Cybersport is developing rapidly in all developed regions of the world. Currently, eSports has acquired the characteristics of an important economic and socio-cultural factor that needs to be taken seriously. Accordingly, there is an urgent need to regulate social relations within its boundaries. This article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of economic and legal relations in the field of e-sports activities and the search for optimal ways of their improvement. The subject of the study is social relations arising in the field of e-sports. The research methodology includes the basic methods of scientific knowledge, which are the methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as the comparative legal method, which was used to compare the researched aspects in Switzerland and Ukraine. As a result of the research, a number of conclusions were made, which are important for law enforcement activities, can be used in rulemaking activities, and are also valuable from the point of view of the development of economic and legal doctrine. El objetivo del presente estudio fue construir y validar una prueba escrita de elección múltiple ad hoc para evaluar el conocimiento de los escolares sobre el entorno próximo al centro educativo para el acondicionamiento físico (CENAFI). Un total de 189 estudiantes (95 mujeres) de primer a cuarto curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (edad media = 13.57 ± 1.3 años) participaron en el estudio. Las fases de la validación de la prueba fueron: (1) Construcción y definición de la estructura y finalidad de la prueba; (2) validación de contenido por expertos; (3) pilotaje; (4) depuración y aplicación del instrumento definitivo; (5) evaluación de la fiabilidad test-retest; y (6) evaluación de la validez discriminante. La prueba final consistió en 30 preguntas objetivas de elección múltiple con una dificultad global moderada (media = 11.60 puntos sobre 30). Todos los índices cuantitativos fueron adecuados en dificultad, discriminación y cumplieron con los criterios cualitativos establecidos por los expertos. La fiabilidad test-retest de la prueba fue adecuada (CCI = .65) y los estudiantes que vivenciaron el programa de intervención obtuvieron una puntuación mayor que los del grupo control, mostrando, por tanto, una validez discriminante igualmente adecuada. Los resultados demuestran que es un instrumento de medida válido y fiable para obtener información sobre el conocimiento de los escolares del entorno próximo para el acondicionamiento físico. El presente estudio representa una contribución valiosa para la literatura científica y con importantes repercusiones prácticas para la asignatura de Educación Física. This study aims to analyze the involvement of sports volunteers in strategies to increase community participation in sports. This type of research is a Systematic Review. Article searches were carried out using a comprehensive strategy on research journal databases such as Web of Science (WOS), Scopus, and Pubmed. The keywords used are sports volunteers, sports participation, exercise motivation, and physical exercise. The inclusion criteria were international journals published in the last 8 years (starting in 2023) and articles discussing sports volunteers, sports participation, physical exercise, and motivation. Furthermore, the exclusion criteria are articles published in journals that are published in disreputable journals. A total of 4.571 articles from the Web of Science, Pubmed, Scopus, and Embase databases were identified. A further 10 articles that met all inclusion requirements or at least some of them were selected for this systematic review. For standard opera-tionalization, this study follow the Preferred ReportingIItems for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). The results of the review show that the important role of sports volunteers is in increasing community participation to actively exercise. Volunteers have the potential to increase motivation so they are able to collaborate in sporting events and increase community participation in getting involved in sporting events. Furthermore, Sports volunteers are useful for sports clubs to be able to develop strategies for volunteer involvement in each sport. By considering the potential of sports volunteers, this can also increase community involvement in sports according to the sports they are interested in. El uso de programas para la enseñanza de valores sociales por medio del deporte se ha ido popularizando los últimos años. Sin embargo, se ha reportado evidencia limitada sobre la programación implementada por organizaciones gubernamentales en Centro América. El propósito de nuestro estudio se centró en analizar el estado de implementación de un programa de mentoría impartido por atletas para centros educativos escolares en Guatemala. Los objetivos de la investigación se lograron mediante un enfoque cuantitativo y la participación de 70 participantes involucrados en el programa. Los resultados muestran que el programa posee un alto nivel de aceptación entre los maestros y alumnos; los atletas se transforman en modelos de rol para los estudiantes y motivación para los maestros durante el programa; el modelo de intervención está basado en sólida programación pedagógica estandarizada, adaptada al curriculum educativo nacional base. El modelo de sostenibilidad del programa es efectivo en relación costo-beneficio haciéndolo sostenible. Futura investigación deberá realizarse para medir el impacto de la programación en los estudiantes y los padres de familia involucrados en la intervención del programa. Este estudio se orientó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal con una etapa correlacional; la población objeto de estudio fueron 30 deportistas con discapacidad física, usuarios de silla de ruedas de las disciplinas de baloncesto, tenis de campo y atletismo en sillas de ruedas, de un club deportivo de la ciudad de Cali, Colombia. Se aplicó una encuesta sociodemográfica y un cuestionario de Calidad de Vida denominado GENCAT, para determinar el nivel de Calidad de Vida general y por dominios de la población. Los resultados sugieren mejores puntuaciones en términos de Calidad de Vida global en deportistas de atletismo en silla de ruedas. Los dominios de bienestar emocional, relaciones interpersonales y bienestar material; presentaron diferencias significativas en esta población. Por el contrario, el dominio de inclusión social es aquel que predomina con las más bajas puntuaciones en todos los grupos. Achieving peak performance in sports necessitates athletes having a high level of physical fitness. Among the key physical components, both overall fitness and movement fitness play significant roles in competitive sports, particularly those involving muscles. Football, a globally popular sport, demands explosive movements like kicking, tackling, jumping, sprinting, and rapid changes in direction. Training effectiveness is crucial for attaining success in football matches. This paper focuses on investigating studies that utilize plyometric training to enhance football performance. In order to search for articles, using the keywords plyometric training, physical fitness, performance football by using database from Google Scholar, PubMed Central, and Science Direct. 