Vietnam has promulgated many legal documents as a basis for the organization and operation of criminal judgment enforcement. However, most of them focus mainly on the execution of prison and death penalty without really paying enough attention to the execution of punishments without deprivation of liberty. The system of legal documents on penalty enforcement without deprivation of liberty was issued at different times, so there are still many shortcomings, many contents have not been specified, leading to many difficulties and obstacles in law enforcement. Because it is an administrative-judicial activity, the execution of punishments does not deprive freedom of many subjects, and the order and procedures for judgment execution are relatively complicated, errors may occur, reducing the sense of justice. The meaning of punishment is not deprivation of liberty. Therefore, studying the principles of punishment without deprivation of liberty in the provisions of the law has scientific and practical significance.

The research aims at the impact of strategic capabilities as an independent variable through its dimensions (technical knowledge to build value, the ability to generate and own resources, and the technology used) on the sustainable competitive advantage as a dependent variable and its dimensions (Cost, quality, delivery, flexibility) The research topics are among the current issues aimed at helping companies discover and build strategic capabilities that support the researched company in a confrontation between competing companies and the ability of the studied company to stabilize and ensure success, excellence and creativity. The researchers used the questionnaire as the primary tool for collecting Data related to the selection of a random sample of (95) respondents to analyze and display the responses of the sample members and their perceptions of the study variables and their sub-dimensions and to test the study hypotheses using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, as well as the use of field observations and personal interviews as aids in data collection. The researchers relied on statistical programs (16. SPSS V.25, Excel V) in processing and analyzing data by using the most appropriate statistical methods. The researchers reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a relationship and the effect of the correlation between the independent variable, strategic capabilities and its dimensions, and the dependent variable, the sustainable competitive advantage and its dimensions. This means that sustainable competitive advantages derive the ingredients for achieving them from the components of the services provided by the researched company. Whenever the research sample companies possess the technical knowledge to build value in the presentation in delivering products and services to customers, whenever they can achieve sustainable competitive advantages within their work environment.

Social skills refer to specific task-related behaviors in daily life, such as participating in peer interactions, making friends, or making requests. In early childhood, social skills have a significant impact on their future academic performance, behavior patterns and even mental health. In this quantitative study, a questionnaire survey was conducted, selecting samples from urban kindergartens in Heze City, Shandong Province, China, and collecting a total of 256 valid questionnaires. The results showed that preschoolers' social skills (2.69±0.34, 2.5 is the mean score) were at a medium level and parents' parenting stress (2.34±0.60, 3 is the mean score) were at a medium to low level. Children's social skills differed significantly on the mother's education variable but not on other demographic variables. Children whose mothers' education was undergraduate had better social skills than children whose mothers' education was college, and children whose mothers' education was postgraduate had better social skills than children whose mothers' education was college. There is a significant and negative correlation between children's social skills and parents' parenting stress (correlation coefficient = - 0.171**), and parents' parenting stress was predictive of children's social skills (β= - 0.143). This study may contribute to designing social skills intervention programs for preschool children from the parents' perspective and expand research considerations on social skills interventions.

Expansion of businesses and industrialization has led to depletion of natural resources and has turned the concerns of the global communities, especially countries like China and America, on. The excess population of China has led to creating huge depletions of natural resources and carbon emissions. This is why China is now considering green initiatives as compulsory and important for mitigation of negative environmental impacts, negative impacts on the growth of economy, and on the health and literacy of the common man. Therefore, the aim of the current study was to analyze the various factors that lead to increased opportunity of buying from online domains. The framework presented within this study entails that social and environmental sustainability awareness and health literacy can lead to enhancing the purchase decisions of smart and green products such as smart light. Altruism has been used as a connection variable between these factors as altruistic nature of consumer has shown toenhance the buying behavior. The conceptual framework presented din this study needs to be validated through empirical research in the future.

The objective of the current research was to identify the mediating role of crisis management between leadership and business continuity. Crisis management has always been considered as a responsibility of the leaders of the organizations. Moreover, leaders have to show their true leadership skills during the time of crisis in order to keep things going. For meeting the objectives of the study, the data has been collected from 384 employees working at public sector organizations of UAE. The data has been collected by applying survey techniques and self administered questionnaires were distributed using simple random sampling. The findings from structural equation modelling revealed that leadership has a significant direct impact over business continuity as well as crisis management. this shows that leaders that are efficient in leadership holds the capability to manage the crisis. Moreover, the mediating role of crisis management between leadership and business continuity is also significant.

Pupils with visual impairments adapt in a variety of ways, one of which is learning to "see" through touch. Therefore, tactual readiness is essential for them to have access to physical reading materials. However, conventional instructional methods emphasize on memorising braille codes and braille writing rather than tactile reading. As a result, pupils find reading braille materials physically less engaging, and in the worst possible case, these pupils suffer from academic deficiencies as a consequence of their inability to read tactile information. This will substantially reduce their prospects of success in the future. As a corollary, instructional strategies emphasising interventions to enhance tactile sensitivity are necessary for resolving this issue. On the basis of the discrepancy model, a questionnaire was created to identify whether teachers need specific interventions to suit the special educational needs of pupils with visual impairments, particularly during early braille learning lessons. This questionnaire was distributed randomly to 92 special education teachers who taught visually impaired pupils in a variety of special education programs (PPK) in Malaysia.Beforehand, seven experts were recruited to evaluate the content validity of the need analysis instrument, and an S-CVI value of 0.86 was determined. In the meanwhile, eleven experts evaluated the instrument's face validity; the S-FVI was 0.90. Meanwhile, the quantitative items in this questionnaire had an alpha value greater than.70, indicating that the instrument used is appropriate for obtaining responses from the intended group, since the instrument's alpha value surpassed >.07 and remained within the recommended range for good internal consistency, that could be interpreted as reliable. According to the results, all of the respondents claimed they need a comprehensive module for pre-braille skills that includes step-by-step instructions and video demonstrations. In essence, teachers need a guided module to implement pre-braille skill interventions that foster tactile awareness and tactile perception to support early braille development among pupils with visual impairment in schools and homes.

Transformational leadership is as an emerging theory in managerial leadership unlike traditional leadership, where a leader works with his team members by persuading them along with sharing responsibilities leading to achievement of unexpected results beyond their capabilities. Management leaders intends to implement transformational leadership style, yet they are unaware that it is not enough. Therefore, strategic issues like management of knowledge and organizational learning must be managed through transformational leadership for consulting firms in order to develop organizational innovation. The research focused on identifying the correlation between transformational leadership and employee innovation., A quantitative approach relying on a questionnaire was conducted. The study sample consisted of 371 employees who were selected through quota sampling from Dubai Customs. The results showed that the relative weight of transformational leadership amounted to 80.34%, with a mean value of 4.02 and a standard deviation of 0.34, and the relative weight of employee innovation was 67.99%, with an average of 3.40 and a standard deviation of 0.86. The Pearson correlation coefficient between transformational leadership and employee innovation R=0.269, which means that there is a correlation between transformational leadership and employee innovation at Dubai Customs in the United Arab Emirates. In addition, employee innovation was fundamentally affected by the independent variable (transformational leadership) and in a statistically significant manner.
