Teachers can use an advance organizer model (AOM) to assist pupils understand, retain, and remember new learning content. It is intended to introduce the lesson topic and show the connection between what the pupils are about to learn and what they have already learned. Many studies were undertaken by educational scholars to evaluate the usefulness of the advance organizer model in the teaching learning process. Now the era has been changed, we have stepped into generation alpha where everything is available on your mobile. We can search in just on click, if a company want to sell something they just have to do right advertising at right time. In today’s world advertising play an important role for the companies as much as food in the life of human, advertising is basically done through newspapers, TV, radios, Pamphlets, social media, YouTube ads, celebrity influencing etc. There are many types of advertising done by the company to sell their products and make profit out of them. One of them is “Surrogate advertising ” which refers to the ads which replace some specific product with a general product under the same Brand name, packaging. Hence, advertising for some products which are prohibited by GOI (which are Tobacco, alcohols, liquor) but the company is advertising that product by using the same name, taglines, packaging, that recalls the banned product again in the mind of customers. Consumer perception is in disguise because the advertising is done by masking products which are banned to advertise by GOI. Celebrity influence also plays an important role in advertising the prohibited product. Wherever, they promote water, soda, kesar pan masala, red & white etc. that indirectly hint towards a product which is restricted. And customers who see their favorite influencer consuming that product buy those products which they were hinting at in those ads because those ads are not clear about specific products.

Several initiatives have been launched on occasion to advance education. We become responsible, self-sufficient people as a result of our education. To encourage free and compulsory education and raise India’s literacy rate, numerous norms and standards pertaining to instructors and infrastructure are being modified. Despite all efforts, the literacy rate has undoubtedly increased, but the quality of education is virtually non-existent and the degree of education is declining. The soft skill training courses discuss a lot of leadership qualities. Many other present and historical figures are studied as part of leadership study. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose as the name suggests exhibits a great number of qualities that made him a great leader. The present research paper focuses on the critical analysis of his qualities with the help of existing accounts of his works and contributions that made him a mighty and successful leader. Although several researchers speak about Netaji’s contribution to Nationalism and Independence, however considering his efforts from the Leadership Personality point of view, have rarely been studied before in detail as a soft skill project. Many other present and historical figures are studied as part of leadership study. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose as the name suggests exhibits a great number of qualities that made him a great leader. The present research paper focuses on the critical analysis of his qualities with the help of existing accounts of his works and contributions that made him a mighty and successful leader. Although several researchers speak about Netaji’s contribution to Nationalism and Independence, however considering his efforts from the Leadership Personality point of view, have rarely been studied before in detail as a soft skill project. Of course, his personality as a great leader is known to all maybe that’s the reason he is entitled to ‘Netaji’, but enumerating and elaborating his qualities with the modern perspective considering the latest traits of leadership in soft skills and critically evaluating the characteristics of his personality may broaden the sense of understanding of his leadership. This study may add some crucial points in the soft skill & personality development study to practice and help society create potential good leaders. Leaders can be made but creating the best leader is a need of time.
