Previous research has indicated that organizational justice perceptions can reinforce Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCBs). However, little attention has been paid to the role of the facets of organizational justice and their unique contribution to OCBs. Furthermore, the mechanisms that potentially explain this relationship are unclear. The first aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between multifocal organizational justice facets (i.e., distributive, procedural, and interactional) and OCB levels focusing on interpersonally focused (OCBI) and organizationally focused (OCBO). Second, the study examined whether psychological capital mediates the organizational justice-OCB relationship. Employees working in an Iranian oil company (n = 200) were analyzed through structural equation modeling. The results demonstrated that from the facets of organizational justice, interactional justice was positively associated with interpersonally focused (OCBI). Moreover, psychological capital mediated the relationship between procedural justice and citizenship behaviors at both OCB levels. The results suggest that increasing OCB among employees is not only a social interaction phenomenon but also includes employees’ instinct motivation aspects. Therefore, granting employees enough authority and control over their jobs and communicating with them based on appreciation will create better circumstances to exhibit prosocial behavior.

Over the years, the growing number of social, economic, and environmental issues have challenged the corporate’s functioning, thus becoming imperative for businesses to pay attention to their performance. Significantly, in addressing the rising global challenges today, sustainable management and leadership practices have gained exceptional importance in the eyes of the multilateral parties and stakeholders. Sustainable management and leadership are prime determinants of enhanced business performance. Together, they foster the organization's operational excellence, productivity, and efficiency. In particular, they develop an interrelated set of competencies, systems, and models that influence the organization's processes, activities, and functions, thereby increasing business performance. However, despite the increasing significance of sustainable management and leadership, today, businesses are still using traditional practices to increase their business performance. Unfortunately, as a result, institutions are still falling apart in improving the firms’ business performance. Hence, to address the increasing concern, this call for paper encourages organizations to adopt these approaches to ensure business performance. The article aims to analyse digital tools for managing the tourism enterprises' innovative activities based on the Ukrainian experience of overcoming the risks of martial law. The novelty of the research consists in determining the possibilities of digital management in war conditions, which is an extremely important experience for European countries that never faced such a crisis. In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the integration of digital tools in Ukraine's tourism industry, statistical data obtained from over 200 enterprises were analysed. This data leveraging enabled the identification of the key management practices that were implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequently adapted to the martial law restrictions. An interdisciplinary methodological toolkit was used in order to conduct the research: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, and comparison. The results demonstrated modern digital tools for managing tourist activities based on consideration of the world and Ukrainian contexts. Special emphasis was also placed on the development of leadership as a phenomenon capable of improving the perception of innovations and appropriate management decisions against the general implementation of modern management methods. The conclusions showed the capabilities of information systems, multimedia databases, and customer relationship management software. It is also important to emphasise the role of digital tools in the tourism industry of Ukraine and their use as a response to the military challenge. Consequently, the importance of targeted advertising and the widespread use of mobile devices is evident. In martial law conditions, they are an important

This study aims to determine the impact of the Coaching Leadership style (CL) on Project Success (PS) by applying the concept from the Resource Based View - (RBV) and Social Identity Theory - (SIT). This study further ascertains the mediating role of team building and goal clarity in the relationship between CL and PS. The data were collected from 302 project management professionals working in the Construction industry of Pakistan. The study applied partial least squares structural equation modeling to validate the direct and mediating effect. The results indicated that CL has a positive and significant impact on project success. Moreover, the results further validated that team building and goal clarity mediates the relationship between coaching leadership and project success. There is a dearth of empirical investigation on the relationship between CL and PS in developing republics context. This study makes a significant contribution to the field of Construction industry project management by demonstrating that CL impacts PS while team building and goal clarity mediate this relationship. This is one of the earliest studies that explores the inter-relationship among CL, PS, and team outcome.

