The purpose of this article is to analyze the history of the development of digitalization of foreign language education in Russia, as well as to explore the possibilities for the effective use of multimedia technologies in teachingforeign languages. The relevance of the topic under consideration lies in the fact that the modern age is the age of informatization and scientific knowledge, and therefore, the education system must solve a fundamentally new global problem of preparing specialists for professional life in the conditions of the information society, that is, a modern specialist must be fluent in information technologies and apply them in his professional activities.

Based on the basic position of religious philosophy, N.A. Berdyaev understood the history of mankind fundamentally as a spiritual history, as the history of the free and spiritual fall of man, as the history of his self-salvation, in which the fate of man is tragic, therefore the whole meaning of history lies in its end. The article analyzes the linguistic structures of video games, their formation in a historical perspective and explication of the current semiosphere of video game cybertexts. The history of the formation of the graphic code system of video games is reconstructed. The significance of the technical factor (computing capabilities of hardware game devices) in shaping the diversity of the spectrum of video game icons is highlighted. Parallels in the visual semiotics and aesthetics of cinematic animation and video games are noted. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the procedural cluster of video game semiotics.

Mikhail Gorbachev's policy of perestroika and glasnost provided favorable conditions for the development of the Karabakh movement, the purpose of which was the annexation of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region of the Azerbaijani SSR to the Armenian SSR. One of the phases of this movement was the campaign to bring to trial Heydar Aliyev, which was conceived and launched by Igor Muradian. Another campaign to discredit H. Aliyev was organized by former high-ranking officials of the party and government bodies of Azerbaijan, who were removed from their posts by Heydar Aliyev in the 1970s. The analysis of numerous archival documents, which are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, give grounds to assert that these campaigns did not play any role in the removal of Heydar Aliyev from the highest echelon of power in the country.

The article analyzes the demographic indicators of the indigenous peoples of the North of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra for the period 2002-2022. The demographic processes of the municipalities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, gender and age characteristics, medical and demographic indicators are analyzed, trends in the development of the demographic situation of both the region as a whole and the indigenous peoples of the North are identified. The issues of state regulation in the field of socio-economic development of the indigenous peoples of the North are studied, conclusions are drawn regarding the prospects for the dynamics of the demographic processes of the indigenous peoples, as well as the prospects for sustainable positive socio-economic development of the indigenous peoples of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra.

This study takes the machine translation of the historical literature “A General History of Science and Technology in China' as an example. By analyzing the errors and their causes in the machine-translated text without pre-editing, relevant methods for pre-editing were derived. Using the BLEU metric, a comparison was made between the machine-translated text before and after pre-editing, and the statistical results showed a significant improvement in the quality of the machine translation after pre-editing.
