Validación del Cuestionario Actitud ante el ConflictoParental: Autoinformada y Referenciada (ACPar) 父母冲突态度问卷的验证:自我报告和参考(ACPar)

espanolAntecedentes: En las ultimas decadas se han creado diferentes instrumentos que posibilitan valorar el conflicto parental en una pareja o una familia. No obstante, no existe ningun cuestionario que permita evaluar la actitud hacia la resolucion de dicho conflicto, pese a su relevancia. Esta variable incide directamente en la gestion del conflicto y en la resolucion positiva del mismo; resultando de interes para la practica de los profesionales que trabajan con familias en conflicto parental. Objetivo: validar empiricamente un cuestionario en espanol que permita medir la actitud hacia la resolucion del conflicto parental. Metodo: La muestra estuvo formada por 2618 progenitores. Los distintos items fueron creados y validados por grupos de expertos. Se realizaron analisis factoriales exploratorios y confirmatorios de forma complementaria. Resultados: Se obtuvo evidencia favorable de un modelo de medida formado por dos factores (8 items) que permiten evaluar la actitud propia hacia la resolucion de un conflicto parental (autoinformada) y la que se considera que tiene el otro progenitor (referenciada). El ajuste del modelo a los datos fue satisfactorio, del mismo modo que la fiabilidad y validez. Conclusiones: El instrumento resultante es valido y fiable para la medicion de la actitud ante el conflicto parental. EnglishBackground: Recently, several scales have been sesigned to evaluate the parental conflict in a couple or in a family. Nevertheless and despite its relevance, there is no measure instrument to evaluate the attitude towards the conflict resolution. This variable has a direct effect in the conflict management and its positive resolution, being of interest for practitioners working with families in parental conflict. Objective: The empirical validation of a questionnaire that allows to measure, in Spanish, the attitude towards the resolution of the parental conflict. Method: The sample consisted of 2618 parents. The different items were created and validated by groups of experts. Exploratory and confirmatory factorial analyses were carried out in a complementary manner. Results: Favourable evidence was obtained of a measurement model comprised by two factors (8 items) that allow the evaluation of one's own attitude towards the resolution of a parental conflict (self-reported) and the considered to have the other parent (referenced). The adjustment of the model to data was satisfactory, in the same way as the validity and reliability. Conclusions: The resulting questionnaire is valid and reliable for the measurement of the attitude towards the parental conflict.

Implicación de los profesionales de la salud en los casosde violencia en la pareja contra la mujer: La influencia delas actitudes sexistas hacia la mujer 卫生专业人员参与伴侣暴力侵害妇女案件:性别歧视态度对妇女的影响

Las actitudes sexistas hacia la mujer y bajo nivel formativo en materia de IPV, pueden obstaculizan el abordaje de los casos de maltrato en los Servicios de Salud. Nuestro objetivo es analizar la relacion entre actitudes sexistas y la implicacion de los profesionales de la salud en los casos de IPV, asi como el potencial efecto mediador de las horas de formacion. Participaron 590 profesionales del Servicio de Salud del Principado de Asturias (Espana). Los resultados mostraron que ambos tipos de sexismo, -hostil y benevolente-, ejercen su influencia en la implicacion en los casos de IPV. El sexismo hostil se relaciona con menores tasas de implicacion, sin que las horas de formacion medien esta relacion. Tambien mayores niveles de sexismo benevolente se relacionan con menores tasas de implicacion, pero solo mediado a traves de las horas de formacion. EnglishHealth professionals find it difficult to identify cases of partner violence (IPV) against women. Sexist attitudes toward women and low formation level on IPV can hinder the intervention on cases of IPV in Health Services. Our objective is to analyze the relationship between sexist attitudes and the implication of health professionals on IPV cases, as well as the potential mediating effect of training hours. 590 professionals from the Health Service of the Principality of Asturias (Spain) participated. The results showed that both types of sexism, hostile and benevolent, exert their influence on the involvement in cases of IPV. Hostile sexism is related to lower rates of involvement, without mediational effect of the hours of training. Higher levels of benevolent sexism are also related to lower rates of involvement, but only mediated by the hours of training.

