This research endeavors address the intricate interplay between teacher leadership and school development by formulating a robust and sustainable framework that optimizes the role of educators in propelling educational progress. The study encompasses an in-depth analysis of various dimensions, including teacher profiles based on age, gender, and years of teaching experience. Moreover, the research meticulously evaluates the teacher leadership attributes, intricately aligned with professional practice standards encompassing learner development, handling learning differences, cultivating an enriching learning environment, mastering content knowledge, adeptly applying content, skillful assessment techniques, meticulous instructional planning, effective employment of instructional strategies, dedication to continuous professional learning and ethical practice, as well as adept leadership and collaboration skills. This study further explores potential variations in teacher leadership attributes among different profile groupings. It also examines the extent of participation in school development, considering the active engagement in knowledge dissemination, curriculum enhancement initiatives, fostering teacher growth, and effective school leadership and management practices.

Evaluation of Teacher Competency in Teaching Dance Sports in Selected Universities in Hunan Province, China 湖南省部分高校舞蹈体育教学教师胜任力评价

This paper evaluates the ability of sports dance teachers in selected universities in Hunan province, and selects teachers and students from 5 universities to carry out a questionnaire survey. The results show that :1.there are more young female teachers, most of whom are only 5-10 years of teaching age;2.In terms of principles and concept of dance sports, the teachers need to focus on how to increase the locomotor and non-locomotor movements, patterns and sequences of movements while applying different dance elements;3. Teachers are needed to prioritize their training to enhance the fluency in the waltz routine and eloquence in employing distinctive style and artistic elements in dance routines; 4. The teachers are still using limited teaching strategies and modality of learning in teaching dance sports;5. The teachers are not consistently giving enough feedback on the performance of the students and to the parents as an important part of the assessment and evaluation of student’s learning.

Online education internship is an emerging education and teaching method that is increasingly attracting people's attention in China. It plays a very important role. The main object of online education practice courses is college students, and its teaching content includes three aspects: science and technology, social science and humanities. It records and propagandizes through video and can also be provided to the public for free, With the continuous development of computer technology, a new online open teaching mode has emerged. The increasing popularity of using computer networks to carry out online educational practice courses not only demonstrates that modern education is gradually developing towards networking, multimedia, and video, but also poses great challenges to the current higher education itself and provides us with great inspiration, especially for the reform and transformation of ideological and political education courses in universities. The goal and significance of this study is to establish an online education platform for college students, enabling them to leverage its advantages.

The Effect of Peer Review on College Juniors’ English Writing Apprehension: A Case Study 同伴评议对大学生英语写作理解的影响:个案研究

In College English teaching, writing is a combination of cognitive and emotional activities, and learners' emotions will affect the result of writing. In traditional writing teaching, College English teachers adopt various teaching methods to improve students' English writing levels, but the improvement of their writing levels is not significant at this stage. Many College English majors often feel anxious and lack patience in argumentative essays. In recent years, student-centered peer review has attracted much attention. This study will explore whether peer review can alleviate the apprehension of argumentation for College English majors. This study explores the effects of peer review on argumentative writing apprehension of College English majors based on cooperative learning and feedback theory. This study interviewed 9 English majors who had passed TEM-4 at a Guangdong university, aiming to study two questions: (1) What is the general situation of argumentative essay apprehension among them? (2) Can peer review alleviate the writing apprehension of College English majors? Is it working? Firstly, this study will study the apprehension of 9 College English majors about argumentative writing through case studies and interviews. Then, it will apply the writing teaching mode of peer review in the research objects; Finally, the interview method will be used to collect and analyze the data. Based on the above research and results, it is suggested that College English major teachers should fully understand and realize the importance of peer review and actively use peer review in writing teaching. Lastly, the study shows the limitations and provides some positive ideas for future research.

Research on the Reform of China's Education Policy System Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education 整合创新创业教育的中国教育政策体系改革研究

At present, the IEE (innovation and entrepreneurship education) of local applied universities is obviously insufficient, which affects the development of graduate students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Although universities have included IEE as a compulsory course as one part of the talent training plan, the number of courses actually implemented in reality is very small, which makes it difficult to effectively train and educate students. In order to carry out real innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, it is necessary to reform the existing IEE model of local applied universities and put it into practice. Cultivate college students' insight, judgment and decision-making ability on opportunities and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship, and at the same time, immerse college students in the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in all directions through diversified IEE organizations. This paper analyzes the present situation of China's educational policy system reform, finds out the problems and then finds out the solutions.

