According to industry4.0, every different field not only factories but companies are achieving the goal of intelligence manufacturing and going to be transformation to promote their competition. Therefore, system provider firstly put forward upgrading automation production line. After this condition, it could achieve the goal on optimization and efficiency. In order to realize planning and designing of automation manufacturing, it established an automation checking with visualization and use robotic arms to glue and assemble on our workstation. In the end, we achieve the planning and designing of automation manufacturing unit. This working station could produce in automation process line.

In recent years, BIM technology has been widely used in construction projects, and it has greatly benefited from design modeling to construction check and virtual reality project information integration. However, BIM's commercial modeling software lacks the function of managing queries in the general operation process. This study attempts to build a model of school dormitories and public facilities using BIM. Combined with GIS query function and QR code identification and network communication function. Establish a visual management system with inquiry and maintenance notification functions. The research results show that by integrating related software and identification methods, the functions of query and management can be effectively accelerated.

The purpose of this study is to use a real-time measurement system to collect the operation signals of the milling machine under multi-speed frequency variation, and to conduct prognostics and health management research. First, we installed a three-axis accelerometer sensor on a domestic milling machine with different health conditions. Then in the experimental project, we completed the data acquisition of the 4-step speed, and used the waterfall map to achieve the purpose of data visualization. In signal analysis, we perform data mining for the speed, frequency and amplitude of the frequency domain. Finally, the fuzzy inference system is used to construct the decision mechanism, and the representativeness of the input parameters is weighed by the weight of the rules. From the experimental results, the FIS-based PHM method can effectively identify the spindle motor state and predict the trend of health deterioration from the frequency characteristics.

The rotary positive-displacement Roots mechanisms are popular used in industries and instruments as vacuum pump, blower, or supercharger, etc. As a mechanical blower design, its performances are affected by a variety of factors such as geometries, rotational speed, clearances, and operating processes. In this study, a Roots supercharger is investigated by a self-developed testing system which is designed following the SAE J1723 standard. Both of inlet and outlet temperatures and pressures are recorded as methods mentioned in standard. A flowmeter is installed in inlet system to detect the flow rates and a rotary torque transducer is used to measure the torque transmitted from motor to blower and the rotational angular speed. Automatic data acquisition system is built to gather all relevant data into notebook for further data analysis. Pressure ratio, isentropic efficiency and volumetric efficiency are investigated for the specific Roots blower under different testing conditions. This tool will be beneficial to testing of different blower productions in industries.

By using such methods as data cleansing, transformation and mining implementation process, etc. related to data mining technique, enterprise financial activities and administrative affairs may be effectively allocated, organized, coordinated and controlled, and accordingly financial allocation process may be effectively optimized and economic benefits of enterprises may be steadily and rapidly enhanced. However by now, due to the improper use of the method, most enterprises in China may not reach this point, and therefore their economic benefits are difficult to be improved dramatically. In this study, a novel method is proposed to diagnose the assembly failure of a gearbox. Different kinds of failure mode can be simulated through the CAE software firstly. The signals of the failure modes can thus be store in the database for the purpose of diagnosis of the gear faults. The method avoids the complex experimental process to obtain the signals gathered from the actual device. The database thus could be set up effectively. In this paper, the assemblies of the 3-D gear model, grid mesh of the gear pair, material properties, contact/impact model, hourglass control, etc. are built firstly in the HyperMesh software. Then, LS-DYNA is utilized to analyze the dynamic responses of gear transmission in time domain. The FFT (Fast Fourier Transform), power spectrum, EMD (Empirical Mode Decomposition), and wavelet analysis are applied for signal processing. The fault characteristic parameters can thus be extracted and regularized. BPN (Back-propagation Network) and PNN (Probabilistic Neural Network) methods are then applied to develop the diagnosis system.

The subject of this study is Grade C small-scale construction businesses. In this study, the research methods used were literature review, observations, and interviews. Information was collected for summarization of the key factors. Subsequently, Interpretive structural modeling was used: based on the relevance of each factor, the adjacency and reachability matrices were constructed and the reachability matrix was decomposed, after which the structure model was established. Finally, based on the structure modelling results, the interpretive structure model was constructed. The research results provide small-scale construction firms with vital information that will enable them to adapt to political, economic, social, and technological changes by adjusting the strategies they employ.

In this paper, several modification methods of polyurethane coatings were reviewed, including nanoparticle modification, silicone modification, vegetable oil modification, and organic fluorine modification^^81Cetc. Based on modification the performance of polyurethane coating was greatly improved while the application scope of the polyurethane coating was extremely expanded. A versatile coating-poly urea was introduced, which gained a foothold in coatings industry.

According to the fact that electric wheelchairs rarely have anautomatic specific follower in the market, and to lighten the burden of escorts, we have designed a mechanized following wheelchair based on Bluetooth and attitude sensor. The wheelchair is mainly composed of sending device and receiving the device. The escort carries the sending device, and the receiving device is installed in the wheelchair. The transmitter can transmit the carrier’s attitude sensor information and step number information to the Bluetooth receiving module of the wheelchair in real time through Bluetooth. The wheelchair control core can compare its attitude sensor information with the received attitude information of escort personnel. Through the control of the wheelchair motor driving module, the wheelchair can automatically follow the specific escort personnel.

There are many methods to conduct data-based evaluations of multi-type five-axis machine tools, but in recent years, it has been very difficult to overcome the problem of conducting these tests and presenting the evaluations in an intuitive and simple way. In this paper, we introduce and test a successful method of direct cutting using a Cone Frustum workpiece with the Taguchi method, which is applied to the evaluation of multiple types of five-axis machine tools. As can been seen in the experimental results, every model is listed separately, and the overall results and details are displayed for the user to evaluate; this effective and simplified method solves the long-standing performance evaluation debate.
