Public territorialization policies between Buenos Aires and Barcelona are described and compared. From a qualitative design, the work is close to experiences in which processes of consolidation of public policies of territorial regionalization are observed, especially analyzing the consolidation process and the problems they currently present. The research is approached from three specific axes: context conditions, policies and actors. From there the power relations between different actors are investigated, the way in which political actors are constituted and the degrees of influence in the decision-making processes in each city. From the comparison it appears that the initiatives in Buenos Aires are designed from multilevel logics but their implementation shows strong centralization features in the central power. While in the case of Barcelona, multilevel designs and a distribution of reticular power that brings it closer to a cooperative model of metropolitan governance are embodied.

The housing issue has sparked a wide variety of discussions about its most pressing problems (such as deficit, access, construction materials, location, overcrowding, among others) and actions to address these problems. The critical analysis proposed by these authors breaks with conformism and the positive evaluations that have been built from political and academic discourses on interventions in housing matters.

Increasing the number of sustainable housing contributes to decreasing the effects of climate change, due to 4.62% of the CO 2 emissions that come from the housing sector. This work identifies the socioeconomic and territorial factors of the users who know and use the eco-technologies for housing differentially. Through surveys and significant differences in statistics, we found the ways in which each socioeconomic group knows and uses the ecological devices for existing housing in Mexico City.

In this paper, we use a municipal panel data set of the Mexican states located in the north border. We estimate the differences on property tax revenue on the municipalities of the north border region. Given that the existing estimates have been obtained using different databases and estimation methods, they are not comparable. Our objective is to validate the effect using a consistent model and estimation method. Controlling for political, economic and fiscal variables, we find that border municipalities collect 69 MX pesos above non-border municipalities.

This is an open access article under the CC-BY-NC-ND license Abstract: The aim of this study is to develop a rubber-based resistance training model for sprint athletes in Riau province by evaluating the efficacy of increasing sprint athletes' short distance running pace. The research method used in this study is ADDIE's research and development method, which consists of five steps. Athletes from Riau Province participated in this study as test subjects. analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluating are the first steps in the research process. Three experts were present for the model feasibility test: two athletic lecturers and one national athletic coach. The model's efficacy was tested using a 60-meter speed parameter test involving 30 athletes from Riau Province, 15 of whom were in the experimental group and 15 of whom were in the control group. The difference test results from SPSS 22 showed that the experimental group had an average difference of 0.78 and the control group had an average difference of 0.12. The discrepancy is derived from the test results, which are expressed in terms of time, so the shorter the time, the better. The discrepancy between the experimental and control groups' different values, or mean different = 0.658, t-count = 23.632, df = 28, with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, indicates that there are substantial variations between the experimental and control groups. It can be concluded that the rubber media-based Resistance training model for Riau provincial sprint athletes is more successful and can help the Riau provincial sprint athletes improve their 100-meter running pace.

This is an open access article under the CC-BY-NC-ND license Abstract: Communication is known as an activity carried out verbally and nonverbally. Communication involves a large number of XXI century skills such as analysis, evaluation, problem solving, metacognition, collaboration, and technology. Some content standards that were built as a foundation for CCSS (Common Core State Standards) target communication skills in the ability to write, speak, and listen. Communication skills of jambi university education administration students seem to be lacking. This is reinforced by the results of observations, when discussion groups of students find it difficult to convey ideas verbally and difficulty in writing ideas into summaries. Lack of communication skills is influenced by many factors. While communication skills are very important possessed by students especially in the industrial era 4.0. One solution to improve communication skills is to integrate learning models. learning models that can be integrated are problem based learning and inquiry. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of communication skills of jambi university education administration students through the problem based learning model and the inquiry model. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in cycles of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of this CAR indicate that the inquiry model has not been able to show any indication of changes in improving communication skills of Educational Administration students in Jambi University.

This study investigates the Mechanical Engineering students’ perspectives on their E-learning experience using SPADA as the primary platform in learning English, including understanding its features and material delivered, difficulties during the learning process, and suggestions to improve the quality of learning English through SPADA ITN Malang. As the Indonesian government requires every school and institution to begin implementing E-learning, starting from March 2020, in the National Institute of Technology (ITN) Malang, all learning activities that have been performed conventionally converted into virtual learning using the web-based learning management system named SPADA ITN Malang. The findings show that SPADA ITN Malang has positive appraisal by the students in accessibility, comprehension, and satisfaction aspect. However, the difficulties found, which were internet connection and the lack of discussions, should be addressed with suitable learning strategies to create a better English learning environment for the nonEnglish department students.

This is an open access article under the CC-BY-NC-ND license Abstract: This paper begins with a concern over the existence of regional oral literature which is increasingly "isolated" from the hustle and bustle of the modern world today. The lack of efforts to preserve oral literature, which is actually an asset of the community itself, and there are not many generations who want to cultivate this oral literature as a form of cultural responsibility for their society. It is feared that this will backfire for oral literature so that one day this oral literature will disappear. In this paper, the author tries to reveal and describe the cultural values contained in the Tembang Batanghari Sembilan (TBS) by using content analysis research methods and ethnographic analysis. The results of this study reveal that the TBS contains character education that has been maintained until now through development and cultural activities that exist in the Semende community in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan (OKUS) regency.
