Stress Analysis of Pressing Joint of Two Conical Pipes 两根锥形管压接接头的应力分析

Abstract This paper presents a stress analysis of a pressed joint of two conical pipes with the aim to find out whether this kind of connection is suitable for telecommunication masts. The analysis can be considered a complex spatial problem of a thin-walled shell, where the local bending stress influence might be dominant. In this paper a solution using engineering approach and numerical analysis with finite element method (FEM) will be compared.

Simulation of the Instant Supply in Gear Hydraulic Machines 齿轮液压机瞬时供给仿真

Abstract The article proposes a new technique for estimating the instantaneous supply in gear hydraulic machines. It takes into account the peculiarity of the movement of the radius connecting the centers of rotation of the gears with the point of engagement. The dependence of the angular velocity of rotation and the length of the radius on the position of the engagement point due to slipping of the working profiles of the gear teeth are determined. Estimation of the degree of non-uniformity of the supply, in accordance with the obtained model, differs significantly from the traditional ideas about the pulsation of the instantaneous supply in gear hydraulic machines.

Manufacturing Analysis of Face Milling Technology by Tool Setting Using the Same Initial Parameters 相同初始参数对刀铣削工艺的制造分析

Abstract The axis of rotation of the tool is perpendicular for the machined surface in case of face milling technology. This technology is applicable for manufacturing of planar surfaces. It can be feasible by conventional or computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines. The aim of this study is the manufacturing analysis of different tool settings that can cause different arc of contacts. The applied manufacturing parameters are the same except the tool position is changed in comparison with the workpiece. The tool is doing rotation motion while we are moving the table under to tool. The edge geometry of the tool can significantly influence the chip separation conditions, the tool wear and the received surface roughness.

Multi-Objective Optimization of Turning Process by Fuca Method 基于Fuca法的车削加工多目标优化

Abstract A study about multi-objective optimization of turning process has been done in this paper. Twenty-five experiments of a matrix designed according to Taguchi method have been performed. In each experiment, the values of five parameters were changed, including tool nose radius, tool holder length, spindle speed, feed rate, and cutting depth. The three output parameters determined for each experiment include surface roughness, roundness deviation and material removal capacity. Four different methods were used to calculate the weights of the output parameters. The FUCA method was used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. This work was repeated four times with four corresponding weight sets of the criteria. The purpose of solving the multi-objective optimization problem is determining the values of the input parameters to ensure both the surface roughness parameter and the roundness deviation parameter are the smaller the better, and the material removal capacity is the larger the better. A surprising thing happened, the optimal values of the set of input parameters were exactly the same when using four different weighting methods. Accordingly, the optimal values of tool nose radius, tool holder length, spindle speed, feed rate and cutting depth correspondingly are 0.8 (mm), 40 (mm), 587 (rev/min), 0.316 (mm/rev) and 0.6 (mm).

Study of Interaction Water with Epoxy Resin – Impact on Mechanical Properties of Glass/Epoxy Laminate 水与环氧树脂相互作用的研究——对玻璃/环氧复合材料力学性能的影响

Abstract The aim of the article is to study the influence of the water content in the epoxy resin on the mechanical properties of the result laminate. The mechanism of resin contamination by air humidity is considered. The NIR spectrometry method was chosen to monitor the water content in the resin. The mechanical strength parameters of the laminate created from clean and water-contaminated resin were determined on the base of simulation and real tensile tests.

Methodology of Prognostic Vibro-Acoustic Analysis of Buildings from Potential Dynamic Loads Generated by Rail Vehicles 轨道车辆产生的潜在动力荷载对建筑物的预测振动声分析方法

Abstract The dynamic load generated by traffic has a negative impact not only on human health and a well-being, but also on the lifetime of building structures. The article deals with the proposal of the prognostic vibro-acoustic analysis methodology of the building of the Slovak National Theatre, which, based on real vibro-acoustic measurements on a similar elevated building structure and potential sources of excitation, was applied to the premises of the cultural stand. The article also analyses the impact of vibration transmission from a potential source, which is a rail vehicle, on the generation of low-frequency noise in acoustically protected spaces.

A Bee Colony Neuro-Fuzzy Controller to Improve Well Premixed Combustion 蜂群神经模糊控制器改善预混合燃烧

Abstract In order to actively control combustion reaction, this study proposes an adaptive neuro-fuzzy (ANFIS) control scheme of interaction between premixed combustion reaction and acoustic flame perturbation where the flame pressure movement will be considered as model perturbation. Using the Cantera database, it is possible to investigate the mechanisms by which the combustion process interacts with acoustic, vorticity, and entropy waves. A well-stirred reactor (WSR) has been extensively used to model combustion processes in three different reaction zone regimes. We designed the control architecture to achieve an intelligent representation of the system for various operating scenarios, which was motivated by the complexity of the mathematical model that was being used. This goal is accomplished by an artificial bee colony (ABC), which uses simulated data from a mathematical model to optimize a neuro-fuzzy with less computational expense. The optimized neuro-fuzzy identifier is converted to an adaptive neural-based (ANFIS) controller optimized to control the outputs of the system. In keeping with the combustion temperature set point, the results demonstrate a remarkable attenuation of flame perturbation and acceptable combustion reaction quality (NOx emission).

Effect of Misalignment of Axes in Double-Sided Weld on Stresses Distribution in Butt Welded Joints 双面焊缝轴向错位对对接焊接接头应力分布的影响

Abstract An analytical method for calculation of local stresses in double-sided butt welded joints at misalignment of welds’ axes is developed. The method is applicable for welded thin-gauge plates with different geometry of welds on the face and root sides under tensile load. In the given calculation example, it was shown that the stresses reach their maximum value in the zone of transition from the root weld to the base metal which is farther from the axis of the face weld. The results of analytical calculations are in good agreement with the results obtained using the finite element method.

Simulation of a Power Skiving Gear Cutting Process 动力刨削齿轮切削过程的仿真

Abstract The results of the computer simulation of the cutting process of gears by the power skiving method are presented. Following the kinematics of the process, a method for generating 3D geometric models of undeformed sheared layers were developed, and their parameters were analyzed. The influence of tool geometry and technological parameters on cutting conditions is investigated. The simulation results and calculation of the tangential force and torque on the tool axis and their influence on the error due to angular elastic deformation of the tool are given.

Investigation of Traffic Induced Dynamic Response of a Bridge 某桥梁交通动力响应研究

Abstract Bridges are special structures that provide a transport connection between areas divided by a physical barrier. Vehicles passing over bridges cause vibrations in the structural elements of the bridge, which can damage these structural elements over time. The aim of our research was to investigate the vibrations generated by vehicles on Hungary’s first steel girder welded bridge, which was subjected to the maximum allowable load. In this paper, we describe the measurements we have carried out, analyse the results, present the vehicle-bridge interaction model we have constructed and the computer simulation we have carried out by using it. Our research results are intended to contribute to accident prevention and the safe operation of bridges.
