Peasant women play an essential role in achieving the SDG's. Women's self-capacity must be improved through non-formal education, namely rural development extensions. Community service activities in the Returning Home Lecturers Program were conducted at the Putri Langgeng Peasant Women's Group in Godog Village, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. The aim is to increase women's knowledge, awareness, and skills in terms of increasing digital literacy, namely being able to use cellphones wisely and utilizing the Rumah Sawit application as IPB's innovative work, early detection of stunting symptoms, utilizing yard land to increase family income, preventing and dealing with violence against women and children. The impact of community service helps achieve SDG's goals, namely goal #1, no poverty; #3, good health and well-being; and #4, quality education. The impact of this community service is an increase in household income, with vegetable yields worth an average of IDR 100.000 per month, and catfish harvests from tarpaulin ponds between IDR 300.000‒400.000 per growing season. Other impacts of various vegetables and Calina papaya have been introduced to the village community and outside the village. In the health sector, stunting mats have been used by four Godog Village posyandus as a tool for early detection of stunting.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the drivers of the national economy, which, in its journey, has faced various challenges, one of which is related to marketing. Formulating the right marketing strategy is a crucial factor in being able to face challenges and help increase sales of MSME products, including through packaging and digital marketing. This activity aims to improve the performance of MSMEs in Cibadak Village through 1) The process of changing knowledge (cognitive) related to aspects of packaging and digital marketing through the marketplace and 2) The process of changing behavior (psychomotor) related to aspects of packaging and digital marketing through the marketplace. This activity was carried out in Cibadak Village, Ciampea District, West Java Province, between 1 October and 3 November 2022. Consisting of 2 training sessions and two site visits. This activity resulted in changes in the knowledge and behavior of MSME actors in Cibadak Village. Changes in knowledge are illustrated by the results of the pre-test and post-test, which show that overall, there is an increase in knowledge regarding packaging (45.2%) and digital marketing (11.8%) of products processed by MSMEs in Cibadak Village. Then, changes in behavior are marked by changes in previously simple and unhealthy packaging to more attractive and healthy packaging. Apart from packaging, there has also been a change in marketing patterns, from previously only offline, now trying to use digital marketing using marketplace facilities.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) is a family medicinal herb commonly used as a kitchen spice. Lemongrass contains essential oils such as citral, myrcene, geraniol, citronellol, and α-oxo bisabolene that have a high-selling value and benefits as a fungal growth inhibitor, antibacterial, anti-insect, and anti-cancer. Socialization about the benefits of lemongrass essential oils and training on producing its essential oils was conducted through community service. The activity material was delivered through a presentation, and training in processing lemongrass to essential oils was conducted through a demo activity directly in front of participants. This community service activity was held in the Plaju Darat urban village meeting hall involving family welfare empowerment representatives, the head of the neighborhood, and the urban village community as participants. Pre-tests and post-tests were given to participants to determine the level of their understanding of the material presented. The test results improved participants’ understanding of the benefits of essential oils and their processing methods. It was concluded that participants understood the benefits of lemongrass essential oils and knew how to produce them.

Banana is a native fruit of Indonesia, grown in all of the Indonesian archipelagos. Most of the national banana production was produced by small-scale and household farmers. Banten is the fifth largest province for national banana producers. Nevertheless, no region was developed only for bananas as the main crop. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat program aimed to give knowledge and guidance in sustainable banana cultivation and pest disease management on the banana to Farmers at Desa Sindangsari Banten. It is also the initial program of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa to create a banana village in Banten. The program started with a survey of the socio-economy of people in the village, identification of local banana varieties, and pest disease incidence of bananas on the farm. Then, a Focus group discussion on sustainable banana cultivation and pest disease management was conducted, followed by a demonstration of how to plant bananas in good practice. At the end of the program, farmers were given two commercial varieties, Cavendish and Barangan, to be grown on their farms. Farmers follow the discussion enthusiastically, asking questions and describing the current state of their banana cultivation. Sustainable banana cultivation practices could be used in the village to improve the quality and production of household farmers' bananas. Thus, it will increase the value of the banana in the market and raise the farmers' income. Finally, it will promote bananas as the leading local commodity and make Sindangsari a banana village in Banten.

The existence of pesantren today, apart from being an educational institution in the religious field, is also expected to be able to provide an example towards creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship to students. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the application of probio_Fm technology in laying duck cultivation, transfer knowledge of laying duck cultivation, and build an entrepreneurial spirit for students and the community around the boarding school. The service method uses an active participatory approach, starting with preparation and socialization activities, training, mentoring in duck cultivation, harvesting, and data collection. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the pesantren community has been empowered to apply probio_FM technology for duck cultivation, both through drinking water and feed. The application of probio_FM technology in the cultivation of laying ducks makes the cultivation method easy, does not cause odors around the pesantren environment, and egg productivity reaches 87.5%.

