The application of biogas digesters in modern life has become more and more extensive. However, the current level of automation in biogas management was too low. and people are afraid of odor and dirty when operating biogas fermentation. In order to solve the shortage of modern energy and improve the safety and efficiency of biogas digesters, a temperature and pressure remote intelligent control management system based on STM32 for biogas digesters was designed. This system took STM32 as the main control chip, through the DS18B20 and PMS pressure measurement module for temperature and pressure measurement, combined with ESP 8266 01sWiFi module and cloud platform for data transmission communication and storage, and then displayed to the user by the QT software interface, the remote intelligent control of the biogas digester in the cloud was realized, so that the efficiency and safety management of the biogas digester were could improved. This management system of the biogas digester would promote the energy industry and sustainable development of human beings and facilitated rural revitalization.

With the signing of the Treaty of Rome and the regulation of the single market, the European Union must continue its efforts to modernise and update the legislation governing the free trade area. It is not enough for the single market to exist, but it must be functional, competitive, and at the same time, secure and balanced, in order to support sustainable economic and social development. In this respect, greater attention must be paid to the digital internal market, which operates using new and complex instruments that can deepen the existing imbalance between the trader and the consumer. In the context of this digital asymmetry, the portrait of the average consumer needs to be analysed in relation to these new tools, as this standard generates new legislative directions and influences the way consumer protection policies are applied.

To investigate the impact of the use of psychometric assessment in recruitment, the SCL-90 and EPQ personality scales, interviews and surveys were used to test 81 applicants for the selection of talented individuals with sound psychological qualities and personalities. According to the data analysis, recruits were characterized by good mental health, typically low psychoticism and typically low neuroticism, and there was no significant difference in the number of internal and external orientations between recruits and non-recruits. The use of psychometric assessment in talent recruitment can help select the right people more efficiently and reduce recruitment risk, but this work still needs to be improved.

The rapid development of the internet has spurred the rise of new media. Within the ecosystem of new media, a substantial number of content creators, referred to as “UP zhu” or video uploaders on the Bilibili platform, have emerged, engaging in various media-related activities across different platforms and domains. These activities are inevitably accompanied by operational strategies, which constitute a pivotal aspect of business endeavors for companies and relevant practitioners, a concept that applies equally to Bilibili. This study takes lifestyle-oriented content creators on Bilibili as a case study, examining Vlogs’ development, characteristics, and operational strategies on Bilibili. It analyzes the operational strategies of lifestyle-oriented Vloggers on Bilibili and concludes by summarizing existing issues among video platform content creators and proposing optimization strategies.

With the development of history, human society has experienced the development stage from disorder to law, from domestic law to international law. International law came into being and developed in the context of increasing exchanges between states. International criminal law has emerged and developed in modern times on the basis of the continuous development of international law. The International Criminal Court is also a form of international legal system that has emerged when human society has developed to a certain stage.To punish international criminal criminals more effectively through the trial of the International Criminal Court, to stop, prevent or deter the occurrence of international criminal crimes and potential international criminal criminals is an inevitable historical product of the development of human society to a certain stage, and it is a milestone progress. The International Criminal Court has played a positive role in the protection of human rights in all countries, especially in developing countries. Based on the principle of complementary jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court encompasses a set of jurisdictional principles, conditions and procedures to ensure the legality and impartiality of its exercise. Promoting the development of new agricultural management entities is an important measure to realize agricultural industrialization and an important way to realize agricultural and rural modernization. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the new agricultural business entities, aiming at the problems that the effect of its financial support policy is not obvious, the degree of land transfer can not meet the large-scale operation, the financing difficulties of the new agricultural business entities and the imperfect insurance system, and the relevant tax policies are still not perfect. Generative artificial intelligence is an emerging hot topic in the field of artificial intelligence, with ChatGPT being the most representative worldwide. This article focuses on ChatGPT,.In the first and second parts, we dissect the micro operational structure of ChatGPT and categorize the legal risks/issues it may bring, in order to reduce the risks and solve the current problems brought by generative artificial intelligence, improve user safety during use, encourage the development of generative artificial intelligence industry and protect technological innovation and cultivate entrepreneurial spirit. In the third part, this paper comprehensively examines the legal means and rule systems adopted by the EU, the UK and China to regulate generative AI, and evaluates the respective characteristics of the current Western model and Chinese model. Subsequently, in the fourth part, the macro principles for regulating generative artificial intelligence are proposed..Also, micro rules about regulations are constructed to address specific legal issues. It constructs a reasonable and feasible systematic legal regulatory framework. Finally, we will return to mainland China and provide some forward-looking suggestions for regulating the legal issues related to China that arise during its use.