Beneficios de las intervenciones basadas en la atenciónplena para el tratamiento de síntomas ansiosos en niños yadolescentes: Metaanálisis 基于正念的干预治疗儿童和青少年焦虑症状的好处:荟萃分析

espanolLa ansiedad hace referencia al estado de agitacion ante la anticipacion de una amenaza, es decir, de una situacion peligrosa, lo que conlleva a una respuesta emocional que engloba, tanto el nivel cognitivo, como el emocional, el fisiologico, y/o el motor. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en identificar la relacion existente entre los beneficios de la atencion plena (mindfulness) y su influencia en los niveles de ansiedad en ninos y adolescentes. Tras realizar una busqueda exhaustiva de articulos cientificos publicados desde la creacion de las distintas bases de datos, hasta el mes de agosto de 2019, siendo las bases de datos elegidas Web of Science, PsycINFO, PsycArticles, Scopus, CSIC, Psicodoc, y PubMed, se obtuvieron un total de 2025 articulos de caracter cientifico que, tras aplicar los criterios de inclusion establecidos, quedaron siete articulos para revision. Los resultados muestran los beneficios de la intervencion del mindfulness (MBI) sobre el sujeto. En este sentido, los resultados sugieren que cuando se llevan a cabo intervenciones basadas en conciencia plena se ve relacionado con una reduccion de los niveles de ansiedad, y ademas, un mayor bienestar personal. EnglishAnxiety refers to the state of agitation in the face of the anticipation of a threat, that is, of a dangerous situation, which gives rise to an emotional response, which encompasses both the cognitive level, as well as the emotional, physiological and/or motor level. The aim of this work is to identify the relationship between the benefits of mindfulness and its influence on anxiety scores in children and adolescents. After conducting a search of scientific articles published since the creation of the different databases, until august 2019, being the databases used Web of Science, PsycINFO, PsycArticles, Scopus, CSIC, Psicodoc, and PubMed, were obtained a total of 2025 articles of a scientific nature that, after applying the established inclusion criteria, left seven articles for review. Their results show the influence exerted by intervention programs, in this case, mindfulness (MBI). In this sense, the results suggest that when they carry out full-awareness intervention techniques, it is related to a reduction in anxiety scores and, consequently, to the presence of greater personal well-being.

Health-related quality of life among persons with physicaldisabilities: a systematic review and meta-analysis 身体残疾者与健康相关的生活质量:系统回顾和荟萃分析

Although research suggests that people with physical disabilities experience impacts to their health-related quality of life (HRQL), there are no previous reviews or meta-analyses of studies that use appropriate assessment instruments in this population. The objective of this project was to conduct a systematic literature review and meta-analysis of studies that use the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF) to evaluate HRQL in people with physical disabilities. We searched the PsycINFO, Medline, CINAHL and The Cochrane Library databases, identifying articles published through February 2020. The methodological quality of the studies was analyzed, and the pooled mean scores for each domain of the WHOQOL-BREF were calculated. Ten studies involving 2,048 people with physical disabilities were included. Their methodological quality was adequate. The pooled mean scores were 49.5 for the physical domain, 57.7 for the psychological domain, 58.2 for the social relations domain, and 55.5 for the environmental domain. The findings of this work confirm an impact of physical disabilities on the four HRQL domains in this population.

espanolEl trastorno por estres postraumatico (TEPT) es un diagnostico altamente reportado entre las mujeres victimas de violencia de pareja cuya sintomatologia podria tener graves consecuencias en los procesos de separacion del agresor. En la investigacion participaron 61 mujeres de Leon (Nicaragua), con una media de edad de 32 anos, que habian sufrido maltrato de pareja, a quienes se aplico una entrevista estructurada. El acceso a la muestra se realizo en colaboracion con la Comisaria de la Mujer y otros dispositivos de apoyo a las victimas. Los resultados reportan que las participantes presentaban un deterioro en la salud mental como consecuencia de la frecuencia del maltrato, asi como la influencia del TEPT en el miedo a la ruptura con la relacion. Estudiar la salud mental y el miedo a la separacion del agresor es fundamental en la intervencion con victimas de violencia de pareja, pues el dano psicologico podria afectar al mantenimiento de la relacion abusiva. Distorsiones Cognitivas y Estrategias de Afrontamiento enJóvenes con Dependencia Emocional 情绪依赖青少年的认知扭曲与应对策略

