The article discusses the issues of the disciplinary status of linguoculturology as a new science in China. Theoretical understanding, applied solutions and promising directions of linguoculturology in China in the context of new challenges of the 21st century revealed. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the very formulation of the problem, which was not previously included in the linguoculturological study.

The article considers Shaolin kung fu (Wushu) as part of social and cultural communication, traces the process of evolution of Shaolin kung fu in Russia and the current situation, characteristics and disadvantages of modern Shaolin kung fu are described. Based on the actions to promote Shaolin kung fu in different periods, the author organizes the process of its promotion in Russia into three stages: the formation stage (1985-1991), the initial stage (1991-2006), and the development stage (after 2006).

Based on the systematization of the available scientific literature, the study discusses the problems of considering the Chinese screen from the standpoint of art history and reveals a number of promising areas of research. The article discusses the activities of the state and party-state city structures to provide assistance to the families of military personnel during the Great Patriotic War. Attention is paid to both successes and shortcomings in the work to provide this category of citizens, solving their material and everyday problems. The authors come to the conclusion that in the extreme conditions of wartime, the families of military personnel were not left without the attention of state, public and party structures.

Oracles, a religious practice, were prevalent in early human civilizations. However, it was not until the New Kingdom period, over 1,500 years after the inception of ancient Egyptian civilization, that direct records of oracle rituals came to light. The well-developed and institutionalized nature of oracle rituals during the New Kingdom era has ignited scholarly discussions concerning the origins of ancient Egyptian oracles. Whereas literary sources predating the New Kingdom may offer glimpses into certain aspects of oracle practices, they cannot serve as direct evidence of their existence and should be approached with a critical mindset.