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the continuous promotion of modernization of rural education, rural education is gradually shifting from "Two basic" education to urban-rural integration and balanced development, from focusing on changes in quantity to emphasizing the improvement of quality. Nevertheless, the focus of rural secondary school education still leans towards cultural courses, while moral and legal courses, which cultivate students' basic moral concepts and legal thinking, are often overlooked. Analyzing the reasons behind it, exploring new methods for moral and legal education in rural middle schools, and forming a new atmosphere of rural education revitalization guided by ideology are of great significance for promoting the development of rural education, cultivating successors in the new era, and promoting rural revitalization.

From the characteristics of "Economic Law" course, ideological and political teaching will penetrate the whole teaching process. From the perspective of teaching method and teaching skills, grasping the main core points, using appropriate cases, and combining the hot spots in the real social economy to build a teaching framework of "curriculum ideology and politics" elements will play a multiplier effect. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the teaching content and experience of "Economic Law" course, making use of the current international and domestic economic and political hot spots, the teaching design is carried out on the ideological and political materials, professional teaching objectives, ideological and political teaching objectives, and teaching process of the main ideological and political teaching points of the course, and the value concept of socialist core values is implanted. Clarify the philosophy and goal of curriculum ideological and political design of "socialist core values", improve the integration of curriculum ideological and political teaching, and highlight socialist core values.

A Closer Look at the Policies in Transnational Education in Chinese Graduate Studies: A Move Towards Orientation Program 中国研究生跨国教育政策探析:迈向定向教育

In Chinese higher education, transnational education (TNE) is pivotal, especially in graduate studies. TNE allows students to earn foreign degrees without leaving China. This paper examines TNE policies in Chinese graduate studies, with a focus on evolving towards an Orientation Program. Historically, TNE in China grew due to economic, cultural, and political factors, including globalization's impact, government support, and international student experiences. Recent discourse centers on policy challenges and opportunities for graduate students, including educational quality and internationalization. However, research gaps exist in policy implementation and effectiveness. This paper argues for further research to assess TNE policy efficacy and areas needing improvement. Recent findings reveal complexities in TNE policy implementation, impacting quality assurance and student prospects. Drawing from prior research, this paper addresses issues in current TNE policies, proposing enhancements, such as systematic policy-making, international alignment, clear objectives, and robust monitoring mechanisms. In conclusion, a holistic approach to TNE policy is crucial. Implementing proposed measures can bolster China's higher education internationalization and enhance postgraduate competitiveness. This research contributes to the TNE dialogue and informs a Chinese Policy Orientation Program (CPOP).

Examining Regional Disparities in Higher Education Equity in Terms of Size, Faculty, and Funding 考察高等教育在规模、师资和资金方面的地区差异

With the expansion of higher education in China and the relaxation of policies, the popularization and massization of higher education have led to the connotative development and steady improvement of higher education in China. However, due to the different environments of economy, policy and geography, there are some regional differences and equity problems in the process of rapid development of higher education in China. In this paper, the education data of 31 provinces, municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions in China will be used as the basis to study the three aspects of education scale, faculty and education expenses through the Gini coefficient analysis method. The research results show that with the efforts of some aspects such as national policies, the regional differences in higher education in China have become more and more relatively fair in recent years. In contrast, compared to the central and western regions, the eastern region is the region where the greatest disparity exists in higher education development.
随着中国高等教育的扩张和政策的放宽,高等教育的大众化和规模化使得中国高等教育的内涵发展和稳步提高。然而,由于经济、政策和地理环境的不同,中国高等教育在快速发展的过程中存在着一些地区差异和公平问题。本文将以中国31个省、直辖市和自治区的教育数据为基础,通过基尼系数分析法对教育规模、师资队伍和教育费用三个方面进行研究。研究结果表明,在国家政策等方面的努力下,近年来中国高等教育的区域差异越来越趋于相对公平。与中西部地区相比,东部地区是高等教育发展差距最大的地区。

In this paper, a hybrid teaching model for this course has been designed by analyzing the current situation of drone survey course construction, combined with the classification and characteristics analysis of online teaching resources. The application of blended learning can enhance students' initiative in learning, stimulate innovation awareness, and improve the quality of course teaching.
