Геометрически - геодезический угол, это угол между осью вращения и вектором вращения. Физически – в стационарной системе он может определяться через тангенс угла треугольника, в котором его катеты являются составляющими корпускулярно-волнового процесса. Получены уравнения функциональных зависимостей в кинетике структурных взаимодействий некоторых макро- и микросистем (в том числе для гравитации). Даются уравнения метаматематической связи между «золотым соотношением» и геодезическим углом, а так же с другими фундаментальными величинами. Применительно к техническим характеристикам египетских пирамид показано как их пропорции соответствуют правилу «золотого соотношения».

Recently, there are two groups that always contradict in terms of ideology and methodology, namely Sunni and Shi’ah. In hadith terminology, those groups have different views. The validity method of prophet’s hadith by sunni is really different with the validity method of prophet’s hadith by shi’ah. The method used in this study is library research in which the writer investigates works related to the difference of methodologies between Sunni and Shi’ah in determining the validity of hadith. In matan and sanad hadith criticisms, there is significant difference between the both groups. The different ways make the difference in the validity of hadith and madhhab fiqh. The terms in hadith study is often ambiguous and difficult to differentiate. As the terms of hadith, sunah, khabar, and atsar are often used at the same time. For hadith observers, it becomes serious problem and complicated since those terms have significant difference. Hence, the same usage of those terms cannot be accepted. One of the debatable issues in discussing hadith study is about disagreement in defining the term of hadith understanding. The hadith scholars mention it in three terms: fiqh al-ḥadith, fahm al-ḥadith dan naqd al-ḥadith. Each term has different perception related to its scope and limitation. One should be underlined that although those terms are different, the purposes are same namely hadith understanding activities. This article discusses the definition of fiqh al-ḥadith, fahm al-ḥadith dan naqd al-ḥadith and their sects and affiliation of hadith understanding. This article tries to explore the concept of shahabat in a book Manhaj Żawīal-Naẓar written by Maḥfūẓ al- Tarmasī. This book is Sharḥ Naẓm Alfīyah al-Suyūṭī (died in 911 H) consisting of 980 stanzas, and is added 20 stanzas by al-Tarmasī, so the total is 1000 stanzas. One of the interesting point to be discussed in hadith study is the concept of shahabat, the first source of hadith. The validity of shahabat becomes polemic between Sunni and Shi’i, especially on the concept of shahabat justice. In the book, there is no new concept of shahabat’s justice in general. Al- Tarmasī only repeats the previous ulama’s explanations in his book. By following the majority of ulama, he states that all shahabat are ādil (fair), but the reality shows that not all of them are ādil (fair). This article has been proved it by quoting some sources. Modern Muslim scholars also ask about the concept of al-ṣaḥābah kulluhum udūl. In some literatures, it has been mentioned some shahabat’s attitudes that did not show the Islamic values. There are many examples of bad shahabat’s behavior, so it can be said that the concept of al-ṣaḥābah kulluhum udūl does not have to be understood that all shahabat are ādil (fair). The background of this study is based on hadith riwayah of Muslim through Abu Hurairah about the Prophet’s prohibition to start saying salam to Jewish and Christian people. “Don’t start to say salam to Jewish and Christian people. If you greet one of them on the street, urge him to the side”. This hadith is understood by some writers showing the hard, cruel and frightening side of Islam. Moreover, they reject and abandon the hadith’s validity. They argue that this hadith is not suitable with the Islamic foundation that stresses on peace. The writer is interested in discussing this problem since there is no in depth study on some writers’ understanding especially in greeting to non-muslim. Besides, Hartono Ahmad Jaiz has been criticized their idea through books Preventing the Dangerous of Liberal Islamic Network (JIL) and Inter Faith Fiqh (FLA). However, Hartono seems to focus on pluralism verses only. Meanwhile, in tradition of his understanding, he often comments more on hadith related to interfaith problem. book Aṭrāf is one of the book that can be used to help in studying hadith, especially if muhaddith want to conduct takhrij al-hadith that can be used as dictionary in looking for sanad hadith. It is also the hadith book that is summarized by the author to mention the previous hadith and show the next lafal hadith. The basic reason of the book written is to collect many hadith in kutūb al sittah and some of their Mulhaq easily that can be read appropriately based on the sequence of their various sanad in order to put them in one place. The author mentions previously some hadith having most widely tarjamah (meaning). As six riwayah is previously used than five riwayah; the five riwayah is used previously than the four riwayah and soon. Prayer is a communication tool of human to the God. One of popular prayer in the community is related to the Prophet’s asking to be a poor man, and in the other side the asking to be a rich man. This article discusses the contradiction of the Prophet’s prayer to be a poor man, and in the other side the prayer to be a rich man through Takhrīj al-Ḥadīth method. The Prophet’s prayers give understanding that the followers should not live with their wealth; however, poor here means simplicity. In other side, the both hadith are ḍa’īf. One of privilege of Islam brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW is the existence of news linker to the followers. The news linker (riwayah) is sanad. The sanad condition in Islam gets serious attention from hadith experts. In the sanad hadith field, there is one kind of sanad that is prioritized than the others. It is happened when they face a contradictive condition between two contradictive hadith. The sanad is al-sanad al-‘Ālī namely a sanad hadith that consists of minimum linkers (riwayah). The importance of this sanad is for the importance of the sanad heigth and supporting factor to make easier in checking the linkers (riwayah). From al-sanad al-‘Āli type, there is sanad form that the linkers (riwayah) are only three people known as thulāthiyyāt terms. Some Hadith that have sanad ‘ālī or hadith thulāthiyyāt do not always have valid (sahih) quality, since the validity analysis of hadith depends only on five validity (sahih) requirements that have been set by hadith experts. It starts from two hadith in Sunan Ibn Majah book related to the way of praying. The first hadith explains that the Prophet SAW prays without lifting hands except when istisqo’ prayer; meanwhile, the second hadith shows the Prophet’s instruction to shahabat to lift hand when absolutely praying. From those contradiction hadith, there are some problems as follows: 1) how is the quality of sanad and matan of those hadith of ibn Majah? 2) how is the hadith hujjah? 3) how is appropriate ta’wil toward those hadith? The methods used in this research are takhrīj al-ḥadīth and hadith contradiction (Mukhtalif al-ḥadīth) methods. The research findings are first the quality of sanad hadith ibn Majah no.1180 is ḥasan li dhātih, while the quality of sanad hadith ibn Majah no. 1181 is al-ḍa’īf; second, both hadith Ibn Majah no. 1180 and 1181 can become hujjah. However, the difference is that the first hadith can be the basis in taking law since the hadith status is ḥasan li dhātih. Meanwhile, the second hadith can become hujjah if its quality improve become hadith ḥasan li ghayrih with other hadith having similar meaning. Third, the contradiction of matan hadith Ibn Majah no. 1180 and 1181 shows various methods including in tanawwu’ fi al-‘ibādah category (diversity in praying).