Metodo: han participado 241 adolescentes y jovenes espanoles con edades comprendidas entre los 16 y los 26 anos (M = 19.97; DT = 2.51). Se ha aplicado el Cuestionario de dependencia emocional (CDE), el Inventario de pensamientos automaticos (IPA) y el Cuestionario de afrontamiento COPE-28. Resultados: Se ha hallado que un 24.89% de los participantes presentan dependencia emocional. Estos jovenes emplean estrategias de afrontamiento como el Apoyo social, la Religion, la Negacion, la Autoinculpacion, la Desconexion y el Desahogo, asi como todas las distorsiones cognitivas evaluadas, excepto la Falacia de razon, en comparacion con los jovenes sin dependencia. Se ha comprobado que los chicos tienden a la Modificacion de sus planes y a la Busqueda de atencion como aspectos representativos de la dependencia. No se han hallado diferencias en los niveles de dependencia emocional segun el nivel de edad y el tiempo de relacion. Conclusiones: los jovenes con dependencia emocional presentan un perfil cognitivo caracteristico con distorsiones cognitivas y estrategias de afrontamiento que cronifican su percepcion diferencial de la relacion afectivo-dependiente. EnglishBackground: Given the differential cognitive strategies used by emotional dependents in the present study, it is intended to deepen the analysis of cognitive distortions and the coping strategies most used by young people involved in an affective-dependent relationship. Method: 241 Spanish students, with ages between 16 and 26 years old (M = 19.97; SD = 2.510), have participated in the research. The Emotional Dependence Questionnaire (CDE), the Automatic Thoughts Inventory (IPA) and the COPE-28 Coping Questionnaire have been applied. Results: It has been found that 24.89% of participants have emotional dependence. These young people employ coping strategies such as Social Support, Religion, Denial, Self-Inculpation, Disconnection and Relief, as well as all cognitive distortions evaluated, except the Fallacy of reason, compared to young people without dependence. It has been proven that boys tend to modify their plans and seek attention as representative aspects of dependence. No differences were found in levels of emotional dependence according to age level and relationship time. Conclusions: young people with emotional dependence have a characteristic cognitive profile with cognitive distortions and coping strategies that chronify their differential perception of the affectivedependent relationship.

Participaron 745 alumnos residentes en Galicia, Espana. Sus edades oscilaban entre los 12 y los 18 anos (M = 14.5, DE =1.67). Los alumnos espanoles constituian el 81% de la muestra mientras que un 19% eran inmigrantes. Se hallaron diferencias estadisticamente significativas entre los alumnos espanoles e inmigrantes en su percepcion de las relaciones familia-escuela, aunque estos datos no fueron significativos para los resultados escolares. En la muestra inmigrante, la variable “relaciones escolares” explicaba un 20% de sus resultados escolares. Para los estudiantes espanoles, esta variable junto con su edad y el nivel educativo de sus padres y madres explicaban el 27% de sus calificaciones. Los resultados enfatizan el impacto relacional de los procesos percibidos dentro de la escuela y apuntan a la importancia de invertir en la mejora de dichas relaciones, sobre todo cuando los alumnos son inmigrantes. EnglishPersonal relationships are central to adolescent students' lives, not just the relationships in which they themselves are involved but also those that unfold around them. This study considers immigrant and Spanish adolescents’ views about the “community dimension of school climate”, centered on family-school relationships and school relationships, and how these relate to their academic results. Seven hundred and forty-five (745) students living in Galicia, Spain, participated in the study. Their ages ranged from 12 to 18 years old (M = 14.5, SD = 1.67). Spanish students accounted for 81% of the sample, while 19% were immigrant students. There were statistical differences between Spanish and immigrant students in their perceived family-school relationships, however this did not impact significantly on their academic results. For immigrant students, the sole variable “school relationships” accounted for 20% of their academic results. For Spanish students, this variable together with students’ age and parental education accounted for 27% of their marks. Results emphasize the relational impact of the perceived processes going on inside the schools and point at the importance that investing in school relationships might have in students, especially when they are immigrants.

