The article assesses the development of the regional market for poultry products using the indicator of the development of the regional market. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of efficiency in managing the development of Ukrainian regional markets for poultry products based on the formation of a system of indicators of the level of development and assessment of their interdependence. The market development indicator is calculated as the sum of a weighted normalized assessment of each of the three components: the regional demand indicator, the regional supply indicator, and the trade development indicator in the region. The methodology for assessing the level of development of regional markets for poultry products includes: establishing indicators characterizing the level of development of regional markets for poultry products; assessment of the significance of characteristics in shaping the level of development of regional markets for poultry products; building a mathematical model for assessing the level of development of regional markets for poultry products. The calculations carried out using the proposed methodological approach make it possible to determine that the highest level of development of regional markets belongs to the central region.

Considering its dual focus on creating competitive advantage and utilizing new opportunities, the interest in Strategic Entrepreneurship (SE) research has increased rapidly over the last two decades, and the relationship of this concept with other fields is also under scrutiny. The literature on middle management has also taken its share from this increasing interest. It is argued in the relevant literature that middle manager roles serve as the foundation of the company’s strategic entrepreneurship. The present study aims at showcasing the relationships between the two basic academic disciplines. In order to test this aim, a total of 330 questionnaires were applied to mid-level managers of medium-sized enterprises in Bursa, Sakarya, Istanbul, Kocaeli and Konya provinces operating in Turkey and leading in the automotive supply industry. It is thought that the four basic strategic roles of middle managers significantly relate to the four dimensions that reveal the SE of the enterprises. The successful integration of these two fields can pave the way for the development of a new and important perspective for both researchers and practitioners. Moreover, the implications of the study will shed light on future research and applications on the integration of these two subjects, which are scarce in the existing literature.

Scientific and applied aspects of decentralization are considered, analyzing the stimulating determinants and outlines methodological approaches to assessing the development of territorial communities in the modern period. Emphasis is placed on the need to study foresight as a technology for forecasting the development of the territorial community. Important aspects are outlined, and the advantages and disadvantages of the impact of financial decentralization on the processes of effective development at the local level are systematized. The economic activity of territorial communities in the regions of Ukraine is analyzed, and the attention is focused on the Lviv region in terms of groups formed by the population in the communities. In the process of economic and mathematical modeling, it is proposed to maximize the economic efficiency of territorial communities. The calculations showed a statistically significant impact of decentralization on the welfare of the population of the territorial community and the formation of a positive investment climate. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is represented by a set of practical aspects of the study, namely proposals for modern innovative development of local communities using digitalization.

The article considers the specifics of the organisational and managerial design of financial and human resource support of innovative agribusiness. It is established that the scientific literature does not sufficiently cover this issue. The tools, methods, principles and models of such design need to be clarified. It is emphasised that the forecasting of the level of security of financial and human resources in the organisation is an important aspect of strategic management, risk diversification and socio-economic development of both a single subject of entrepreneurial activity and the state as a whole. It is proposed to carry out the above forecasting using a combination of quantitative forecasting methods. The results of forecasting the security level of organisational and managerial design of financial and human resources of innovative agribusiness obtained in the article showed almost positive dynamics of the phenomenon under study, but we should not expect stability and permanence of this trend due to significant fluctuations in the external environment.
