It is described in detail in the article the organic potential of European countries and Ukraine through the prism of specific indicators that characterize it. It is determined that the fullest organic potential of any state is revealed through a system of such indicators: land use in organic farming; number of producers of certified organic products; volumes of retail trade in organic products; volumes of exports and imports of organic products; cost of consumption of organic products per person; the largest importers of state organic products, etc. Based on the constructed complex diagram, which systematically characterizes the organic potential of European countries and, in particular, Ukraine through a set of its main indicators, it is proved that: 1) the most powerful European organic leaders in 2019 are: Austria, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Collectively, the indicators that characterize their organic potential in 2019 reached, compared to other European countries, high leadership positions; 2) according to statistics, it is determined that in 2019 Sweden for the first time after many years of importing organic grains became their exporter –116 million euros; 3) it is noted that Ukraine in the system of indicators characterizing its organic potential in 2019, among European countries is a pioneer, where the development of organic farming and organic food production is a strategic task of the state over the next few years. After all, the area of organic land in 2019 exceeded 460 thousand hectares, and the volume of exports of organic products in the same year reached the level of 272 million euros with only 470 state producers of certified organic products. The author proposes his own approach to assessing the effectiveness of organic potential in Ukraine through the prism of specific indicators-characteristics, which is generalized into a single integrated indicator – the taxonomy coefficient. The calculations proved the instability of the taxonomic indicator during the study period, which, according to the author, indicates that the state organic potential and system of organic production in Ukraine is at the stage of formation and development. The analysis allows us to conclude that Ukrainian exporters of organic products are forced to solve a number of problems that hinder the intensification of supply of products from our country to the markets of other countries.

Abstract The management of a rural tourism cluster based on an economic-mathematical model stipulates the use of mathematical modeling methods to optimize the economic parameters of the cluster’s activity. Therefore, the practical aspects of the application of a system approach to the development and improvement of the management system in a rural tourism cluster are substantiated. The article aims to develop an economic-mathematical model for the optimization of the management of the rural tourism cluster parameters. The model uses the Kalman filter and deterministic feedback to evaluate the state of the dynamic system based on observations. The developed models and the management optimization algorithm are synthesized in the automatized information-analytical management subsystem. The typical list of business processes in the activity of a rural tourism cluster is characterized to specify managerial actions and improve their efficiency and performance. The ways of the algorithm’s integration into the automatized information-analytical management subsystem are outlined. Overall, the article offers the method of optimization of rural tourism cluster management based on mathematical modeling and management optimization.

Abstract This study analyses the effect of the different dimensions of celebrity endorsement that is trustworthiness, effectiveness, attractiveness and, respect on the buying intentions of the Indian rural buyers for purchasing the handwash products. Several studies elaborate the effect on consumer’s buying intention for various FMCG products. However, there is a paucity of the examining the effect of celebrity on the buying intention of rural buyers especially for a growing Indian rural market. Therefore, study’s aim was to examine the role and influence of a celebrity endorsement on the rural buyers. After concluding from various theories of celebrity endorsement and conducting experimental research with 560 rural respondents and conductive multiple regression analysis, the result exhibits that only three dimension of celebrity that is trustworthiness, effectiveness and attractiveness influenced the buying intention while respect was found insignificant in model. Hence, the study concludes that celebrity as a whole has positive impact on the buying intention of rural buyer.

Abstract Agriculture identification of solution alternatives and their effective implementation require human resources capable of concentrating and systemically setting priorities and performing necessary tasks for realization of ideas. With the help of agricultural digitization, one employee can communicate with several robotic devices at once by sending them specific instructions, thereby synchronizing their work with each other. Such activities in agriculture help to save time and achieve higher productivity. Purpose of the study is to analyse opportunities for digitisation of agricultural and rural development solutions. The focus is on one of the options, the aim is to define how in a digital environment, using decision support systems (DSS), one employee can carry out several jobs and, according to feedback signal, perform their quality monitoring. Using digital technologies in agriculture and rural change management, employees can guarantee that every modern agricultural and rural development management system will start its work on time, perform it qualitatively and finish it on time. An employee can monitor the processes of change in agriculture and rural environment with the help of information technology. With the help of internet technologies and robots, implemented advanced information systems (such as DSS) can collect, analyse and process huge data (metrological, soil conditions, market information, etc.), so one person can perform several jobs at the same time. In order to successfully address the challenges of digitisation of agriculture and rural development, it is proposed to facilitate cooperation between a human (operator) and a robot when they exchange and (or) share tasks, control multifunctional processes, and, according to the obtained results, make changes to the components of the process in order to achieve the best result.

Abstract The article is devoted to the study of the institutional foundations of the regions’ digitalization. Approaches to understanding and interpreting the essence of the concept of "digitization of the region" were considered, which made it possible to group them into four approaches: scientific, practical, regional and social. It has been proven that the process of forming the regions’ digital economy is significantly dependent on the institutional environment. It was determined that this is a set of socio-economic and political norms and rules that serve as the basis for the structural construction and relationships between the components of the digital economy. The following functions of the institutional environment are distinguished: integrative, stimulating, social, distributive, informational, and revenue. The concept, essence, possible variants of the relationship and interaction of formal and informal rules and norms are considered. The concept and essence of development institutes are clarified.

Abstract The fashion and textile industry are one of the most polluting industries in the world. This article provided an overview on how the circular economy is currently being implemented within the textile and fashion sector. The environmental footprint of the light industry at various stages of the product life cycle was examined. A detailed analysis of literary sources on the implementation of the circular economy model was carried out. The peculiarities of the circular economy model in the textile industry are determined.
