Since 2016, community group buying has grown significantly in China, largely driven by its efficient logistics, supply chains, low prices, and convenience. This model has been further popularized during the COVID-19 pandemic due to its effectiveness in meeting daily needs while minimizing human-to-human contact. A key component of this business model are the “group leaders” - influential individuals within a community responsible for managing group buying activities, which include order collection, supplier liaison, and goods distribution. Their primary task is to form and sustain a reliable community group buying consortium, a task that demands excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. This paper examines this phenomenon using the lens of the differential mode of association, a theoretical model explaining interpersonal relationships in traditional Chinese society. The research indicates that group leaders, through regular interaction with consumers, are able to alter their social network position, increase their influence, understand consumer needs, provide satisfying services, and enhance trust, thereby transforming consumers into loyal group buying participants. This transformation not only brings stability to group buying activities but also reinforces the community influence of group leaders, thus fostering the growth of community group buying.

The development of information technology, especially the rise of online teaching platforms, has changed the way people read and the methods they use. Under this influence, primary school students’ independent reading has also been changed. However, due to limited self-control and understanding, primary school students face certain difficulties when using online teaching platforms for independent reading. Advantages and disadvantages of distance learning based on the network teaching platform were summarized in this paper. A one-year experiment study was carried out on our school fifth-grade students in independent reading using WeChat campus platform considering their current situation and existing problems of independent reading. In experiment study an independent reading mode was introduced. The results show that this reading mode can significantly improve students’ independent reading ability.

This paper mainly studies the attitude and supervision mode of various countries towards digital tokens. The strength and methods of supervision in various countries are different. There are cross-border transaction tokens and other chaotic situations. It is difficult to supervise and protect the interests of investors, which is not conducive to the healthy development of financial economy in various countries. In addition, with the development of globalization, digital tokens are going to the world and need to circulate among countries. Therefore, a recognized regulatory principle is needed to ensure the healthy development of digital finance worldwide. With the goal of single independent law, with the help of "regulatory sandbox" and "white list", we explore regulatory principles.

2018 witnessed some unprecedently strict regulations on national media content production and distribution by the Chinese National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA). On its annual recommended lists of excellent national TV series, there is a noticeable increase in historical series in line with core socialist values. Since late 2019, there has been a strict home-quarantine policy amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Accompanied by the newly introduced three-child birth policy in the context of the country’s low fertility rate and significant ageing, a re-emphasis on traditional Confucian ideologies incented by the Chinese authorities emerged: the primary identity of women being an understanding wife and loving mother. Furthermore, thus, a manifestation of such enforced patriarchal ideologies and cultural values is visible in the country’s strictly regulated media content. This study sets off from a corpus of national recommended TV lists to investigate the myth of women’s fates in amid-pandemic Chinese TV series that are appraised and supported by authorities to explore how their identities are constructed and potentially abused under patriarchal media production.

The development of the Internet has led to a dramatic increase in online shopping users. E-commerce enterprises have been rising and becoming very successful in China in recent years. As an e-commerce platform established in 2015 and going public in 2018, Pinduoduo has become one of the three biggest e-commerce in China in a short period of time. This attracts many people’s attention, which drives people to explore the reason behind it. SWOT analysis is a model that enables us to analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of an enterprise. In this study, we use SWOT analysis model to analyze the marketing strategy of Pinduoduo, summarize the current status of Pinduoduo, and give some suggestion for itself and the other e-commerce platforms.

The concept “universal value”, as one of the most fundamental concepts in Western political discourses, occupies an important place in present international politics. These concepts originated from specific historical contexts and can only be applied to these specific historical contexts. These concepts also play a role in the formation of the modern nation state. However, it should be noted that the origins of these concepts are one-sided and derived from some territorial religious thoughts or the cultural movements of certain regions. With the evolution of the international situation, the core concepts are distorted and fixed, carrying intense political purposes. The transformation of ethnic spirits, the increasingly intense international relationships, and the exchanges of world cultures, all of these factors get in the way of the development of these concepts. Present universal values can not satisfy the needs of international society and even bring conflicts and wars to international society in some extreme cases. All of these phenomena raise considerable concerns about the degree of stability in the international relationship structure and the benign development of globalization. Developing universal values is a challenging task, but it is also likely to be the key to unlocking a whole new international situation. This article will begin with the analysis of the origin of universal value, its development process, and its practical application, following with further research on the actual cases to investigate which dilemma the universal values are stuck in and the concrete reasons behind it. From there it is expected to find the solutions or paths to these problems. The definition of universal value needs to be further clarified, and the content of universal value needs to be carefully considered and set. It is also important to apply all of these discussions to political governance properly. At the same time, it should be mentioned that exploring the concept of universal value should not only pay attention to its own values, but also to the way it is manifested in global orders. Only in this way can the stability of the international relationships be strengthened through the “universal value”, which will eventually create good conditions for the realization of the overall development of humankind.

While generative artificial intelligence participates in human creative activities on a large scale, it cannot be a natural human subject or an anthropomorphic subject because of its lack of rationality. However, copyright law encourages the creation of works, and under certain conditions, artificial intelligence generated content is conducive to the realization of the legislative purpose of copyright law and satisfies the objective criteria of originality of works, and therefore, such content has copyrightability. Under this premise, the attribution of artificial intelligence generated content copyright needs to be discussed. At present, there are designer’s, user’s and owner’s views on its attribution. According to the current copyright law, in principle, the copyright of artificial intelligence generated content belongs to the user, but in special cases, it belongs to legal persons, employers, trustees and other subjects, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
