Original Net Animation (ONA) has become one of the major trends nowadays, along with the development of network technology. ONA tends to be shorter than traditional animation, sometimes lasting only for a few minutes. ONA can leave the audiences with a great impression through medium of animation. By taking the ONA, CARN, this research will then execute a narrative analysis. This research adopts the content analysis as research method, combined the three acts of story structure and the story strength theory. The analysis tool is the animation language which was proposed by Paul Wells. And, what is required in order to examine the narrative, and the semiology theory, and the language, this research inaugurates an analysis tool to formulate the foundation for a successful animated story narrative. The research found out that: (1) the story intensity could be effectively improved by using the animation language; (2) the metaphor was widely applied, the average percentage of the usage reaches 38.46%. It could help the story intensity enhance; (3) the Symbolic Association is also hugely used, it is obvious that symbol is an important skill to narrative. The conclusion will be the reference for the ONA related creations and analysis researches.

In this paper combines the artificial neural network (ANN) method and the internal resistance measuring method, which is designed for the lithium-ion battery state of charge (SOC) estimation. It is different from the general neural network research that only uses voltage and current as parameters. The input layer adds important parameters: the battery voltage and current, and the internal resistance of the battery as external inputs. We design a recurrent neural networks (RNN) model with non-linear autoregressive with exogenous input (NARX). The network compares the difference between the simulation results under the same benchmark with the back-propagation neural networks (BPNN). Experiments show that this architecture not only improves the convergence speed of the neural network, but also shortens its average execution time, and the mean-square error is improved. It is a good indicator of the accuracy of the measurement. This paper also discusses the application of this architecture to the difference between DC internal resistance and AC internal resistance.

Superhydrophobic materials have become a hot issue in the field of surface and interface science because of their excellent properties and broad application prospects. In this paper, ${mathrm{Ni}}_{3} mathrm{S}_{2}$ micro-nanostructure was prepared on the nickel foam via the hydrothermal reaction. The superhydrophobic surface was obtained after modifying with tetradecanoic acid and the optimal minimum time was 12 h. Functional tests of the superhydrophobic surface revealed that the prepared superhydrophobic surface had distinct self-cleaning property and high temperature resistance.

Coating protection is one of the simplest and most effective measures to protect concrete. Effect of polymer to cement ratio (p/c) on seawater corrosion resistance of polymer modified cementitious coatings (PMCC) is investigated base on bond strength, tensile strength, elongation at break and flexural strength tests. The results show that optimal p/c is 0.6. After seawater corrosion, retention rate of bond strength, tensile strength, elongation at break and flexural strength reach 88.44%, 82.74%, 90.56% and 98.6%, respectively.

This study investigates the application of the jet dispensing technique for the dispensing of glucose oxidase (GOD) on blood glucose test strips. In this study, the experimental results indicated that the working principle of the jet dispensing valve is based on the collision of the sliding needle assembly with the seat, causing glucose oxidase (GOD) droplets to eject from the nozzle. During the process, the sliding of the needle assembly will have certain amount of friction, leading to a minute change in the weight of GOD droplets. Such small variation in the weight of GOD droplets will in turn affect the accuracy of blood glucose test strip readings. Special grease which varies in weight was coated on the surface of the needle assembly for dispensing investigation. The results showed that coating the needle assembly with 0.02g of grease will make the ejected GOD on the test strip reaction zone form an arch-shaped droplet, completely covering the electrode on the test strip reaction zone and allowing the test strip to have lower standard deviation (STD) as well as coefficient of variation (CV). It has been evidenced in this study that applying a small amount of grease on the surface of the needle assembly can improve the accuracy of blood glucose test strip.

The laser autocollimation utilizes the function of a lens to convert the angle change of a plane mirror into the displacement of a reflected laser beam focused spot on a photodetector. However, in this method, it is hard to achieve both a high resolution and a wide range measurement simultaneously. In this paper, a new optical angle sensor utilizing a broadband optical frequency comb generated from a femto-second laser source and a diffraction grating is proposed for solving this tradeoff.

The contribution of the scientific and technological innovation to regional economy has surpassed FDI at provincial level in China. And the innovation capacity has grown up to be a key factor impacting upon the uneven development of regions. This article contributes to examine the scientific and technological innovation capacity over 11 provinces in the Yangtze River economic belt in order to find some implications for regional coordinated development. We select 15 indexes and construct an evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation capacity. The statistical approach is applied to rank the 11 provinces, and to explore the key factors resulting on the differences of scientific and technological innovation capacities. All Data source from the Year Books for 11 provinces. The results show that: (1) from the west to the east, there is an obvious gradient decreasing characteristic. (2) Investment funding is a significant factor affecting regional differences for scientific and technological innovation capacity.

Analysis of pedestrian attributes in surveillance scenes is a challenging task for computer vision due to the influence of illumination and occlusion. Most existing algorithms focus on using static images to estimate results. However, these detectors often fail to appliance in videos. In this paper, We explore the GoogLeNet network that join Short-Term Memory (LSTM) to identify pedestrian attributes in continuous video sequences. Instead of dealing with a single frame, the network is used to predict the order images in run-on time. Extensive experiments are performed on video data in different monitoring conditions such as subway entrance, market and intersection. Results show that the method has achieved competitive performance on attribute recognition.

This paper presents a numerical analysis of heat flow in a linear encoder system, in which a micro thermal sensor is employed to read line pattern structures on a scale grating. A simple heat transfer model of the interface between the micro thermal sensor and a scale grating is established, and the heat flow at the sensor-grating interface is estimated for the cases of employing scale gratings having line pattern structures with a sinusoidal profile and a triangular profile, respectively, to search for the possibility of employing the output signal from the micro thermal sensor for displacement measurement.
