The problem of unemployment is a global issue and it is vital to carry out detailed examination of this issue. We need to identify and analyze several factors affecting unemployment in a country. The aim of this research is to determine how various macroeconomic factors and unemployment interact with each other. This includes trade, oil consumption, domestic credit to private sector, gross capital formation and inflation in context of Norway and UK. The basic purpose of this study is to analyze whether the effect of these macroeconomic factors on unemployment is significant or insignificant. In order to conduct this study, period of 1979-2021 is used. In order To find out the impact of independent variables on unemployment, this study executes the KPSS and NG- Perron test to determine whether a variable is stationary or not, and then apply ARDL in order to test the long run and short run Co-integration between unemployment and independent variables. According to our findings, there is a significant long run Cointegration present between Unemployment and trade, domestic bank lending to the private sector, gross capital formation, Oil consumption and show insignificant relation with inflation in case of Norway. If we talk about UK all these factor are significantly Co-integrated with unemployment in long run. Diagnostic tests are also considered in this study which include Serial correlation, Heteroscedasticity, normality, functional form, CUSUM and CUSUM square. The results provide a non-significant probability value higher than 0.1 which implies that the error term has no serial correlation issue and variance of error is homoscedastic along with well-defined functional forms and errors exhibit characteristics of a normal distribution. CUSUM and CUSUM SQUARE for both countries show stability of mean of error term and variance of error term.
Key words; - Unemployment, Macroeconomics factor, unemployment, UK and Norway, ARDL bounce test

A few thousand years ago, ancient Mesopotamia became the first civilization that engineered water infrastructure to drive native agricultural systems. That civilization created the earliest irrigation systems known to humankind. The ancient Mesopotamians also won success in creating successful irrigation-driven agriculture in arid and semi-arid conditions. Paradoxically, this very success with irrigation systems became a major factor that triggered the collapse of ancient Mesopotamia. We can now infer the Mesopotamians failed to understand the crucial relationships between water, soil, crops, and sound agricultural practices. This lack of understanding continues to the present day. The invention of drip irrigation systems has allowed modern humans to claim some measure of sustainable success in agricultural techniques practiced in desert zones, arid areas, etc. Such techniques enable modern agriculturists to attain a fine balance between soil, crops, and water. Drip irrigation systems also promote other forms of modern innovation such as soilless farming methods and practices.

Consumer behavior in a digital environment is the central element of this study and represents a relevant theme and a challenge for marketing managers. The starting question of this study is related to concepts such as transparency and digital swarm proposed by the South Korean philosopher Byung-Chul Han. These concepts are relevant to understand the Brazilian context of brands involved in the digital environment. This study uses a qualitative approach for data collection, through the methodology of multiple case studies. For data collection, the netnography method of research and content analysis were used for the evaluation of results. The findings reject the theory proposed by Byung-Chul Han, since Brazilian consumers seem to be avid to engage in storms caused by online crises. In addition, they present enough capability to articulate the promotion of concrete negative effects from the point of view of economic losses, political pressures, and shocks in the stock market segment. For future studies, analyses in other international contexts are suggested to compare and discuss about the exercise of freedom by citizens in a digital environment and its negative impacts on the corporate assets of organizations.

The recent past has witnessed an upsurge of cloud technology which has, undoubtedly become an indispensable basis for contemporary application deployments. Cloud computing is vital in providing efficiency and scalability, borne in its “as a service” types of delivery models. As application developers consider the move into this cloud environment, there is an increasingly need to understand key factors necessary for dealing with challenges related to the use of cloud technologies, to realise full potential and benefits of cloud computing. This research paper attempts to establish an adoption framework particularly focussing agile developers with a view to promoting adoption and utilisation of cloud computing.
A blend of methodological approaches was employed in the study. A pilot study was initially used with 36 respondents who were involved in the field of software development successfully participating. Based on some results of this pilot study and objectives underpinning the research, an in-depth study involving a case study was conducted on a select group of individuals who are professional in the domain area, enabling a better description of processes, concepts and procedures in context.
Guided by Technology, organisation, and environment (TOE) framework themes, and interactions between and amongst each other, five propositions were structured around the problem to create new thinking on promoting cloud computing adoption and its utilisation by agile developers.
It was found that Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) using agile development methodologies can benefit from using the proposed framework when choosing to move into utilisation of cloud computing resources.

