most similar pairs of orders from the point of view of their picking routes have been formulated.

This article is dedicated to the topic of financial literacy and its development in the context of the digitization of financial services. Traditional financial literacy is insufficient for effectively utilizing financial resources in today's digital world. The concept of digital financial literacy is introduced. It combines the skills of using financial services and the use of digital technologies. In the article is proposed authors’ definition of digital financial literacy by components, which include awareness of digital financial products and services, awareness of potential digital financial risks, control over them, and knowledge of the rights of consumers of financial services. These components are crucial for the development of digital financial literacy. The article highlights potential security risks, such as digital fraud, technical failures, and excessive reliance on digital services. The importance of understanding digital footprint and online reputation is emphasized. The article provides simple principles to help users protect their personal information and avoid fraud. It explains the need for understanding consumer rights and compensation procedures to enable individuals to protect their rights. Understanding these aspects of digital financial literacy is essential for effectively managing financial resources in today's digital world. Research conducted in 2021 showed that technology users have a higher level of financial literacy compared to those who do not use technology. However, the overall level of financial literacy in Ukraine is still insufficient for making informed financial decisions. The National Bank of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation and other international, governmental, and non-governmental organizations are focusing on the development of financial literacy among the population. It is recommended to focus on the development of digital financial literacy, using communication campaigns, sharing information about providers of digital financial services, financial education initiatives, and awareness-raising about digital crimes and consumer rights in financial services.

This study aims to reflect on the technological tools that help teaching and learning published at the Brazilian Meeting of Graduate Students in Mathematics Education (EBRAPEM) between 2017 and 2019. Based on the inclusion criteria, 130 were found articles published at the Meeting, however, when analyzing the exclusion criteria, 29 studies remained to be analyzed. Among the results, it is informed that GeoGebra is the most present tool in the articles, having a great flexibility of use, as it serves age groups from Basic Education to Higher Education. The selected studies address with concern the social differences that impede access to learning tools in schools in all regions of Brazil and draw the attention of teachers who are already in the profession to the need to update and seek to know these technologies that are inevitable in today's world. Finally, the study reveals different acceptances of learning tools in Brazilian regions, with less evidence of use of the tools in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil.

Este artigo investiga as contribuições da Agenda Ambiental na Administração Pública na gestão local para a sustentabilidade das 11 capitais brasileiras signatárias do Programa Cidades Sustentáveis. Como fundamentação teórica utilizou-se publicações científicas sobre Cidades Sustentáveis e Agenda Ambiental na Administração Pública. A pesquisa seguiu uma abordagem qualitativa e a coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de informações oficiais disponíveis nos endereços eletrônicos das 11 Prefeituras Municipais, dos 11 Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais dos Estados a que pertencem essas cidades e dos 07 Partidos Políticos aos quais os prefeitos estavam vinculados. Os resultados revelam a necessidade de oficialização dos temas Desenvolvimento Sustentável, Sustentabilidade, Cidades Sustentáveis e Agenda Ambiental na Administração Pública nos regimentos oficiais dos referidos partidos políticos, bem como fazer com que os instrumentos de planejamento sirvam de embasamento para a gestão governamental municipal. A pesquisa contribui de forma original ao triangular a pauta da sustentabilidade com informações sobre a gestão do meio ambiente no âmbito de cidades brasileiras, podendo auxiliar gestores públicos na elaboração e execução dos planos de governo.
