En el deporte es fundamental que el entrenador dirija adecuadamente la preparación física del deportista, su fin es lograr un máximo rendimiento de un atleta. Esto se alcanza trabajando armoniosamente la preparación física, psicológica y técnico- táctica, ya que, si el atleta cuenta con un alto desarrollo de fuerza, pero un pobre gesto técnico, no desplegará todo su potencial. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la técnica de pitcheo de los lanzadores de las categorías 13-16 años de la academia de béisbol de Itson para la identificación del movimiento y la técnica mediante indicadores cinemáticos. El tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia, seleccionando siete pitchers diestros categoría 13-16 años, haciéndose tomas de video para el análisis cinemático en el programa Kinovea v8.15, se obtuvieron variables de trayectoria, velocidad, colocación de las piernas respecto al cuerpo, rotación del hombro, así como ángulos de extremidades inferiores y superiores. Los resultados mostraron que 85.71% de los pitchers presentan deficiencia en la fase 2 por lo que perderán impulso al momento de dirigirse a home, así como la fase 4 donde 100% de los pitchers presentaron un ángulo mayor, lo que lleva que al momento de soltar la pelota salga descontrolada en dirección a home. Es importante que el entrenador tomé en cuenta la deficiencia en las fases ya que lanzar es el gesto técnico que más expone sufrir lesión, es un movimiento repetitivo por encima de la cabeza produciendo importantes sobrecargas mecánicas en articulaciones de codo y hombro. The aim of the study was to assess the importance of a healthy lifestyle for fulfilling official duties by the law enforcement officers. Used methods. Method of pedagogical experiment. The research was conducted using the testing method. The analysis of the obtained data was carried out through correlation. Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient was chosen as its coefficient. The validity of the test was determined by the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Results. The criteria for the persistent healthy lifestyle of future law enforcement officers at the stage of professional development are identified. It was determined that the main criteria are: physical training and sports, active leisure time, abandonment of bad habits, observing the daily routine and self-improvement through the acquisition of health knowledge. The dynamics and levels of a persistent healthy lifestyle among future law enforcement officers in the first, second and third years of training were determined through testing. It was found that the general level of a persistent healthy lifestyle in future law enforcement officers is assessed as sufficient. Unreliable (p>0.05) deterioration during studies at a higher educational institution (HEI) was found. Conclusions. It can be stated that a healthy lifestyle has a positive effect on the development of professional qualities of law enforcement officers. Prospects. The prospects for further research include the development of training methods that will contribute to increasing the level of a persistent healthy lifestyle in future law enforcement officers at the stage of professional development. Traditional sports are assets and characteristics of a country that must be preserved and known by all ages of the country's people. Therefore this study aims to determine the level of knowledge of traditional Sundanese sports among youth in the 21st century in the current era of modernization and globalization. For this study, the authors used a quantitative survey research method which was conducted on 326 high school students spread throughout the province of West Java, consisting of 188 male students and 138 female students. The results of this study indicate that the level of knowledge about traditional Sundanese sports among adolescents in the current era of modernization and globalization is at a moderate level. This is because the current modernization and globalization have an impact on the phenomenon of youth activity, so that the level of knowledge of traditional Sundanese sports is only at a moderate level. Even though the level of knowledge of traditional Sundanese sports for teenagers is at a moderate level, knowledge of traditional Sundanese sports among teenagers must continue to be socialized within the framework of adaptation to regional traditional culture and as time goes on, the traditional Sundanese sports culture will not become extinct. La normativa curricular actual reconoce la importancia de preparar al alumnado para la vida a través de un marco competencial, donde la autonomía cobra especial importancia. Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar los rasgos caracterizadores de experiencias de apoyo a la autonomía en Educación Física. Para ello, se realiza una revisión sistemática de la literatura específica, tomando como referencia las bases de datos Web of Science y SCOPUS y la franja temporal 2016-2021. En el análisis se sigue un proceso deductivo apoyado en la identificación previa de cinco dimensiones: objetivos de los estudios, marco teórico de referencia, características de los participantes, metodología e instrumentos de recogida de datos, y beneficios del apoyo a la autonomía. Los resultados señalan que casi la mitad de los objetivos de los estudios se interesan por conocer si el apoyo a la autonomía incide en la intención del alumnado de transferir a la vida cotidiana la actividad física. El marco teórico de referencia predominante ha sido la teoría de la autodeterminación. La mayor parte de las experiencias se realizan en Educación Secundaria, siguiendo una metodología de investigación cuantitativa. El apoyo a la autonomía favorece el incremento de la motivación, una reducción de los comportamientos negativos y la promoción de hábitos saludables. Consecuentemente, se presta especial interés a los estilos de enseñanza que favorezcan la multidireccionalidad del proceso, donde el alumnado sea un agente activo a través de la negociación curricular. The main goal of this research is to identify features in experiences related to autonomy support in Physical Education. A