13 articles were obtained and analyzed from 2013 to 2022. Search results were arranged based on the format of P (Population), I (Intervention), C (Comparison), O (Outcome). A review of 13 articles concluded that there was an improved level of agility, speed, strength, explosive power, physical fitness, aerobic endurance, acceleration power, on the physical performance of football players. The goals and demands of each training session must be adapted through plyometric training, and each exercise can then be performed regularly to reduce the possibility of injury. Based on the results of the review, plyometric training has been extensively studied to understand its impact on football players. The training program, lasting 6-10 weeks with 2-3 sessions per week, can enhance physical performance by increasing explosive lower body strength, specific physical abilities, and endurance. Plyometric exercises come in different intensity levels, such as low, moderate, and high, and positively affect leg strength, explosive speed, power, aerobic capacity, body composition, flexibility, and muscle endurance in elite athletes and can be customized to target specific goals like speed or strength enhancement, benefiting football players. El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar los orígenes y evolución de un estilo de baile callejero que, ha ido surgiendo desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX hasta su conversión en el caso del Break Dance en deporte olímpico durante los Juegos de Paris en 2024. La aportación principal de este trabajo histórico, ha sido el emplear una metodología descriptiva mediante fuentes secundarias de gran actualidad, puesto que se ha podido disponer de la información directa de los protagonistas de estos bailes de tremenda actualidad, al tratarse de una actividad relativamente moderna en la que los protagonistas aún siguen vivos. De los resultados obtenidos se desprende que la consideración social de esos estilos de baile callejeros, ha ido evolucionando desde prácticas reivindicativas de núcleos marginales, hasta convertirse en moda basada en formas de consumo, interés mediático y beneficios comerciales, en un intento de modernización de los Juegos Olímpicos para despertar mayor interés entre la juventud y mayor atracción de patrocinadores y medios de comunicación. The relevance of the study is based on the fact that the health status of school children has recently deteriorated markedly, and one of the ways to combat this and improve overall well-being is through physical exercise. The purpose of the study is to provide a detailed analysis of the author's "Sport in Square" course. The methods of research used in the study include the functional method, the method of logical analysis, the method of synthesis, the method of deduction, the method of induction, and others. The study analysed the various components of the author's methodology. Thus, it was noted that the uniqueness of the course is that it provides people with the opportunity to exercise in a limited space, the exercises target different muscle groups and, importantly, help to improve the condition of various body systems. A rather remarkable feature of the course is that for each level a link to the YouTube platform is attached, which the course participant can download once and use whenever they want. In addition, this author's "Sport in square" course is unique in that it is designed for mass physical activity and exercise for all ages and all fitness levels. Notably, it can develop muscular, cerebral, coordination, logic and thinking skills. The practical value of the results is that using the author's course in general educational institutions will further improve the general health of schoolchildren. There is a lack of reliable information regarding post-exercise rehydration behaviours, particularly with regards to beverage preference and encouragement. Using a random sampling technique, 661 participants from three groups (sports enthusiasts, athletes, and coaches) were chosen randomly to fill out a questionnaire on fluid intake following exercise. Pearson Correlation is used to examine the data and find the connection between exercise modality, frequency, and duration. The study indicated that mineral water, electrolyte drinks, and milk were the three most frequently consumed options for rehydration following exercise. For sports enthusiasts, taste and accessibility are the most important factors in purchasing a beverage, followed by personal preference about the advantages of the beverage's contents. The major aspect for athletes and coaches, however, is knowledge of the components' favorable benefits. In contrast to the majority of participants in this survey, who had reasons to emphasize accessibility, the majority of sports enthusiasts choose mineral water as their preferred beverage. Whilst, athletes and coaches who are aware of the influence that beverages have on performance tend to place a higher priority on the content's performance-enhancing capabilities. El sueño es un proceso fisiológico que desempeña un papel fundamental en la función cerebral sistémica de los diferentes sistemas corporales. La literatura científica asocia un sueño eficiente y de calidad a un óptimo desarrollo cognitivo, físico y socioemocional durante los primeros años de vida. Son muchos los preescolares que tienen problemas de sueño por un estilo de vida cada vez más digitalizado, con inactividad física que no cumple las recomendaciones mínimas de actividad diaria y dada la influencia del sueño en otras poblaciones, el objetivo del estudio fue determinar si una intervención de actividad física influye en la calidad y duración de sueño en preescolares. Se realizó una búsqueda de ensayos controlados aleatorizados en las bases de datos de MEDLINE, Web of Science (WOS), Scopus, PsycINFO, Cinahl y SPORTdiscus dando lugar finalmente a un resultado de 3 estudios incluidos y con una muestra total de 1959 sujetos. Los estudios analizados no mostraron influencia de una intervención de actividad física en la duración del sueño, pero sí en la calidad del sueño. La falta de evidencia en este tipo de poblaciones no hace posible sacar una conclusión clara, por lo tanto, parece imprescindible generar una línea de investigación para conocer de forma clara qué tipo de intervención basada en actividad física puede influir positivamente sobre la cantidad y calidad del sueño en preescolares. The analyzed studies did not show an influence of physical activity intervention on sleep duration but did on sleep quality. The lack of evidence in this population makes it impossible to draw a clear conclusion; therefore, it is essential to generate a research line to clearly understand what type of physical activity-based intervention can positively influence the quantity and quality of sleep in preschoolers.
