The development of methods for predicting and pre-venting the development of infectious destructive forms of acute pancreatitis for clinical practice is one of the important problems of pancreatology, the solu-tion of which would reduce post-operative mortality in severe acute pancreatitis, reaching 30-80%. To date, traditional laboratory and instrumental methods of diagnosis do not fully satisfy clinicians, since they do not always allow timely and reliable determination of the probability and time of microbial contamina-tion of pancreatic and parapancreatic tissue in pa-tients with destructive pancreatitis. In this regard, it is of interest to search for new methods for predicting and timely diagnosis of infected forms of pancreatic necrosis, which would significantly improve the re-sults of treatment of severe forms of acute pancreatitis. The use of changes in the dynamics of levels of antimi-crobial peptides - α-defensins and Ubiquitin Protein Ligase E3 in the blood serum of patients for diagnos-tic purposes makes it possible to predict and deter-mine earlier the transformation of sterile pancreone-crosis into infected and can be used as markers of the development of contamination of destructive forms of acute pancreatitis.

The immobilization of the cages which are a part of pro-biotic medicines is directed to achievement of a number of the biological and technological effects increasing quality and, respectively, consumer proper-ties of products. The biological effect at different ap-plication of sorbents is caused by increase in re-sistance of a probiotic to action of bactericidal fac-tors of a GIT (gastric juice, bile). The positive techno-logical aspect of an immobilization is connected with achievement of more expressed resistance of cages to physical impacts: to freezing, thawing, drying and other manipulations with bacterial cultures during production. Besides the specified effects, at approba-tion of new sorbents their influence on persistence of specific activity of the immobilized cultures in the course of storage of medicines attracts interest that has the big practical importance for definition and a regulation of an expiration date of a probiotic. Ap-proved as the carrier гомогенат laminarias makes positive impact on stability of the lyophilized culture of bifidobacteria.

Ectopic pregnancy is one of the most pressing prob-lems associated with reproductive problems all over the world. Unfortunately, so far, impaired ectopic pregnancy in some cases leads to maternal mortality. Suspicion of ectopic pregnancy requires a full clinical and diagnostic examination and hospitalization of the patient in the gynecological Department. In most cas-es, ectopic pregnancy is localized in the fallopian tube. Most often, according to the literature, patients with ectopic pregnancy are subjected to surgical treatment, which subsequently negatively affects the reproductive function of women, since the removal of ectopic pregnancy leads to both the removal of the tube and its injury, which increases the risk of repeat-ed ectopic pregnancy. The choice of the type of surgi-cal intervention on the fallopian tube in ectopic preg-nancy should be personalized and appropriate to the specific clinical situation. This paper analyzes various types of surgical interventions on the fallopian tubes in ectopic pregnancy.

The article presents facts that reflect the importance of minerals, which are indispensable components of food, necessary for a full metabolism, growth and development, to reduce the risk of morbidity, to ensure all vital functions, including reproduction of the genome, as well as protection from negative environmental influences, in particular for residents of the Far North and equivalent territories, taking part in adaptation mechanisms. The main adaptive capabilities of a person and the ability to maintain high functional reserves of the body are a consequence of the constancy of the content and intake of vitamins and chemical elements in the body. In the human body, 81 of the 92 chemical elements found in nature are found. Dermatological aspects were noted, reflecting the debut of skin signs (including changes in the appendages: hair and nails) in case of violations of the mineral imbalance in the body, since the skin, as a separate organ, provides the interaction of the entire human body with the environment, being a kind of barrier, while maintaining internal homeostasis. Ways to correct the imbalance of minerals are given.
