Views on Children in Education 对教育中的儿童的看法

In the current field of education, the problem of children's view is a problem that seems to be solved but is far from being solved in fact. In view of this, this article chooses historical analysis and comparison between China and the West from the special perspective of the value of educational purpose, and conducts a longitudinal analysis of the evolution of the concept of children in Chinese and Western education. The review and reflection of this paper discusses the characteristics of the modern view of children, so as to provide a meaningful reference for the establishment of the view of children in our country.
在当前的教育领域,儿童观问题是一个看似可以解决,实际上却远未解决的问题。鉴于此,本文从教育目的价值这一特殊视角出发,选择中西方的历史分析与比较,对中西方教育中儿童观念的演变进行纵向分析。本文的回顾与反思探讨了现代儿童观的特点,以期为我国儿童观的确立提供有意义的参考。

Research on the Silence Phenomenon in High School English Classroom based on Discipline Theory 基于学科理论的高中英语课堂沉默现象研究

The new curriculum standard requires students to further use their English knowledge to communicate and develop intercultural communication skills on the basis of mastering basic knowledge, which requires teachers to carry out a variety of classroom activities in addition to teaching knowledge, so that students can actively participate in them and exercise their communicative skills. However, at present, classroom silence and low student motivation are still common in senior English classes, which hinders the implementation of classroom activities and has a negative impact on the progress of the classroom and the development of students. Many scholars at home and abroad have investigated this phenomenon and made corresponding recommendations, but the reference significance is limited by the differences in the subjects investigated. Therefore, this paper answers the following two questions based on Foucault's theory of discipline: 1. What are the causes of the silence in high school English classrooms? 2. How can the silence phenomenon in classrooms be improved? The author divides the causes into three dimensions: classroom environment, teaching style and regulation system. The author also proposes suggestions to alleviate the silence in the classroom in response to the above dimensions. First, change the traditional teaching idea and take into account the self-esteem of some students when assessing their classmates. Secondly, reduce the absolute control of teachers over the classroom, and take students as the main focus to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship. Third, rationalize the system of classroom norms to allow students to boldly break out of the constraints and increase their motivation.

The Relationship between English Reading Anxiety and Reading Strategies among Chinese College Students 中国大学生英语阅读焦虑与阅读策略的关系

Reading, as an important input skill, is crucial in both teaching and learning processes. However, few researchers pay attention to the research of English reading. Thus, this study tried to explore the relationship between English reading anxiety and reading strategies. The research adopted the descriptive research way. In the research, respondents completed the adopted questionnaire. A total number of 358 freshmen and sophomores majoring in liberal arts, sciences, and engineering from a university in the central part of China were participated in the study. Results show that the higher level that the students are experienced anxiety, the better reading strategies they will employ. Finally, teaching and learning recommendations were put forward to help Chinese college students to reduce reading anxiety and improve reading strategies for enhancing their reading ability in the process English learning.

Analysis of the Advantages and Disadvantages of the Development of Chinese International Education in the Background of the New Era 新时代背景下中国国际教育发展的利与弊分析

In recent years, with the increase of my country's comprehensive national strength and the improvement of comprehensive influence, the cause of Chinese language has once set off a "Chinese fever and learning Chinese". However, the comprehensive outbreak of the new crown epidemic in early 2020 prevented the development of Chinese international education slow or even stagnation. Therefore, this article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Chinese international education, and further analyzes whether the future development of Chinese international education will be transformed in the post -epidemic era. Or, in the era of epidemic, continue to adhere to the foundation of the cause of Chinese language and promote the vigorous development of international Chinese education.

"The superior statement of Chinese stories" plays a positive role in adhering to the ideological standpoint of Marxism in Colleges. It improves the teaching effect of ideological and political courses. The history of national development, the curriculum setting of ideological and political theory courses are closely related to the superior statement of Chinese stories. For this reason, ideological and political teachers in colleges must be able to the superior statement of Chinese stories and pay attention to positive energy. At the same time, it is recognized that "the superior statement of Chinese stories" is not the whole of ideological and political theory courses. Maintaining rigor, avoiding distorting history and tampering with reality is necessary.

