The development of information technology has led to a dramatic growth in the sophistication of web applications that can support the majority of the tasks performed by users. In this day and age, information and communication technologies have evolved into an essential component of our everyday lives. The vast majority of us are dependent on various forms of modern technology. Whether or not we agree, we cannot ignore the significant contribution that technology makes to our day-to-day lives. In addition to the utilisation of information and communication technologies (ICT), one other issue that we need to be aware of is the privacy problem, particularly in regards to the personal information. These days, we conduct the business of our daily lives through the use of internet transactions. With the help of ICT, we were able to include social networking into our day-to-day lives in the form of activities such as online banking, online gaming, and social media networking through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, amongst others. In point of fact, we do expose our own personal information completely on our own volition and without bias. This article will discuss the ways in which the usage of information and communication technologies (ICT), the internet, and social networking sites affect privacy concerns around personal information.

The association between organisational culture and organisational strategy is established by this study. It also aims to learn how a successful firm uses its culture as a survival tactic in order to endure uncertain economic times. Only pragmatist articles on organisational culture and strategy were reviewed for this work. Previous studies' authors characterised organisational culture as an organization's assumptions, beliefs, and values, whereas an organisational strategy is all about the steps an organisation takes to accomplish long-term objectives. These two notions are related and have proven successful for organisations, according to the literature. The review discovered that organisational culture and strategy are interwoven and that organisational strategy starts with a summary of the organization's beliefs, norms, and values. Because both serve the same aim, the study further proved that organisational culture may be viewed as an organisational strategy. The study's findings demonstrate that organisational culture is a distinct organisational growth approach in and of itself. The findings imply that maintaining an organization's culture is a tactic used to outperform rival companies.

The purpose of this Paper is to familiarise readers with the concept of Human Development. An individual's growth spans several domains, including the social, spiritual, cultural, emotional, legal, intellectual, etc. Education plays a crucial role in this progress. Literacy is the key to success in every aspect of life. Human resources are essential to the development process. Human resources include things like education, experience, aptitude, character, imagination, and so on. Human resources are crucial to the growth of people everywhere. Education broadens one's perspective on both oneself and the world. As a result, it has far-reaching positive effects on their quality of life and the social well-being of the community as a whole. The more people are educated, the higher their output, innovation, and technical progress will be. Education's ability to cultivate professional, social, and communication skills is vital to ensuring economic and social progress and a more equitable distribution of resources. When placed in novel circumstances, humans' thoughts might shift. That being the case, progress in human development is ongoing. Societal factors and educational opportunities both play crucial roles in shaping an individual's potential. The human being is a social animal with the capacity for growth through learning. As a result, education plays a crucial part in advancing humankind.

When clients make financial transactions using their smartphones, digitalization in banking is an endeavour to continue innovating in order to provide a variety of services and conveniences for those customers. One of the improvements in financial products that enables clients to create an online account without their needing to be physically present is the online deposit service. This research makes use of descriptive methodologies and reviews of existing literature to identify a variety of issues that arise throughout the process of putting into practise online deposit products. The findings of this research include the following: (1) the number of supporting infrastructure facilities for banking digitalization is still relatively limited; (2) many banking terms are difficult for the general public to understand; and (3) the number of cybercrimes that are occurring as a result of the increasing number of users in this industry. The author of this study offers potential solutions to the issues that have been brought to light, including (1) the enhancement of IT infrastructure and an increase in the level of security; (2) online operator facilities that explain directly; and (3) the updating of security and operator knowledge on a variety of newly emerging modes of criminal activity related to the internet. People will be more likely to believe, feel secure, and be willing to deposit their money in the bank as a result of this activity, particularly the online placing of deposit funds. This research makes a contribution to the growth of information regarding the many initiatives being made to digitalize banking in Indonesia.

