21st century learning requires students to be able to think critically and be able to solve about the problems around them. The skills required by these 21st century students are referred to as 21st century skills. To be able to practice critical thinking skills and problem solving in learning, lecturers or learning facilitators can use certain learning methods that can accommodate these skills. One of the appropriate learning methods to apply in this regard is the project-based learning method. Besides, there is also a thinking approach that can be involved to the project-based learning method. It is design thinking approach. Design thinking approach can help students to be able to think structured from the preparation until the project done. It can be happened by integrating the design thinking framework to the project-based learning syntax. Project-based learning methods integrated with design thinking approach make a holistic and detailed learning method for students in achieving learning goals. Then, it is also predicted to improve students' critical thinking skills, as project-based learning methods work.

The research entitled Impression Management of the Environmental Office of Langsa District Through Digital Media examines how the management of impressions through digital media by the Environmental Office regarding environmental messages as a common problem. Environmental problems are a negative effect of human activities. This problem is a multidimensional problem involving various groups. Of course, the government plays the most important role in solving existing environmental problems. This issue is important because it affects the quality of human life directly in the present and the future. The continuous development of digital technology makes the current communication process faster, easier, and more practical, although the negative impacts are unavoidable. Not only individuals or profit organizations who take advantage of the existence of digital devices in this era. Non-profit organizations, including government agencies, use various digital platforms to reach out to the public. One of the government organizations in Langsa that takes advantage of technological developments in this era of massive use of digital devices is the Langsa City Environmental Office. This qualitative research found that the Office, which was the actor behind the Adipura charter which had been obtained by this city several times, used the official website of the Langsa City Environmental Service and several social media platforms, namely Facebook Page, Instagram, and Youtube. And the impression strategy used by the Langsa City Environmental Service through the digital platform used is the self-promotion strategy and the exemplification strategy.

The corona 19 virus pandemic requires everyone to understand and realize how each individual has an important role in controlling the spread. Learning from home policies, working from home, social distancing, or not going home before Eid, which are proclaimed by the government will only be perceived as a problem and fail if it does not involve individual awareness and participation to implement it. Therefore, each individual plays an important role in the process. In the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been many positive and negative events in character education. Social media may present a lot of news that contains moral values or vice versa as an arena for character education. According to social learning theory, the social environment can become a laboratory and arena for character education. This paper is based on a qualitative analysis using news presented on social media. It is important for each individual to present himself as a person who can place himself in synergy as an important part of life together. Reading critically a variety of news containing moral aspects is important in the context of character education for children during the learning from home period. We must be trained critically in understanding a message (textual and contextual/hidden messages). For the purpose, always keep skeptic in reading news and understanding the social context. Both are very important in capturing the hidden meaning of a message. By habituation of this learning activity, we do not easily trap in hoax or fake news. Finally, capturing moral messages will appropriately reflect the quality of their personal and social skills.

The COVID-19 pandemic is not only a national focus, but also a global problem for all countries. The losses incurred not only make every government to carry out all programs both preventive and curative in nature to suppress the spread of this virus in each country. In Indonesia, the policies implemented to suppress the spread of the virus are also carried out optimally. Policies related to social restrictions, health human resources, special services for Covid-19 infections to tracing and testing policies are also the focus of the Indonesian government. Policies related to tracing and testing had become a polemic in Indonesia. The reason is, in terms of testing, it is not only aimed at finding out whether the individual is infected, but also as a travel requirement, both domestic and foreign. Often the tracing and testing policy changes, it is suspected that the studies carried out by the government are not strong and there are economic elements in the background. Biopolitics in Foucault's theoretical concept is understood as the intersection of the subject of human studies as biological beings and also the state as a political institution. Foucault's thinking in the concept of biopolitics is not only limited to the political aspects of health but also health-related policies made by the state and the aspiration to improve the standard of living of citizens. The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic certainly meet the requirements in biopolitical studies because of their impact which not only affects the development life of the country, but also reduces the standard of living and the population of citizens. This study discusses how the Covid-19 Tracing and Testing policy becomes a problem because it changes frequently. Using a biopolitical approach, this qualitative research describes the evaluation of the Covid-19 Tracing and Testing policy.

A few junior middle schools in China have encouraged students to learn another foreign language besides English and set specialized classes for this group of people. Some students choose to join this kind of class at the cost of gaining much burden as they have one more compulsory course than others. Drawing on qualitative research, the researcher used both questionnaires and interviews as methods to determine their motivations. Furthermore, this study aimed to investigate their attitudes towards this multi-lingual education based on their personal experience. Data were collected from undergraduates and postgraduates who have learnt two foreign languages in their junior middle schools. Results indicate that a wide range of people decided to do so since mastering a foreign language is an additional skill that can increase their chance of accepting better higher education. Most participants considered they benefited from multilingual teaching in junior middle school, believing that it will draw more and more attention and thus further develop. However, there are also some participants who held a negative attitude, so this study also gives some advice towards its future.

The accurate reproduction ability of photography has brought a lot of confusion to people in the 19th to 20th century. If we use a saying to describe it, it can be said that ' success is depressed, failure is depressed.'Both Baudelaire’s condemnation and Roskin ‘s complaint put photography in an awkward position. However, anxiety stems from the relationship between photography and art. The precise reproduction of photography brings shock and pressure to colleagues in painting, and is also affected by the reaction from the field of traditional art. Whether photography can be included in the forest of art is one of the most worrying issues after the birth of photography. Whether photography has expressive ability is not only related to the cognition of photographic attributes, but also becomes the key to whether photography can be regarded as art.