systematic review is done in specific published works, taking Web of Science and SCOPUS databases as a reference in the 2016-2021 timeframe. In this analysis a deductive approach is followed, based on the previous identification of five dimensions: topics addressed, theoretical framework, participant’s characteristics, methodology and data collection instruments, as well as the benefits of autonomy support. Results show that almost half of the cases under consideration there is an interest in getting to know the students' intention to transfer physical activity to their everyday life. The prevailing theoretical framework underlying these studies has been the self-determination theory. Most experiences take place in Secondary Education, following a quantitative approach. Autonomy support leads to a decrease in negative behavior and promotes healthy, active lives. As a consequence, special attention is paid to teaching styles that facilitate multidirectionality throughout the process, where the student becomes an active

Neuromotricity is one of the most effective resources to possibly work cognitive and executive functions, highlighting its activities through the dual task in the BAPNE method. There is bibliography in Web of Science that provides positive data in several investigations with different types of population. Through the BAPNE method, the activities are structured in a specific way to ensure the learning process. In this way, with an adequate progressive sequence in the motor and cognitive difficulty, the independence of the upper and lower limbs and the voice is sought. The learning process of jazz music resides mainly in imitation, but also in the acquisition of knowledge and skills, the creativity of the teacher is as important as that of the learner, so it is proposed that once a certain level is reached, the latter assumes the role of leader in the activity. From the 32-bar AABA form of the Rhythm Changes, multiple activities can be created, supporting coordination, dissociation and laterality processes, among many other aspects, and thus providing a greater number of tools to professionals in different fields such as education and therapy to better and more widely understand the roots of jazz music. Through the BAPNE method, the activities are structured in a specific way to ensure the learning process. In this way, with an adequate progressive sequence in the motor and cognitive difficulty, the independence of the upper and lower limbs and the voice is sought. The learning process of jazz music resides mainly in imitation, but also in the acquisition of knowledge and skills, the creativity of the teacher is as important as that of the learner, so it is proposed that once a certain level is reached, the latter assumes the role of leader in the activity. From the 32-bar AABA form of the Rhythm Changes, multiple activities can be created, supporting coordination, dissociation and laterality processes, among many other aspects, and thus providing a greater number of tools to professionals in different fields such as education and therapy to better and more widely understand the roots of jazz music. Los protocolos de rehabilitación de cinesiterapia activa son un conjunto de rutinas de ejercicios que usan la fuerza, de forma voluntaria o auto refleja, controlados y corregidos por un fisioterapeuta. Las TIC móviles para apoyar la ejecución de estos protocolos, mitigan dificultades de desplazamiento en el proceso de rehabilitación, favorecen la personalización y la adaptabilidad a necesidades del usuario. Objetivo: Exponer resultados de validez de una aplicación móvil, propuesta en el marco de un modelo de apoyo a la rehabilitación del paciente amputado de miembro inferior, basado en el concepto de autogestión y el modelo socio médico. Método: Estudio transversal, descriptivo y observacional de las propiedades exhibidas de la aplicación móvil aplicada a pacientes amputados de miembro inferior y expertos fisioterapeutas, mediante evaluación de concordancia – Kappa-Fleis sobre cuatro criterios de usabilidad evaluados en 23 tareas realizadas con la aplicación móvil en la ejecución del protocolo. Resultados: Se encontró una fuerza de concordancia aceptable para cada criterio. La “comprensión” y “eficiencia” los de mayor concordancia en el paciente; 0.269 y 0.290 respectivamente. Conclusiones: se evidencia Índice de Validez de Contenido – CVI de 0.88 y 0.9 valorados por pacientes y fisioterapeutas respectivamente. La Gimnasia Rítmica, deporte históricamente considerado de carácter “femenino”. Sin embargo, en Chile, desde el año 2016, se han incorporado varones, tanto en el ámbito competitivo como recreativo. El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar la inserción de los primeros varones en este deporte en Chile. Para ello, se describe el contexto histórico de la Gimnasia Rítmica en el país, los canales de competencia y las vivencias de los gimnastas. Esto, con el propósito de registrar, un hito importante en la historia de la Gimnasia Rítmica en Chile. La presente investigación se basa en un estudio de caso colectivo, utilizando aproximación biográfica – narrativa y entrevistas semiestructuradas. Se analiza la información en tres grandes dimensiones: barreras - facilitadores, inicios y motivaciones. Se concluye que los deportistas entrevistados han tenido dificultades para entrar a un club, pero, una vez dentro, siempre tuvieron buenas experiencias. Se evidencia un sesgo de género por parte de sus pares y familiares. Finalmente, estos gimnastas anhelan una participación más activa de varones en la disciplina, sin embargo, debido al contexto social que vive el país actualmente, reconocen que falta mucho trabajo para lograrlo. However, since 2016 in Chile, men have joined the sport competitively and recreationally. The aim of this research is analyse the insertion of the first men in this sport in Chile. For this purpose, the historical context of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Chile is described, the channels of competition are explained and the experiences of the male gymnasts are described. All this with the purpose of recording this important milestone in the history of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Chile. This research is based on a collective case study, using biographical-narrative approach and semi-structured interviews. The information is analysed in three main dimensions: barriers - facilitators, beginnings and motivation. It is concluded that the interviewed gymnasts have had difficulties to enter a club, but they had good experiences once they managed to get in. There is evidence of a gender bias on the part of their peers and family members. Finally, these gymnasts yearn for a more active participation of men in the discipline, although they recognise that there is still a lot of work to be done to achieve this due to the social context that the country is currently experiencing. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la interrelación de la dependencia al ejercicio físico (EF) con la motivación deportiva e identidad con el EF. La muestra (375) fue española, practicantes de EF de resistencia (correr, ciclismo, natación, triatlón y otros), el 32% mujeres y el 67,5 % hombres. La Escala de la Dependencia al Ejercicio Físico (EDS-R) fue utilizada para analizar el perfil de practica del EF de los participantes (dependiente; no dependiente sintomático y no dependiente asintomático), la Escala de la Motivación Deportiva fue utilizada para evaluar el nivel de cada tipo de motivación y la Escala de Identificación con el EF para evaluar el nivel de identidad de cada participante relacionado con el EF. Se realizaron los siguientes análisis de datos: Prueba de Kruskal- Wallis con corrección de Bonferroni; Rho de Spearman; regresión por pasos y modelos de mediación múltiple. El 20% de los participantes mostraron un perfil de dependientes con el EF, el 70,4% no dependientes sintomáticos y el 9,6% no dependientes asintomáticos. Los dependientes puntuaron más alto que los demás perfiles en todas las variables de estudio. Se encontraron diferencias significativas en todas las variables de estudio y la dependencia al EF correlaciono positiva y significativamente con la identificación con el EF y la motivación deportiva (MD). Asimismo, la MD fue mediadora entre la identidad con el EF y la dependencia al EF. Identificar y estudiar la MD y la identidad con el EF de cada sujeto sería de interés para el desarrollo de acciones preventivas para la aparición de la dependencia al EF. The next data analysis were performed: Kruskal-Wallis test with Bonferroni correction; Spearman's Rho; stepwise regression and multiple mediation models. 20% of the participants showed a dependent profile with the PE, 70.4% symptomatic non-dependents and 9.6% asymptomatic non-dependents. Dependents scored higher than the other profiles on all study variables. Significant differences were found in all the study variables, and dependence correlated positively and significantly with identification with the PE and sport motivation. O objetivo foi analisar a implementação do Programa Academia e Futebol (PAF) em convênio com a Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS), na cidade de Campo Grande, Brasil. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa. Duas foram as fontes de dados utilizadas para a análise: documentos oficiais e entrevistas semiestruturadas com os coordenadores. Os principais resultados apontaram que o programa apresentou uma proposta de trabalho alinhada com as diretrizes, mas precisou passar por reformulações. As ações envolveram a tríade da universidade: ensino na organização de cursos de formação e eventos científicos; pesquisa no desenvolvimento do Centro de Excelência em Estudos do Futebol e Futsal e na produção científica; extensão no funcionamento Núcleo de Vivência Futebol e Futsal em atendimentos aos beneficiários. Conclui-se que o programa contribuiu para o acesso do esporte como direito para crianças e adolescentes matriculados na rede de ensino público e privado, além de contribuir para a formação de professores, acadêmicos e demais profissionais a partir dos cursos e da produção científica em decorrência da implementação do convênio. Objetivo: el principal objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar, por medio de una revisión sistemática, cuáles son los factores relacionados con el autoconcepto físico y la satisfacción corporal de los adolescentes con relación a la Educación Física escolar, y que de esta manera el docente pueda intervenir en el fomento de la creación de un autoconcepto físico positivo. Metodología: Se realizó una revisión sistemática siguiendo las directrices PRISMA, por medio de la combinación de los términos "Physical education", "Self-concept", “Body image” y "Factors” en tres bases de datos (WOS, SCOPUS Y ERIC). Resultados: se incluyeron un total de 8 artículos que, según la temática, las variables analizadas en las distintas investigaciones, y sus resultados, se dividieron en los cuatro factores detectados: la satisfacción de las necesidades psicológicas básicas, el fomento de la seguridad emocional, la promoción del ejercicio físico extraescolar y la evitación de la comparación de apariencias. Conclusiones: Los cuatro factores detectados, pueden servir de herramienta para el docente de Educación Física que, a través del conocimiento de dichos elementos, puede confeccionar su programación con el fin de potenciar la satisfacción de las necesidades básicas, la motivación hacia el ejercicio físico extraescolar, el trabajo de la seguridad emocional y la evitación de comparaciones de apariencias. Results: a total of 8 articles were included which, according to the subject matter, the variables analyzed in the different investigations, and their results, were divided into the four factors detected: satisfaction of basic psychological needs, promotion of emotional security, promotion of out-of-school physical exercise and avoidance of comparison of appearances. Conclusions: The four factors detected can serve as a tool for the Physical Education teacher who, through the knowledge of these elements, can prepare his programming in order to promote the satisfaction of basic needs, the motivation towards extracurricular physical exercise, the work of emotional security and the avoidance of comparisons of appearances.
