As China's education reform enters a new stage of development, the "double reduction" policy comes into being and has been rapidly promoted and implemented. As an effective means to make up for the "3:30 problem" and educational needs after the application of the policy, after-school service has received close attention from all parties. Relevant policies and regulations have been issued to improve the implementation of local after-school services, optimize the form of after-school services, ensure the effect and quality of after-school services, and meet the different needs of all sectors of society for after-school services. However, due to the wide scope of the implementation of the policy and the number of relevant entities, the implementation of after-school services is different, and it is difficult to meet the needs of all parties, so the development of after-school services still has certain difficulties.

Emily Dickinson is one of the most outstanding and influential American poets of the 19th century. Her poem “I Heard a Fly Buzz -When I Died” is told from a perspective of narrator who is near her death. As a typical modernist poet, Dickinson’s poems have prominent modernist characteristics. Her poetry language deviates from the norm, not limited to the language norms, forming a unique foregrounding effect from different levels such as phonetic level (the repetition of diphthong, flow, nasal, and iambic tetrameter and iambic trimeter), graphological level (the frequent use of capital words and dashes), rhetorical level (enjambment, contrast, synesthesia, oxymoron), semantic level (lexical meaning transference) and grammatical level (juxtaposition and ellipsis). Exploring the stylistic characteristics of Dickinson’s poetry based on the theory of deviation from the functional stylistics is helpful to excavating the implicated theme meaning and unique aesthetic value of Dickinson’s poetry.

During the present era of globalization, the discernible trend of cultural diversification has come to the forefront. This research aims to study the adaptation of both teaching methods and instructional content to align with the demands of contemporary multicultural advancement. The proposition involves a shift away from teacher-centric instruction towards a student-centered approach, thereby accentuating the students' active role and endorsing an approach that places students at the core of learning. Through the avenue of multicultural art design education, students are allowed to intimately engage with the innate allure of diverse artistic expressions. By interweaving the quintessence of varied cultures into the pedagogical process, a broader array of artistic forms is presented for students' exploration. Through the scrutiny and exploration of artworks originating from distinct cultural milieus, students are immersed in disparate cultural values and modern characteristics, fostering expanded cognitive horizons, and incubating an inventive mentality during the process of learning. Within the framework of multicultural advancement, the educational paradigm must synchronize with contemporary currents. In addition to knowledge dissemination, art design education must concurrently fulfil its fundamental role in nurturing students' robust character and nurturing inventive awareness.

This paper examines the relationship among junior high school students' self-efficacy, learning motivation, and learning anxiety using a quantitative analytic research methodology. The results of the study indicate an immediate relationship between junior middle school pupils in China's self-efficacy, learning motivation, and anxiety about learning English; self-efficacy also acts as a moderator for the impact of English learning anxiety on learning motivation. This study is conducive to understanding the impact of learning anxiety on learning motivation and the mechanism of action in the English subject, and it has an illuminating impact on foreign language education and instruction.

State-owned enterprises (SOEs) are important institutions for higher vocational education and play a significant role in promoting its high-quality development. However, SOEs face challenges such as balancing profitability with public welfare, ambiguous legal status of property rights, dual-system management drawbacks, and flawed operational mechanisms, which severely hinder the development of vocational education. In order to enhance the adaptability of SOEs in organizing higher vocational education, the following adaptation paths are proposed: firstly, coordinating interests to enhance market adaptability.