Omega-3 egg education was held in Auditorium Jannes Humuntal Hutasoit (JJH) of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, IPB University. The aim to increase public awareness as potential omega-3 egg consumers. There were 40 participants from Dramaga, Bogor living in surrounding IPB university. The educational was conducted in seminar followed by discussions, as well as pre- and post-tests. The topic of the seminar consisted of feed supplement to produce omega-3 eggs, nutrient content of omega-3 eggs, and its benefits for healthy and intelligence, as well as the prospects of omega-3 egg business. Pre-test was conducted before seminar, by distributing questionnaires to participants. The same questionnaires were distrbuted to participants after the seminar (post-test). The test results show that the education has increased participants knowledge of omega-3 eggs as a functional food from 3.45% to 25.34%. The factor influences the knowledge enhance is gender. The lack of plantation and agricultural products in the form of fruits and vegetables resulted in the scarcity and high price of these commodities in Taringen Village, which became a food security problem in this village. Thus, this has become one of the focuses of the main work program of implementing the Independent Thematic Real Work Lecture at the University of Palangka Raya in Taringen Village. One of the work programs implemented to overcome the problem of food security namely the initiation of fruit gardens for the Taringen Village community. In addition to food security, the initiation of the target village fruit garden also has a reforestation function because the planting area is a strategic location. After all, it is located around the market and the asphalt manufacturing plant of PT. Kalidra so that later it can reduce air pollution due to smoke generated from the asphalt production process at the factory. Site evaluations, site preparation, the creation of necessary organic fertilizers, the planting and upkeep of fruit trees, and instruction in the creation of necessary organic fertilizers (compost) are the techniques employed. The findings revealed that after 22 days of planting, 63 crystal guava trees (Psidium guajava L.) had grown satisfactorily and reached an average height of 25.33 cm. Due to its numerous advantages, the guava variety (Psidium Guajava L) is presently quite well-liked in Indonesia. In Taringen Village, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, community fruit gardens were successfully launched with the help of the locals and government. The Multipurpose Business-Cooperative Balawan Hapakat served as the activity partner after students and the local community completed the first upkeep of the orchard.

Thus, this has become one of the focuses of the main work program of implementing the Independent Thematic Real Work Lecture at the University of Palangka Raya in Taringen Village. One of the work programs implemented to overcome the problem of food security namely the initiation of fruit gardens for the Taringen Village community. In addition to food security, the initiation of the target village fruit garden also has a reforestation function because the planting area is a strategic location. After all, it is located around the market and the asphalt manufacturing plant of PT. Kalidra so that later it can reduce air pollution due to smoke generated from the asphalt production process at the factory. Site evaluations, site preparation, the creation of necessary organic fertilizers, the planting and upkeep of fruit trees, and instruction in the creation of necessary organic fertilizers (compost) are the techniques employed. The findings revealed that after 22 days of planting, 63 crystal guava trees (Psidium guajava L.) had grown satisfactorily and reached an average height of 25.33 cm. Due to its numerous advantages, the guava variety (Psidium Guajava L) is presently quite well-liked in Indonesia. In Taringen Village, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, community fruit gardens were successfully launched with the help of the locals and government. The development of digital technology, and internet has brought considerable changes to marketing activities. The marketing trends have been shifted from conventional to digital marketing. A proper digital marketing can reach target customers effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this activity is to help and enrich knowledge MSEM and provide an introduction to maximize the effectivet strategy to use digital technology in marketing MSME products in Situ Gede Village, West Bogor Sub-district, Bogor City. The introduction of digital marketing strategies for 15 selected MSMEs was carried out in the form of workshops and mentoring. This community service activity was started with the presentation of important points on digital marketing, followed by motivation with success stories of digital marketing by MSMEs, identification of the current technology utilization and digital marketing activities that have been carried out by participants, identification of obstacles and challenges encountered, and steps that need to be taken to overcome them. The active and enthusiastic participation of the participants in the discussion and mentoring group activities show that the knowledge and motivation of participants in adopsing digital marketinghave been succeed.

The fast development of the world affects changes in various sectors, one of which is business. The situation is becoming increasingly difficult with the Covid-19 pandemic situation which limits the mobility of business actors in doing business. Based on this background, the Bekasi Kab 02 KKN-T group carried out digital marketing and HPP education activities aimed at providing solutions to overcome marketing issues during the pandemic and making MSMEs able to compete well in this era. This program was implemented 3 times with a combination of online and offline activities on July 2021. The total participants involved in this activity were 15 people. We carry out digital marketing and HPP education with a hybrid discussion method with online socialization and education as well as practices that are carried out directly at MSME locations. The results showed that based on the pre and post tests conducted by eight participants, there was an increase in the number of participants who answered correctly on four of the six questions and even all participants answered correctly on two questions. A total of 6 from 8 participants got an increased score from before the presentation of the material. While the other 2 from 8 participants did not show any change in score. This result shows that the activity can increases the knowledge of MSME actors in using Instagram to make online sales and increases understanding of the calculation of basic commodities.

Drying with the fluidized bed dryer type is a drying process by blowing hot air from the bottom onto a stretch of material, so that the material scatters to resemble fluid properties. The drying method with dry air is used to speed up the drying process and maintain the quality of the dry ingredients. The purpose of this service is to provide theoretical and practical drying training to the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) group so that they are able to produce dry materials of good quality, namely green color and low water content so they are not easily damaged and can last longer. The assistance was carried out for Naphyco MSME partners and representatives of RW 10 residents, Tanah Baru Village, North Bogor District, Bogor City in October 2022 at Naphyco MSME partner locations. The training was carried out using two methods, namely presentation and hands-on practice of drying medicinal plants with a fluidized bed dryer. The positive impact of this assistance is to gain knowledge about how to dry medicinal plants faster than drying them in direct sunlight, and also to obtain leaves of medicinal plants that are green in color (not brown). The achievement of mentoring activities can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test. The results of the questionnaire showed an increase in participant knowledge from a good score of 55.6% to 88.9%, a moderate score from 22.2% to 0% and a value less than 22.2% to 11.1%. There was also an increase in participants' interest in the questionnaire statements who strongly agreed from 66.7 to 88.9%, who agreed from 33.3% to 11.1%. The results of the questionnaire above need to be continued with a mentoring program for other MSME members to produce quality products as raw materials.
