The development of digital technology has prompted various industries to undergo digital and intelligent transformation, leading to a shift from singular job demands to comprehensive and multifaceted trends. This evolution imposes new requirements on educational reforms for talent supply. The deepening development of undergraduate vocational education takes teacher reform as its main guiding principle. Through the use of teaching materials and pedagogical reforms, it seeks to align talent development with job competency demands, while also ensuring the alignment of teaching processes with production processes. By reducing the disparities among industrial chains, educational chains, and talent chains, students are positioned as key participants in the digital transformation of marketing, providing a pool of high-quality talents for digital transformation.

Although all sectors of society in China have paid attention to the positive impact of physical activity on academic performance, students are often accused of loving art sports because of the influence of intellectual education rather than art. In schools, the phenomenon that art class are occupied by other main teachers also occurs from time to time. Even with the continuous emphasis on quality education, there are many areas that teachers, parents and students need to improve in their ideas and actions. Therefore, if students can prove a positive relationship between art and academic performance in the way of scientific research, it is of great significance for students to form sports awareness, correct sports attitude and develop sports habits. This study explores the relationship between art literacy and academic performance through a combination of qualitative and quantitative surveys. The hypothesis of this study is that students 'art participation, art movement attitude and art sports skills are positively associated with students' academic performance. The research methods include literature and data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and interview method. The eighth-grade students from two middle schools in Shanghai were questionnaires. In this study, the questionnaire data and academic performance were mainly analyzed by SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0, and the data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability and validity test, paired sample T-test, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis respectively. The results of the analysis are that the participation degree of art movement, learning attitude, art skills and art accomplishment of junior high school students are significantly related to students' academic performance. Based on the questionnaire survey, on the basis of 216 students, art class experiment, and at the beginning of this semester for academic test and questionnaire survey, the front test, after classroom experiment, near the final students’ academic test and questionnaire survey, namely the back test, after two tests, analysis of the relationship between the students 'art course and academic performance, through the art course experiment, whether can improve students' academic performance, and analyze the influencing factors of academic course performance, provide reasonable Suggestions for teaching. In view of these reasons, the following suggestions are put forward: appropriately increase students 'art teaching time to cultivate students' art values, improve the learning evaluation method and pay attention to the cultivation of students' thinking.

The cultural consumerism in the network era has the realistic representation of utilitarian consumption consciousness, vulgarization of consumption spirit, entertainment of consumption content and symbolization of consumer products. The promotion of capital, the power of media and the psychological drive cause the prevalence of the social ideological trend in the network space. This trend of thought induces some irrational cultural consumption behaviors on the Internet. In order to solve the dilemma brought by cultural consumerism in the Internet era, it is necessary to regulate capital, strengthen media management, cultivate a healthy consumption mentality, and guide and promote the public's consumption behavior to be reasonable, healthy and positive.

This descriptive-comparative research aims to examine the difficulties encountered by educators and students during the implementation of the English curriculum. This research examines the survey data collected from both instructors and students in order to get a thorough comprehension of the factors that impact curriculum delivery and learning experiences. The results of the study provide significant insights on the distribution of gender, age groups, teaching experience, student categories, and college affiliations. Prominent observations reveal significant disparities in perspectives between educators and students with regards to several aspects of the curriculum, such as its design, characteristics, objectives, material applicability, teaching methods, and assessment approaches. The findings of this study indicate that gender and categorization did not have a significant effect on the observed disparities. However, it was observed that college affiliation had a major role in influencing these discrepancies. Educators and students encounter a range of hurdles that include deficiencies in linguistic foundation, restrictions in vocabulary, complexity in grammar, difficulty in pronunciation, concerns with confidence and motivation, impediments in independent learning, and the significance of cross-cultural understanding. The implications derived from the results underscore the need for enhanced cooperation and communication between educators and learners. This research highlights the need of developing flexible courses that accommodate the varied interests and requirements of students. This research offers a comprehensive examination of the intricacies involved in the implementation of English curriculum in Chinese educational contexts. Moreover, it puts forward practical suggestions for improving the quality of teaching and learning in these settings.

Jurgen Habermas is a world-renowned philosopher, the theory of communication behavior is one of the important theoretical contributions of Habermas, and studies the problem of the alienation of communication among college students in the Internet era. It is not only beneficial to analyze the factors arising from the alienation phenomenon, but also helpful to find a better way to solve the problem of communication alienation. The speed of network technology development is accelerating, and the influence of college students is more and more profound. Habermas believes that communication rationality is the basis of communication behavior, including the elements of understandable language, intersubjectivity, environment and so on. Based on Habermas's communication behavior theory, analyzing the communication alienation phenomenon of college students in the Internet era, it also puts forward the path to solve the alienation of college students' communication: college students should communicate rationally, make the communication language appropriate, two-way interaction between the subjects, and return to the real world.

The case study methodology was used to analyze instructional strategies to discuss and refine diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in two psychology courses at a community college in California’s Bay Area. A mentor and mentee professional development experience, referred to as the DEI studio, used four sessions over 5 weeks to explore reflective practice using the W.H.O.L.E. Experience framework as a guide to review current DEI practices and implement additional strategies intended to improve the engagement, experience, and success of all students. Student feedback and data were collected via a six-question student evaluation of the courses. Results showed that inclusion of the W.H.O.L.E. Experience framework elements, welcoming, holistic, open, liberating, and empowering, increased student belonging, motivation, engagement, and overall success. Educators/practitioners can employ this framework to consider their own DEI practices.