Human nature is even more complicated, drifting between the black and white world. The image of Julien created by "The Red and the Black" has left a deep imprint on readers' hearts. Stendhal expressed his profound understanding of ethical issues by depicting the relationship between Mrs. De Reinal and different characters. In order to create the image of Mrs. De Reinal, the author used a lot of pen and ink to show the ethical dilemma she faced and her ethical redemption, which has rich ethical connotation. In Stendhal's works, the violent shock caused by the violent storm and the violent collision of thoughts and feelings in the hero's heart, and the torment of cooking and baking in the soul are lingering. "The Red and the Black" is a classic work by Stendhal, a French critical realist. This book has created a very moving female image of Mrs. De Reinal. This paper tries to analyze the female characters in Stendhal's works by taking Mrs. De Reinal as an example.

The Influence of Parenting Styles on the Motivation of Private College Students 父母教养方式对民办大学生求学动机的影响

Parenting styles are formed and developed in the course of parent-child interactions. The results of this interaction are reflected not only in the physical parenting process of the child but also in the transmission of parental behavioural norms to the child. Behaviours such as students' willingness to learn, attitudes, emotions, attention and thinking are the direct drivers of motivation. Parenting styles, as an important part of the home environment, support the development of students' motivation to learn. Taking private colleges and universities as an example, this paper explores the characteristics of learning motivation of college students in private colleges and universities, the characteristics of parenting styles, and the influence of parenting styles on students' learning motivation. The study found that good parenting style has a significant positive impact on the learning motivation of students in private colleges and universities.

Research on Cultivating Academic Literacy of Academic Graduate Students 学术型研究生学术素养培养研究

With the growing number of graduate students, it is critical to improve the quality of graduate education. By defining the connotation and extension of academic literacy, combined with the existing problems of academic graduate students, we constructed an academic literacy cultivation system for academic graduate students from four aspects: curriculum system reform, teaching method reform, academic guidance relationship between tutors and students, and academic exchange platforms, which puts forward relevant institutional mechanisms to provide a feasible path for improving academic literacy.
随着研究生人数的不断增加,提高研究生教育质量变得至关重要。通过界定学术素养的内涵和外延,结合学术型研究生存在的问题,从课程体系改革、教学方法改革、导师与学生的学术指导关系、学术交流平台四个方面构建了学术型研究生学术素养培养体系,提出了相关的制度机制,为提高学术素养提供了可行的路径。

In the context of the new era, with the focus on talent training, "government, industry, academia and research" integration, environmental disciplines construction deficiencies are increasingly apparent, in view of its problems, in the context of petroleum and petrochemical characteristics of the construction of the whole process of the linkage mechanism, a full range of evaluation system. This article not only provides comprehensive guidance for the construction of the environmental discipline in our school, but also provides effective mechanism and method guarantees for the deep integration of the demand side of senior environmental protection professionals and the supply side of universities exporting talents to the chemical industry. It has important practical and far-reaching strategic significance for the construction and development of the environmental discipline in our school.
在新时代背景下,随着人才培养的重视,“政、产、学、研”一体化,环境学科建设的不足日益明显,针对其存在的问题,在石油石化特点背景下构建全过程联动机制、全方位评价体系。本文不仅为我校环境学科建设提供了全面的指导,也为高级环保专业人才需求侧与高校向化工行业输出人才供给侧的深度融合提供了有效的机制和方法保障。这对我校环境学科的建设与发展具有重要的现实意义和深远的战略意义。

The Influence of Proactive Personality on Teachers’ Professional Identity: The Moderating Effect of Person–Organization Fit 主动性人格对教师职业认同的影响:个人与组织契合的调节作用

This research tried to explore the moderating effect of Person–Organization Fit (P-O Fit) in the impact of proactive personality on teachers’ professional identity. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires online to teachers of two high schools in Xiangtan. The analysis results show that P-O fit has a moderating effect on proactive personality and teachers’ professional identity. The positive impact of proactive personality on teachers’ professional identity will be stronger when the P-O fit is high. The results also show that young or newly engaged teachers have lower professional identity. Therefore, this study suggests school administrators pay attention to the development of young teachers’ professional identity and improve the fit between teachers and schools to improve the teaching quality.
本研究旨在探讨个人-组织契合度(P-O契合)在主动性人格对教师职业认同影响中的调节作用。数据是通过向湘潭市两所高中的教师发放在线问卷来收集的。分析结果显示,P-O契合度对主动性人格和教师职业认同有调节作用。主动性人格对教师职业认同的正向影响在P-O契合度高时更强。研究结果还显示,青年教师和初任教师的职业认同感较低。因此,本研究建议学校管理者重视青年教师职业认同的发展,提高教师与学校的契合度,以提高教学质量。