espanolUna encuesta basada en Psycinfo de 2011 a 2015 identifico 809 publicaciones resultantes de la cooperacion cientifica entre al menos dos paises latinoamericanos en Ciencias del Comportamiento, incluyendo 770 articulos, 36 capitulos y 3 libros. En relacion a los articulos se registraron un total de 3.926 participaciones autorales. Los paises con mayor participacion fueron Brasil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia y Chile. EnglishA survey based on PsycINFO from 2011 to 2015 identified 809 publications resulting from scientific cooperation between at least two countries in Latin American Behavioral Sciences, including 770 journal articles, 36 chapters and 3 books. In relation to the articles a total of 3,926 authorial participations were registered. The countries with the highest participation were Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. The 770 articles included 318 exclusively Latin American productions and 452 publications with the participation of one or more countries from other continents. The three areas that showed the largest number of publications were Psychological and Physical Disorders (283), Health and Mental Health: Treatment and Prevention (137), and Physiological Psychology and Neuroscience (94). The 770 articles identified were published in 354 journals, but only 26 journals published five or more articles resulting from Latin American cooperation in the period. Only three Latin American journals on Psychology are listed among the top 26. The data are analyzed and discussed in view of possible ways to expand cooperation.

Relación entre dependencia emocional y maltratopsicológico en forma de victimización y agresión enjóvenes 青少年情感依赖与受害和攻击形式的心理虐待的关系

espanolAntecedentes: en la literatura especializada se ha estudiado la relacion de la dependencia emocional con la violencia en el noviazgo en general, pero apenas con el maltrato psicologico. El objetivo del presente trabajo es estudiar la relacion entre la dependencia emocional y el maltrato psicologico en forma de victimizacion y agresion. Metodo: la muestra esta compuesta por 396 adolescentes y jovenes espanoles de la poblacion general con edades comprendidas entre 15 y 30 anos (M = 19.36, DT = 2.60). La dependencia emocional se evaluo a traves del Inventario de Relaciones Interpersonales y Dependencias Sentimentales (IRIDS-100) y la victimizacion o agresion psicologica con el Cuestionario de Violencia entre Novios Victima Agresor (CUVINO-VA). Resultados: los jovenes victimizados psicologicamente y los agresores de este tipo de violencia tienen medias mas altas en dependencia emocional. La dependencia emocional no se relaciona con el genero, la edad ni el nivel de estudios, mientras que el maltrato psicologico si mantiene relacion con la edad y el nivel de estudios. Conclusiones: existe relacion entre la dependencia emocional y el maltrato psicologico, siendo el macrofactor Autoengano el mas explicativo de esta relacion. Es necesaria una mejor educacion afectiva y la promocion de investigaciones sobre la dependencia emocional dada su trascendencia en la violencia en el noviazgo. EnglishBackground: on the specialized literature it has been studied the relationship between emotional dependence and dating violence in general, but not together with psychological abuse. The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between emotional dependence and psychological abuse in the form of victimization and aggression. Method: the sample consisted of 396 Spanish adolescents and young people from the general population aged between 15 and 30 years old (M = 19.36, DT = 2.60). Emotional dependence was evaluated through the Inventory of Interpersonal Relationships and Sentimental Dependencies (IRIDS-100) and the victimization or psychological aggression with the Dating Violence Questionnaire Victim Aggressor (CUVINO-VA). Results: the psychologically victimized youth and the aggressors of this type of violence have higher means of emotional dependence. Emotional dependence is not related to gender, age or level of education, while psychological abuse does have a relationship with age and educational level. Conclusions: there is a relationship between emotional dependence and psychological abuse, with the macro-factor Self-deception being the most explanatory of this relationship. It is necessary a better affective education and the promotion of research on emotional dependence given its transcendence in dating violence.