Team management in the context of digitalisation and related challenges requires new solutions. The aim of the paper was to analyse leadership's role in addressing sustainability and digitalization challenges in enterprise management. The research design consisted of mixed methods, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. This, in turn, provided a comprehensive understanding of the challenges, strategies, and leadership roles associated with sustainability and digitalisation in business management. To achieve the aim of the study, empirical research methods were used - a survey based on a pre-designed questionnaire. The problems of the impact of management decisions on the economic sustainability of enterprises and the peculiarities of the impact of digitalisation on modern management activities were highlighted in the paper. It was proved that leadership had a significant impact on creating a motivating and favourable working atmosphere, which helped increasing the productivity and reduce the staff turnover. The right management decisions become a decisive factor for the formation of overall stability in the working team. It was emphasised that the obtained data indicated that the majority of respondents considered the implementation of sustainability and digitalisation as key elements of modern management. Leadership, in turn, was of great importance in this process, especially in supporting and overcoming the main challenges on the way to enterprise digitalisation. These challenges, such as insufficient resources and technological limitations, require attention in order to ensure the successful implementation of management strategies through the prism of digitalisation. Implications: The practical significance of the obtained results was to build a model of management decision-making, the key principle of which is the emphasis on leadership and the formation of an atmosphere of trust in the team. The conclusions emphasised the relevance of further integration of digital technologies into the sphere of management and decision-making.

Communication management is critical in promoting products and services in an environment of volatility. It involves creating effective communication strategies to reach the target audience and provide them with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions. The research aims to study communication management strategies and identify the most effective ones to ensure the full-fledged operation of an organization in negative conditions of its activity. The research methodology comprises general scientific (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction) and special (abstraction, concretization, comparison) methods. The results analyze and systematize potential risks for companies in the process of promoting goods and services under conditions of uncertainty and also offer practical recommendations for minimizing risks. It was revealed that the main practical directions in managing communications in conditions of instability are the creation and/or strengthening of a strong company brand, the use of digital marketing, as well as crisis communication strategies. It is noted that, in general, the promotion of goods and services in conditions of instability is a complex and responsible task that requires a comprehensive and evidence-based approach. Relying on scientific reflection and a comprehensive study of the causes of instability, as well as effective communication and interaction strategies, it is possible not only to promote goods and services in an environment of instability but also to shape a more stable and sustainable future for the company.

The purpose of this study was to examine the competitive performance of the Ethiopian flower industry in the world market from the pre-to post COVID-19 pandemic era in comparison with the Netherlands, Colombia, Ecuador, Kenya, Italy, China, Malaysia, Israel, and Canada. The study collected secondary data from the International Trade Centre (ITC) database for the years between 2003 and 2022. The data collected was analyzed by NRCA (Normalized Revealed Comparative Advantage) and RTA (Relative Trade Advantage) indexes as a measure of competitive performance as well as using both descriptive and inferential statistical analysis tools: mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson’s correlation test, and paired sample t -test. The findings show that Ethiopia, as well as the Netherlands, Colombia, Ecuador, and Kenya, have a strong competitive advantage in the flower industry in the pre-to post COVID-19 pandemic era (2003-2022), with relatively consistent competitive performance trend in the world market; while other countries with fluctuating competitive advantage and self-balancing (Israel, Malaysia, and China) and also countries such as Italy and Canada have a competitive disadvantage in flower in the world market. Ethiopia’s flower competitive advantage has achieved a steady improvement in the post COVID-19 pandemic era while other countries are facing inconsistent and huge decline, particularly, Colombia, as the finding revealed. Also, paired sample t-test result shows that statistically significant difference was found between Ethiopia’s competitive advantage and those of the top competin g countries with a p-value ˂ .05. The finding also indicated that with average values of the relative import advantage (RMA = .48) and relative trade advantage (RTA = 128.80) indexes, Ethiopia is a net exporter of flowers. Therefore, the findings of this study give managers robust evidence of how their flower industry’s competitive performance changes over time and the rank of their respective country.
