El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar el perfil de los clientes premium de entrenamiento personal y evaluar sus motivaciones para la práctica de actividad física y contratación del servicio, así como su percepción de calidad y valoración del mismo. Se llevó a cabo una encuesta a 92 participantes identificados como clientes premium en diferentes centros de entrenamiento de varias ciudades de España. Los resultados indicaron que el perfil de estos clientes presentó una edad promedio de 40 años y se caracterizó por una elevada motivación por la mejora de la salud, un alto grado de exigencia con el servicio y una alta tendencia a la fidelidad. Además, se observó que las mujeres valoraron de manera significativamente mayor la empatía y capacidad de respuesta del entrenador, los aspectos técnicos y motivacionales, y la práctica por salud. Por otro lado, se constató que los participantes que llevaban más tiempo siendo clientes de entrenamiento personal valoraron más los aspectos motivacionales del servicio, lo que sugiere que este podría ser un factor clave para la fidelización. En conclusión, se puede afirmar que, además de las cuestiones técnicas, las habilidades psicológicas, emocionales e interpersonales del entrenador son fundamentales para su valoración por parte de los clientes y para el éxito profesional. The study of effective approaches to the development of sports tourism is an extremely relevant issue for a number of developed countries, including Kazakhstan. The purpose of this study is to analyse effective means and mechanisms affecting the development of sports tourism in Kazakhstan, in particular, in the context of rock climbing. Based on this, a number of methodological tools were used in the study to investigate all the necessary aspects of the issue. Among them, the following should be highlighted: methodological approaches, namely functional and systemic, the method of analysis and synthesis, comparison, deduction, and generalisation. As for the results obtained in the work, they are quite thorough since they disclose both the theoretical and practical components of the subject under study. Accordingly, the general theoretical concepts that are the basis of the object of study are investigated in the theoretical one, and their properties are also established based on a connection that arises between them. In the practical part, approaches to the development of such a category as sports tourism in Kazakhstan were directly analysed on the example of rock climbing and determining its impact on young citizens. The practical value of the study consists in the possibility of its use for the preparation of plans for the implementation of extracurricular activities in educational institutions and as sources for in-depth consideration of other aspects of the subject under study. In future studies, it would be advisable to identify the factors that most affect the development of physical fitness of school-age children. The relevance of the scientific work is caused by the priority of carrying out a detailed analysis of the influence of stress on the formation of psychological stability in professional athletes at the stage of preparation for competitions. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the impact that stress, depression, exhaustion and other negative factors have on the preparation of athletes for competition. To achieve this objective, several issues should be pursued, the content of which reflects the sequence of the stages of the study: to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of the influence of stress on the formation of psychological resilience; analyze the main trends in athlete ability to cope with stress; to study the main methods of forming psychological stability; develop methodological approaches to assess the impact of stress on psychological resilience; develop a set of proposals for psychological assistance to athletes in preparation for competitions. The key method in this scientific work is system analysis. It was applied in order to study the idea of the formation of psychological stability as a tool for combating stress factors in the context of the complex multi-component structure of professional sports. During the research, various methodological tools were used, such as the logical analysis method, the comparative method, the synthesis and deduction methods, the classification method, and the questionnaire method. The scientific work reveals the results of the research in the form of a table showing the results of stress assessment in the group of athletes and students; Factors affecting psychological stability are described; The factors influencing the probability of development of post-traumatic stress disorder are presented. The articles are of practical value to psychologists, sports coaches, teachers and students in the field of psychology and physical education. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre el sprint de 5 m con la composición corporal, maduración biológica e indicadores antropométricos en hombres jóvenes tenistas. El estudio fue correlacional y de corte transversal con la participación de 35 jóvenes tenistas hombres (15±0.5 años) de nacionalidad chilena, seleccionados de manera no probabilística por accesibilidad. Se midió el sprint de 5 m en las canchas de tenis y se registraron variables antropométricas como masa corporal, talla, perímetros corporales (brazo, muslo y pierna) y pliegues cutáneos (tríceps, muslo anterior y pierna medial). Se calcularon el pico de aceleración de la velocidad de crecimiento (APVC), el porcentaje de grasa corporal (GC) y la masa muscular esquelética (MME). Los resultados evidenciaron que el sprint de 5 m se asoció principalmente con el pliegue de la pierna medial (R2=24%; p˂0.01) y el GC (R2=13%; p˂0.05). Además, se encontró que un incremento en estos indicadores de adiposidad se relaciona con un mayor tiempo en el sprint de 5 m (β= 0.02; 0.04 s, respectivamente). Sin embargo, la masa corporal, la talla, el APVC y la MME mostraron una relación baja con el sprint 5 m (p>0.05). En conclusión, el sprint de 5 m muestra mayor asociación con indicadores de adiposidad, principalmente con el pliegue de la pierna medial y el GC. The systems science approach based on exploration of analogies between distinct fields of inquiry can lead to the creation of new interdisciplinary branches of knowledge. In this essay, a series of such analogies between soccer and natural sciences is elaborated with the objective of recognizing the scientific elements intrinsic to the game of soccer and transcribing them to the creative practice of science. The sources of analogies are multifold, involving the tactical setups of the teamwork, the geometry and cybernetic principles governing the coordination of the players, the kinesthetic intelligence thereof and various psychological factors. The essay also intends to inspire the crafters of academic curricula to consider building courses around the intersections of a sport such as soccer and natural sciences so as to promote sportier and more spirited scientific communities. Along with the humanization of sciences via their cross-fertilization with soccer, the enlightenment of the latter profession may also result from this interdisciplinary marriage, so that the animalistic competitiveness in this sport gets suppressed and its artistic elements accentuated. A inclusão de crianças com deficiência nas escolas nem sempre é um processo fácil, tornando essencial a identificação de melhores estratégias para atingir tal objetivo. Neste estudo procurou-se analisar o efeito de um programa de intervenção, baseado em jogos motores adaptados, em crianças do pré-escolar, ao nível das atitudes de inclusão face aos pares com deficiência e na perceção de competências das crianças com deficiência. Para tal, foi elaborado um programa de 8 sessões (45 minutos cada), baseado em jogos motores adaptados. Participaram no programa 13 crianças com idades entre os 5 e 6 anos (5,31±0,48), das quais 7 eram do sexo masculino e 6 do sexo feminino. Nestas sessões as crianças, através de uma história, conheceram uma personagem que, ao longo das semanas, encontrou várias crianças com deficiência e foi tentando criar jogos que pudessem ser jogados por todas. Recorreu-se a um questionário para avaliação das dimensões “atitudes de inclusão” e “perceção de competências”, previamente utilizado por Antunes et al. (2022). A satisfação das crianças com as sessões foi avaliada seguindo as recomendações de Birch et al. (2019). Os resultados revelaram melhorias na dimensão atitudes de inclusão (p=0,002; z=-3,08) e perceção de competências (p=0,001; z=-3,18), entre os momentos pré e pós intervenção. Além disso, a satisfação das crianças com as sessões foi sempre muito evidente (≥80%). Neste estudo procurou-se analisar o efeito de um programa de intervenção, baseado em jogos motores adaptados, em crianças do pré-escolar, ao nível das atitudes de inclusão face aos pares com deficiência e na perceção de competências das crianças com deficiência. Para tal, foi elaborado um programa de 8 sessões (45 minutos cada), baseado em jogos motores adaptados. Participaram no programa 13 crianças com idades entre os 5 e 6 anos (5,31±0,48), das quais 7 eram do sexo masculino e 6 do sexo feminino. Nestas sessões as crianças, através de uma história, conheceram uma personagem que, ao longo das semanas, encontrou várias crianças com deficiência e foi tentando criar jogos que pudessem ser jogados por todas. Recorreu-se a um questionário para avaliação das dimensões “atitudes de inclusão” e “perceção de competências”, previamente utilizado por Antunes et al. (2022). A satisfação das crianças com as sessões foi avaliada seguindo