Ekspresi Spiritualitas Kelompok Keagamaan di Beberapa Wilayah Provinsi Aceh 亚齐省几个地区宗教团体的精神表达

This study aims to explore the existence of diverse religious groups in the province of Aceh and how they engage in religious activities alongside other groups. In collecting data, the researcher used the library research method to gather references from books, journals, and academic research reports related to the topic, as well as the Netnography method to gather public information through relevant social media. The results show that there are several different religious groups in Aceh with varying views and expressions of their rituals in different regions. The Tastafi group, Jama'ah Tabligh, and the T. Raja Ubiet community group have different characteristics and expressions in their spiritual activities. On the other hand, the Wahabi group shows a far different view from the local spiritual practices, causing them to be isolated from other religious groups. This study reinforces the reality that although Aceh has implemented Islamic law as positive law, religious groups can still thrive and not hinder the emergence of various religious expressions in the community. Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tentang eksistensi beragam kelompok keagamaan di Provinsi Aceh dan bagaimana mereka melakukan aktivitas keagamaan secara berdampingan dengan kelompok lainnya. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode library research yang mengumpulkan referensi dari buku, jurnal, dan laporan penelitian akademik yang berhubungan, serta metode Netnografi yang mengumpulkan informasi publik melalui media sosial yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kelompok keagamaan yang berbeda dalam pandangan dan ekspresi ritual mereka di beberapa wilayah Aceh seperti kelompok Tastafi, Jamaah Tabligh, dan kelompok masyarakat T. Raja Ubiet. Kajian ini mempertegas realitas bahwa meskipun Aceh telah menerapkan syariat Islam sebagai hukum positif, namun kelompok keagamaan tetap dapat berkembang dan tidak menghalangi lahirnya berbagai ekspresi keagamaan dalam masyarakat.

Conflict Resolution between Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah Congregations in Tumpak Rejo Hamlet, Ponorogo Regency 在波诺罗戈摄政的Tumpak Rejo哈姆雷特,Nahdlatul Ulama和Muhammadiyah会众之间的冲突解决

The two largest and most powerful socio-religious groups in Indonesia are Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah. They have members from all over the country and have different religious views regarding some religious rituals aspect. These differences often give rise to friction in the realm of social life. This study aims to describe the conflict resolution between NU and Muhammadiyah in Tumpak Rejo Hamlet, Tambang Village, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data were obtained from interviews and observations with the residents of Tumpak Rejo Hamlet. This study shows that the conflict between NU and Muhammadiyah members also stems from differences in views about religious practices that take place in society. The role of the village government and community leaders succeeded in producing conflict resolution between the two community groups and, at the same time, creating tolerance and mutual respect between the two. This study concludes that cultivating an attitude of tolerance, a sense of togetherness, and mutual respect between communities is a resolution model that can overcome religious conflicts in society.

The Role of Government Political Approaches in the Growth and Decline of Hardline Islamic Movements in Indonesia 政府政治手段在印尼强硬派伊斯兰运动兴衰中的作用

One of the most arduous challenges in the development of Indonesian democracy has been the political contestation between the hardline Islamists vs. secular nationalists. This paper describes how the Indonesian governments dealt with this conflict due to the growing Islamic conservatism and the midst of democratization. For this purpose, this paper examines the controversial government policies during the administration of Soekarno, Soeharto, Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), and Joko Widodo, who governed Indonesia for at least two terms. The analysis of the data collected from various media and research publications describes and compares the political approaches of these presidents in dealing with hardline Islamic movements. Soekarno had to end his primary reliance on democratic debates that resulted in no agreement by issuing an authoritarian decree allowing him to ban the most powerful Islamist party – Masyumi. Soeharto, who implemented iron-fist policies against the Islamists, created stability for badly needed development, but to maintain his power, he had to meet some of the Islamic demands. Due to the reform era, SBY attempted to be more democratic toward the hardline Islamic appeals, leading to his indecisiveness that enhanced the growth of Islamic hardliners. Jokowi uses legal and discursive strategies to uphold secular nationalism. Still, to deal with Islamic radicalism, he used semi-authoritarian approaches such as banning hardline Islamic organizations. This paper concludes that the Indonesian liberal democratic political approaches could enhance Islamic politics and the growth of hardline Islamism. In contrast, authoritarian or semi-authoritarian approaches to secular nationalism created more stability for the growth of moderate Islam in Indonesia.

