The purpose of this study is to explore the perspectives of Japanese and Chinese university students who are taking up global management courses on financial education and corporate governance. It aims to examine how the students’ age, nationality, and sex are related to their financial knowledge and views on corporate governance practices. It is motivated by the gap in the literature on the moral and ethical aspects of financial education and corporate governance, as well as the cultural factors that influence corporate decisions. The study also seeks to understand the perceptions and expectations of future professionals and business leaders from different cultural backgrounds regarding financial accounting and corporate governance systems. It is based on a literature review, a survey and semi-structured interview of 44 students from one of the top-ranked private universities in Tokyo. The research uses descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to analyze the data. The study expects to find significant differences between the students’ financial knowledge and corporate governance views according to their age, nationality, and sex. It also expects to find positive relationships between the students’ financial knowledge and their corporate governance views. It also seeks to contribute to the existing literature by providing insights into the perspectives of Japanese and Chinese university students on financial education and corporate governance. The result of the study informs policies, education programs, and corporate practices related to financial accounting and corporate governance in Japan, China, and potentially other countries as well.

Privatization of healthcare is an international trend originating from liberal thought. According to this, privatization offers options to all social and economic groups in the nation. However, market failure and externalities result in differential access to high-quality healthcare. Since the implementation of neoliberal policies in India in the early 1990s, there has been a steady rise in private involvement in the healthcare sector. In this context, an attempt is made in the present study to analyze the trends in private participation in the growth of health infrastructure in India and the regional disparities. This research is based on secondary data collected from several published sources. The analysis reveals that between 1998 and 2020, private hospitals have grown at a compound annual growth rate of 6.73 percent and beds in private hospitals have grown at a compound annual growth rate of 7.37 percent. Pearson Correlation Coefficient is calculated to determine the relationship between the state's economic position and private sector participation in the creation of health infrastructure.

Financial institutions work very hard to make finance smarter in the present global trend to reap the rewards of digitization. Financial technology (Fintech) uses various modern disruptive technologies, including AI, 5G/6G, Blockchain, Metaverse, IoT, and others, in the financial sector to improve client services. Many critical financial services and procedures, including lending, verification, fraud detection, quality maintenance, credit scoring, and many more, will be streamlined and improved by the advent of technology. However, there is a need for the development of innovative financial products and a supporting technological environment. To introduce ICT solutions, various tech giants have emphasized Fintech. In this book, we first imagine the emerging trends and key Fintech applications in 2030. For some use cases, we also try to present a high-level framework of the Fintech enablers, such as IoT, 5G, Digital Twins, and Metaverse. We also outline future directions for Fintech research while looking ahead to potential difficulties.

In order to help investors better understand how risk and return work in the stock market when significant societal catastrophes strike, the COVID-19 pandemic is used as an instance to examine the Capital Asset Pricing Model's (CAPM) reliability in the Indian stock market during COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. This study's goal is to estimate the security market line CAPM test for Nifty Fifty stocks over the COVID-19 Period (2019–2021). two types of regression: first-pass and second-pass were used to assess the CAPM model in this study. Furthermore, using regression analysis, we calculate the excess return, beta, alpha, and R-Squared on the Nifty50 companies in first-pass regression. If the CAPM is true, then in second pass regression, Y0 should equal zero and Y1 should equal excess return. The t-test for beta is also not significant. As a result, the SML test was unsuccessful, and the CAPM does not accurately reflect the link between excess return and beta in the study. We cannot explain the relationship between return and stock sensitivity because the CAPM is invalid and the model does not adequately explain the outcome.

Ensuring a service quality is a top concern for all e-commerce platforms since it is vital in ensuring customer pleasure, which is the ultimate goal of all e-commerce operations. This study aims to investigate the influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction in an online buying environment using its seven aspects. A well-structured questionnaire was created to elicit respondents' opinions on the quality of e-services and their degree of satisfaction. Data from 610 respondents revealed that the quality of e-services has a favorable and significant influence on customer satisfaction. According to the survey, contact and privacy influence customer satisfaction the most, followed by system availability and efficiency. According to the report, e-retailers should focus on crucial e-service quality characteristics to guarantee that their offerings fit client wants and preferences. The study also recommended improvement areas to increase consumer happiness and assure long-term success.

Governments of every country formulates their policies which enhance the growth of the agriculture sector and thereby push the availability of the resources for the growth of the industrial sectors and thereby generates the real income for the livelihood of their citizens. The current market value of the Indian chemical and fertilizer companies is approximately around Rs. 898.5 billion for the financial year 2021-2022 and its projected growth is probably 4.7% of CAGR during the period 2023 to 2028 and the market growth is being witnessed by increased demand for food manufacturing industries. The Indian government consistently acting proactively to tap the projected grow of the chemical and fertilizer companies which leads to achieve the objectives of Atmanirbhar Bharat and become most efficient player all over the world. The below chart clearly indicates that the Indian fertilizer market will reach US$ 1460.8 billion by the end of the year 2029 from US$ 937 billion which is quite remarkable. For the study five fertilizer and chemical companies which are listed at the recognized stock exchange in India have been selected randomly and profitability ratio in relation to selected elements of financial statement used for the period from March 2016 to March 2022. Single Factor Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) has been used for testing the hypothesis and the results derived. The results shows that there is positive relationship between investment in fixed assets and generation of profit and for achieving desired profit the management should be aggressive to increase the investments over the fixed assets rather than focusing on net worth, capital employed and total assets.

Two strong pillars of knowledge creation in society are teachers and students. Both are always thoughtful. It is necessary to be able to meet the challenges and difficulties of today and tomorrow. It is necessary to give knowledge of the subjects by increasing the activness on both sides. In the field of primary education, the student can develop as much as he is given ample opportunities to develop his strengths, knowledge, abilities, qualities, skills. For that, the maximum benefit in education can be obtained by proper amount and proper planning of academic activities and its proper implementation. An attempt has been made to show through an example in the following matters, that it is possible to increase the effectiveness of Cam in Mathematical issues. A teacher can increase the student's and self's activness by doing activities with the student. Today's child is tomorrow's citizen. Cultivating such human power starts with primary education itself.
