Given the lack of diversity in the P–12 teaching force, we contend that white normativity is prevalent and remains mostly unchallenged in these settings. Acknowledging such inequities requires an intentional focus on equity in teacher education programs. The project described here facilitated in-service teachers’ growth in becoming culturally competent and critically conscious by using Photovoice in P–12 classrooms. Photovoice is a participatory action research method that uses photography to examine the lived experiences of participants. Photovoice was used to examine school-based practices that erased and silenced students while offering an inflection point from which the in-service teachers could develop and exhibit critical consciousness. They moved beyond examining the system of inequity and toward actions to counter the culture of whiteness.

As the most common deterrent reason for breaking the law, justifiable defense has extremely important social value and significance. Our country's justifiable defense system is often mistaken as a completely imported product. However, this important deterrent reason for illegality has appeared as early as in the ancient history of our country. As the most complete and earliest ancient Chinese legal code preserved, "Tang Law Shuyi" also contains many elements of "justifiable self-defense". The study of the justifiable defense system in the Tang Dynasty can give important reference significance to the justifiable defense system in modern criminal law. According to the constituent elements of justifiable defense, this article focuses on "The Law of Thieves and Robbers", "Law of Fighting Litigation" and "Law of Catching Death", and analyzes the articles that have the essence of justifiable defense.

With the continuous progress of science and technology, we have gradually entered a digital technology-led era, that is, the digital era. This era brings great opportunities, but also with a variety of challenges. The Digital Age has brought about great changes in our lives. In terms of education, digital technology provides learners with more learning resources and diversified learning paths. More and more people rely on the information technology and its derivatives and bring a variety of hardware equipment, making online Chinese teaching to comply with the Internet era, the development of online teaching and research started late in our country, in the mid-1990s began to develop, on-line Chinese teaching research is yet to be improved. Against the background of a great deal of research on online foreign language teaching and a lack of research on online Chinese teaching, this paper takes online Chinese teaching as a research point, it highlights the differences between online and offline Chinese teaching and the characteristics of online Chinese teaching. At present, most libraries have to build their own library management system, which is undoubtedly a high-input work for large libraries or small and medium-sized libraries in developed areas. As a newly emerging technology in recent years, the huge advantages of cloud computing are incomparable to many traditional technologies. The biggest feature of cloud computing is that it can transfer the computing power of the computer to the corresponding software, from which customers can access the computer's storage system to obtain the information they need, so that resources can be shared and users can get it in time. Therefore, the traditional library management system architecture will also be challenged, and it is urgent to develop a library management system based on cloud computing. STEAM museum education is an important way of the Chinese government fosters the talent, science and technology literacy is to improve the basis of primary and middle school students' creative thinking and independent thinking, but the museum course level is uneven. Lack of course characteristics, misunderstanding the training target and lagging education is one of the reasons lead to this phenomenon. In order to improve the quality of STEAM education in China, this work analyzes the curriculum significance of teaching framework, teaching content and teaching effect of Shanghai Planetarium. There is an increasingly urgent need for international students to learn and use loanwords in intercultural communication. Chinese loanwords in international Chinese textbooks have certain research value. With the textbook Development Chinese Intermediate synthesis as the investigation object and the Xinhua Dictionary of Loanable Words as the retrieval tool, the analysis of the Chinese loanwords is conducted by data analysis. It is found that the number of Chinese loanwords in the textbook is considerable, rich in etymology and diverse in parts of speech. Chinese loanwords have cultural characteristics, which can see the development and evolution of Chinese, understand the language and cultural differences of different ethnic groups, reduce the adverse factors of international Chinese teaching, and promote the effective development of cross-cultural exchanges.

The study uses ACSI American Customer Satisfaction Index model to build a theoretical model of tourist satisfaction in Enshi rural tourism resort. Then, taking Tujia Daughter City in Enshi, Hubei Province as a case, the paper analyzes the relevant factors affecting tourist satisfaction and summarizes the relationship between the relevant variables. The empirical study adopted quantitative research method and online questionnaire survey. The data collected in the questionnaire survey were analyzed. This paper mainly adopts descriptive statistics, reliability, validity, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis methods. Research has found that there is a significant positive relationship between tourists' satisfaction and their expectations, perceived quality, and perceived value. Customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty. There is a significant positive correlation between tourism satisfaction and tourism complaints. To enhance the tourism experience and tourism experience of Enshi city, we should start from two aspects: enhancing the cultural connotation of the tourist destination and improving the surrounding environment of the tourist destination. At the same time, the government will also develop a shared tourism plan and increase efforts to preserve and repair ancient buildings.