Proses Sosial dan Fenomena Retardasi Mental di Kabupaten Aceh Barat

This article aims to describe the mental retardation phenomenon among several suffered in Aceh Barat District, Aceh Province, focusing on the causes and how their lives undergo. This study was qualitative research with data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. Informants in this study were selected using the snowball technique, and data were analyzed in a qualitative descriptive approach. This study shows that a social process in families also causes mental retardation. Parenting patterns that do not prioritize good psychological communication and domestic violence are one of the causes of mental retardation among children. Therefore, social processes within families and communities need to get attention, especially from parents and stakeholders, so that mental retardation in children can be prevented, and the social process in the form of parenting with communication psychology as an approach is something important to overcome mental retardation that was occurred. Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang penderita retardasi mental yang ada di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Provinsi Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi fokus utama dalam artikel ini adalah bagaimana kehidupan penyandang retardasi mental dan apa penyebabnya mereka menderita hal tersebut. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik snawball dan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa retardasi mental juga disebabkan oleh suatu proses sosial yang terjadi di dalam keluarga masyarakat. Pola asuh yang tidak mengedepankan komunikasi psikologis yang baik dan tindakan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga telah menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya retardasi mental pada anak. Oleh karena itu, proses sosial yang terjadi dalam keluarga dan masyarakat perlu mendapatkan perhatian oleh orang tua dan pihak-pihak terkait agar retardasi mental pada anak dapat dihindari, dan yang juga tidak kalah penting adalah proses sosial yang berupa pola asuh dengan pendekatan psikologi komunikasi perlu dijadikan sebagai salah satu pendekatan untuk mengatasi retardasi mental yang telah terjadi.

Consumerism is a prevalent phenomenon that is already symptomatic in today's society. This study aims to discuss an ethic that supports the existence of a consumer society that was born and developed in a very long historical process. Colin Campbell was the first to speak of the romantic ethic that underlies the consumer society. This study uses the method of literature review. The main reference used is a book written by Campbell entitled "The Romantic Ethic and the Spirit of Modern Consumerism". Colin Campbell pertama kali mengemukakan tentang etika romantis yang melandasi masyarakat konsumen. Studi ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka. Referensi utama yang digunakan ialah buku yang ditulis oleh Campbell berjudul “The Romantic Ethic and the Spirit of Modern Consumerism”. Penulis juga menggali intisari dari beberapa buku pendukung lain yang memberikan penafsiran dan sudut pandang terhadap pemikiran Campbell. Peran dan Gagasan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono dalam Resolusi Konflik Aceh sulos Bambang Yudhoyono在亚齐冲突解决中的作用和思想

The Aceh peace achieved in 2005 has become an example for the international community in resolving conflicts using a dialogue approach. Of course, it cannot be separated from the role and ideas of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as the president of the Republic of Indonesia at that time. This article aims to describe SBY's role and ideas in Aceh's conflict resolution context. The data in this study are sourced from relevant literature studies and analyzed with a qualitative approach. This study shows that several basic things are important points in the context of SBY's role and ideas in pursuing peace in Aceh. First, peace efforts are based on sincerity and political commitment to end the conflict. Second, the ability to see difficulties during a tsunami becomes an opportunity for peace. Third, the choice of a non-militaristic approach and relying on dialogue. Fourth, courage in taking risks and realizing measurable policies in pursuing peace in Aceh. Apart from that, the commitment to peace from the government and GAM is an important point in the realization of peace in Aceh because the commitment to peace by complying with the points of the agreement has been agreed upon and makes peace continue. Abstrak Perdamaian Aceh yang berhasil diraih pada tahun 2005 telah menjadi contoh bagi dunia internasional tentang bagaimana menyelesaikan konflik bersenjata dengan pendekatan dialog. Hal ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari peran dan gagasan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono yang kala itu menjadi presiden Republik Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan lebih lanjut tentang peran dan gagasan SBY dalam konteks resolusi konflik di Aceh Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari kajian-kajian literatur yang relevan. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hal mendasar yang menjadi poin penting dalam konteks peran dan gagasan SBY dalam mengupayakan perdamaian Aceh. Pertama, upaya perdamaian yang di dasarkan pada kesungguhan dan komitmen politik untuk benar-benar mengakhiri konflik.  Kedua, kemampuan dalam melihat kesulitan di tengah tsunami menjadi peluang untuk berdamai.  Ketiga, pilihan pendekatan non militeristik dan bertumpu pada dialog. Keempat, keberanian dalam mengambil risiko dan realisasi kebijakan yang terukur dalam mengupayakan perdamaian di Aceh. Terlepas pada itu, komitmen perdamaian dari pemerintah dan GAM menjadi poin penting dari realisasi perdamaian Aceh, karena komitmen damai dengan cara mematuhi poin-poin perjanjian yang telah disepakati membuat perdamaian dapat terus bertahan.