Digital progress fundamentally transforms social reality, changing not only the key principles of social life but also all social institutions and spheres in which social interaction takes place, without neglecting the fundamental basis of the world's existence – the economy. Therefore, the problem of digitalization of the enterprise's business processes in the conditions of the digital economy becomes extremely urgent, given the need for high-quality management of the development of private capital.
The purpose of the article is a multi-aspect system modeling of the encapsulated approach of the enterprise's business processes to find adequate justified management of flow processes in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Research methodology – methods of digital analytics, based on the analysis of financial statements of enterprises and mathematical modeling of investment flows, including comparative analysis of indicators of comprehensive diagnostics of the effectiveness of digitalization of telecommunications enterprises. Findings - the key flows of business processes of enterprises are defined: material, innovative-intellectual, information-marketing, financial, the effectiveness of which management consists in the synchronization of flows with the possible assumption of temporary variations in the investment of one or another flow. Modeling made it possible to recognize the dominant flows – financial and innovative-intellectual, which allowed the authors to scientifically substantiate the need for systematic balanced management of the enterprise's business processes depending on the changing external environment, which is forced to transform intensively under the influence of the realities of the digital society. The theoretical constructs applied by the authors using the general and innovative theory of systems, the process approach of managing the quality of flows in combination with an interdisciplinary approach and analytical methodology made it possible to highlight the peculiarities of business processes in the conditions of digitalization as a general complex system that can be effectively managed using modern digital technologies.
The study of key indicators and analysis of flow management is proposed to be carried out with the help of an encapsulated approach, which provides scientists with the basis for analytical analysis of the effectiveness of business processes at a modern enterprise in the conditions of a digital society. Research limitations – obtaining the analytical dependence of the key flows of the enterprise's business processes is a platform for making management decisions but requires the use of a more modern methodology using digital tools.

Local budgets are one of the important components of the national budget system and the country as a whole. They have a significant impact on the solution of national tasks of an economic and social nature, including: financing of industry, energy, agro-industrial complex, infrastructure development, as well as the spheres of health care, education and social protection. The full-scale Russian invasion became a global challenge of modern times for Ukraine, which affected all economic processes of both the country and each individual component. Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation, local budgets faced the problem of not receiving planned revenues, which became a threat to the implementation of the powers defined by the law. The article is devoted to the topical issues of determining the current state and peculiarities of the implementation of local budgets in the period of economic challenges. Implementation of the state budget for 2022 was analyzed. The growth of incomes, expenses and deficit is determined. The reason for this was military aggression, because foreign grants played a significant role in the formation of budget revenues in 2022, and the largest percentage of financial resources was directed to protection and defense. On the example of Lviv Oblast, the structure of local budget revenues and expenditures was analyzed, and changes in their volumes were considered. Attention is focused on the items of income and expenses that have experienced the greatest reduction and the reasons for the negative dynamics are investigated. Expenditures of local budgets most vividly reflect their importance in the functioning of the local economy, the maintenance of social and cultural objects, the implementation of investment policy, the implementation of social protection of the population, and environmental protection. They reflect the same socio-economic relations as the State budget expenditures, but at the local level and taking into account regional features. It is also highlighted that, despite difficult forecasted circumstances, local self-government bodies are working to attract and increase financial resources, create new jobs, and grow revenues to the budget. This, in turn, will make it possible to quickly adapt to new challenges and ensure the proper level of performance of assigned powers.