Any company's performance is directly tied to the quality of its workforce. A company's policies and plans can only be implemented successfully if its human resources have the requisite skills, knowledge, and abilities. The development of a company's long-term competitive edge and overall success relies heavily on its human resources. When it comes to HR, the term "practise" means everything and everything that has to do with managing and employing people. You'll find everything from strategic HRM to talent management to performance management to employee relations to employee well-being covered in this comprehensive guide to human resources management. Research done between 2009 and 2019 examined the effect of HRM practises on the performance of employees in a variety of industries. To conduct this research, we utilised data from previous studies, as well as a literature review on HRM practises and employee performance. An extensive review of the literature conducted for this research shows that human resource strategies such as recruiting and selection, training and development, and remuneration have an effect on the performance of workers. Numerous studies have shown that HR strategies have a favourable influence on employee performance. However, some research suggests that HR procedures have a detrimental influence on employee performance. As a result, the findings of this study suggest that the three activities discussed above are crucial in determining an employee's output. However, by collecting and analysing relevant data, it is possible to further empirically solidify this research.

It's common knowledge that cities are the future population hubs of the world, driving growth in national economies and job opportunities. In light of this, it is crucial that urban areas be made more productive, effective, efficient, and sustainable in order to foster fast economic growth and physical development. Every city needs a solid foundation of physical and social infrastructure to function smoothly and provide its residents a good standard of living. Accordingly, infrastructures have been seen as the pillars upon which the city's whole superstructure and fabric are woven. The lack of suitable facilities in most metropolitan places is primarily to blame for the poor quality of life and lower level of production that predominate there. It is important to provide basic infrastructure on an equal basis, especially to the lowest of impoverished inhabitants in metropolitan areas, since infrastructures play a crucial role in leveraging and accelerating the rate of socioeconomic growth. Maintaining the functionality and liveability of urban centres will depend on the development of self-sustaining infrastructures and the provision of efficient delivery mechanisms. The purpose of this study is to examine the fundamental challenges hindering the supply of such important and fundamental infrastructure in an urban setting, as well as some potential solutions to these concerns. Planned development, compact city design, realistic norms and standards, community participation, public-private partnerships, cutting-edge technology, and other solutions will all be examined in this paper from a critical and objective perspective.

In point of fact, the developing environmental jurisprudence in India has depended on three distinct but interrelated components. To begin, it exemplifies the new constitutional law logic in India, which now unequivocally places a higher priority on addressing the concerns of the general public than it does on guarding individual rights. Second, it represents some parts of Indian legal culture via an implicit and explicit reliance on autochthonous values that are founded on old, pre-colonial indigenous beliefs and concepts of law. These values are reflected in the constitution. Thirdly, it is a testament to the exceptionally active role that the higher Indian Judiciary has played in pushing this new logic, which is borne out by this evidence. The function of higher judiciary in the recent evolution of Indian environmental jurisprudence may be characterised by these three components that are interrelated with one another.

The partition of the Indian subcontinent denotes the consequential bifurcation of British India into two autonomous nations, India and Pakistan, during the pivotal year of 1947. This historical partition stands as a seminal juncture, eliciting profound ramifications encompassing both advantageous and detrimental dimensions. The intricate process of partition was intertwined with a constellation of attendant predicaments, such as religious schisms, extensive population migrations and dislocations, intercommunal upheaval, and territorial disputes, several of which endure as persistent influences exerting their impact upon the region's contemporary trajectory.

The aim of this article is to take stock of India's progress in corporate governance. In the age of globalisation and liberalisation, new technologies have completely altered the character of economic interactions. The complexity of business transactions and the difficulty of controlling risk grew as a result of the growth of corporate life cycles. It was partly due to the 1992 stock market scandal by Harshad Mehta that sparked concerns about corporate governance in India, as well as the current sathyam scam, that the issue of corporate governance became an issue in the country. Accounting scandals and concerns about the accuracy of financial reporting necessitated a focus on corporate governance. In a nutshell, corporate governance is concerned with fostering a culture of equality, openness, and responsibility inside organisations.