Modal Sosial Nelayan Pengguna Cantrang di Pantai Pelabuhan Perikanan Tangkap Kabupaten Batang Jawa Tengah

This study aims to explore the forms of social capital that take place in fishing communities that use cantrang in the Capture Fisheries Area of Batang Regency. The method used is qualitative with an exploratory descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, focus group discussion and literature studies. The results showed that in the aspect of socioeconomic networks, social networks of actors were formed consisting of subsistence fishermen, native fishermen, commercial fishermen, fishing boat crews, Fish Processing Entrepreneurs, Fish Contractors, smale-scale fish sellers, shipyards, fisheries shahbandars and the Fisheries Marine Service. In the aspect of bridging social capital, collaboration takes place among fishermen who use cantrang, fish entrepreneurs at TPI, food processing business actors, fellow crew members, shipyards, Ship Motorists, and fish sellers in markets and small basket fish sellers. In the aspect of linking social capital, social networks form participation during FGD, Advocacy, and Socialization related to capture fisheries activities together with the Regent, the Marine Fisheries Service, and HNSI. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi modal sosial yang berlangsung pada masyarakat nelayan pengguna cantrang di Wilayah Perikanan Tangkap Kabupaten Batang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif eksploratif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, focus group discussion (FGD) dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada aspek jaringan sosial ekonomi terbentuk jaringan sosial aktor yang terdiri dari nelayan subsisten, nelayan asli, nelayan komersil/ Juragan kapal, nelayan ABK, Pengusaha Pengolahan Ikan, Pemborong ikan, penjual ikan bakul-bakul kecil, galangan kapal, syahbandar perikanan dan Dinas Kelautan Perikanan. Pada aspek bridging social capital, kolaborasi berlangsung di antara nelayan pengguna cantrang, pengusaha ikan di TPI, Pelaku usaha pengolahan makanan, sesama ABK, Galangan kapal beserta Motoris Kapal, penjual ikan di pasar dan penjual ikan bakul-bakul kecil. Teuku Riefky Harsya dan Pembangunan Pendidikan di Aceh

Teuku Riefky Harsya, a member of the Aceh legislature from 2005-2024, has played a role in the development of education in Aceh. This article aims to explain two problems: Teuku Riefky Harsya's contribution to the development of education in Aceh and the political strategies used. The results showed that Teuku Rifky Harsya contributed to the development of education in Aceh, including the Smart Indonesia Program, Bidikmisi, Superior Scholarship, Infrastructure, Mobile library, and mobile cinema, healthy food for school children. Strategies for building education in Aceh are cross-party political communication, closeness with the ulama, teamwork, and forming field coordinators. Thus, education development in Aceh can continue to increase and benefit the community. Abstrak Teuku Riefky Harsya yang merupakan anggota legislatif Aceh dari tahun 2005-2024 yang telah berperan dalam pembangunan Pendidikan di Aceh. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dua masalah yaitu; kontribusi Teuku Riefky Harsya dalam pembangunan pendidikan di Aceh dan strategi politik yang dipergunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teuku Rifky Harsya memberikan kontribusi bagi perkembangan pendidikan di Aceh, antara lain: Program Indonesia Pintar, Bidikmisi, Beasiswa Unggul, Sarana Prasarana, Mobil perpustakaan dan bioskop keliling, makanan sehat untuk anak sekolah. Strategi dalam membangun pendidikan di Aceh yaitu komunikasi politik lintas partai, kedekatan dengan ulama, kerja sama tim dan membentuk koordinator lapangan. Sehingga dengan demikian pembangunan pendidikan di Aceh dapat terus meningkat dan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat.

Perubahan Fungsi dan Kedudukan Meunasah dalam Kehidupan Generasi Muda Aceh

Meunasah underwent a drastic change in its function in the lives of the young generation of Aceh. Therefore, it is important to examine the changes in the function of the meunasah in the life activities of the young generation in seeing the urgency of the meunasah as a community center in supporting the development of young generations in the face of the globalization. This qualitative study uses interview methods, observation and documentation in collecting data and using interactive analysis in analyzing the findings. The results showed that the shift in the function of the meunasah in the young generation of Aceh was caused by social changes that occurred after the conflict and the tsunami disaster. This situation is strengthened by the condition of the meunasah that does not keep up with the development of information technology so that it is unable to answer the needs of the young generation who are bound by technology. Therefore, it is necessary to modernize the meunasah environment in order to meet the technological needs of the young generation, so that the meunasah can still function as a community center in preparing the young generation of Aceh. Abstrak Meunasah mengalami perubahan fungsi yang drastis dalam kehidupan generasi muda Aceh. Oleh karena itu menjadi penting untuk mengkaji tentang perubahan fungsi meunasah dalam aktivitas kehidupan generasi muda dalam melihat urgensitas meunasah sebagai community center dalam menopang perkembangan generasi muda dalam menghadapi globalisasi dunia. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data dan menggunakan analisis interaktif dalam menganalisis temuan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pergeseran fungsi meunasah dalam kehidupan generasi muda Aceh disebabkan oleh perubahan sosial yang terjadi pasca konflik dan bencana tsunami yang melanda Aceh. Kondisi ini dikuatkan dengan keadaan institusi meunasah yang tidak mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi sehingga tidak mampu menjawab kebutuhan hidup generasi muda yang terikat dengan teknologi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya modernisasi di lingkungan meunasah agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan teknologi di kalangan generasi muda, sehingga meunasah tetap dapat difungsikan sebagai community center dalam menyiapkan generasi muda Aceh yang beriman dan berkemajuan.

Perkembangan Gerakan Dakwah Salafi dalam Konteks Demokrasi: Studi Kasus di Kota Tanjung Pinang 在民主背景下的达卡瓦萨拉菲运动的发展:丹戎平市的一个案例研究

This study aims to explain the factors that initiated the emergence and development of the Salafi movement in Tanjungpinang city. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that there are two factors driving the development of the Salafi movement in Tanjungpinang, that are; (a) The establishment of the Nashrussunnah Foundation as a manifestation of the success of Salafi da'wah in accessing and redistributing resources, and (b) Opening up space for da'wah. Then, the efforts of Salafi members and their supporters to develop their social movements are by upholding civil liberties which are applied by inviting people to join an association that is quite exclusive. The Salafi movement is also trying to build a civil society that aims to avoid the bad effects of globalization and spiritual and moral degradation. Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor yang memprakarsai munculnya dan berkembangnya gerakan Salafi di kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua faktor pendorong berkembangnya gerakan dakwah Salafi di yaitu; (a) Berdirinya Yayasan Nashrussunnah sebagai wujud kesuksesan dakwah Salafi dalam mengakses dan meredistribusi sumber daya, dan (b) Terbukanya ruang dakwah. Kemudian, upaya anggota Salafi dan pendukungnya untuk mengembangkan gerakan sosialnya adalah dengan menjunjung tinggi kebebasan sipil yang diaplikasikan dengan mengajak masyarakat bergabung ke sebuah perkumpulan yang cukup eksklusif. Gerakan salafi juga berusaha membangun masyarakat sipil yang bertujuan untuk menghindari pengaruh buruk dari globalisasi dan degradasi spiritual maupun moral.