as recomendações de Birch et al. (2019). Os resultados revelaram melhorias na dimensão atitudes de inclusão (p=0,002; z=-3,08) e perceção de competências (p=0,001; z=-3,18), entre os momentos pré e pós intervenção. Além disso, a satisfação das crianças com as sessões foi sempre muito evidente (≥80%). Os resultados deste estudo parecem reforçar o papel que o jogo lúdico-motor adaptado pode ter como estratégia de promoção de competências de inclusão, mesmo em idades precoces. El recorrido de la psicomotricidad como metodología de intervención educativa en las últimas décadas nos ha llevado, a partir de evidencias desde la investigación y desde la propia práctica, a la revisión del dispositivo psicomotriz. En esta línea el objetivo del estudio fue determinar la correlación entre la representación dentro de las sesiones de psicomotricidad y el desarrollo cognitivo de los niños y niñas de tres años y que tiene como punto de partida el rol de psicomotricista de las autoras desde el que surgen inquietudes, cuestionamientos y búsqueda de nuevas maneras de ser y hacer en la educación infantil en un intento de profundizar, desde la investigación, en el marco de la intervención psicomotriz y el desarrollo infantil. En este estudio participó una muestra de 39 alumnos atendiendo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión determinados por las características del instrumento Merrill-Palmer R. Los resultados muestran una mejora significativa en las escalas de Velocidad de Procesamiento, Motricidad, Memoria y Coordinación Visomotora en el grupo que realizó representaciones, al final de cada sesión de psicomotricidad, en comparación con el grupo que no realizó representaciones en ninguna sesión. Como conclusión, dada la mejora de rendimiento mostrada por todos los grupos, si se comparan los resultados en pre test y post test de la Bateria Cognitiva Merill-Palmer, parece detectarse un efecto positivo en la realización de las representaciones al final de las sesiones de la Práctica Psicomotriz Aucouturier (PPA) sobre el rendimiento cognitivo de los niños y niñas de tres años. Abstract. This research aim was to examine the ethical viewpoints of health and fitness managers in Greece. To achieve this, an adapted version of the Ethics Position Questionnaire (EPQ) (Forsyth, 1980) was employed. Additionally, the study sought to determine whether managers of these fitness centers leaned more towards idealism or relativism in their ethical perspectives. A group of 249 health and fitness managers participated in this study and completed Forsyth's original EPQ questionnaire included a total of 20 variables, with 10 assessing Idealism, and 10 evaluating Relativism. The EPQ was translated into Greek and adapted to suit the specific context of the Greek health and fitness industry, following multiple pilot studies. Both confirmatory and exploratory factor analyses were conducted, resulting in a 12-item questionnaire with two distinct factors. The modified EPQ demonstrated strong internal consistency and showed convergent validity with related constructs. Furthermore, the categorization of normative procedures into types suggested that health and fitness managers in Greece held varying ethical positions. Some leaned towards a more absolute ethical approach, while others took into account situational factors in their ethical considerations. Investigating the ethical perspectives of health and fitness managers can provide valuable insights for developing ethical codes of conduct and tailored educational initiatives within this sector. The purpose of the study is to form a complex for improving the professional qualities of Kazaksha kures trainers based on virtual and additional reality technology. Participating in the study were 4th-year students majoring in Physical Culture and Sports from [BLINDED] University. After the initial assessment of the studied competencies, a virtual reality course was held. At the same time, the researchers assessed the highest competence by the “Peculiarities of support activities at training camps” and “The design of a sports facility”. Conversely, the students in the control group assessed their competencies with an average rating of 3 points. The “Technology of teaching basic types of physical exercises” was the most appreciated. The professional skills of Kazaksha kures trainers represent the contribution of the paper to the world of science in the context of virtual reality. The rapid development of science and technology, socio-economic and cultural changes taking place in modern society put the task of training highly qualified and competitive future physical education teachers on the agenda. The purpose of the study: to cover the issues of the system of image making of the future physical culture teacher in Kazakhstan. To achieve the purpose of the study, the following methods were used: analysis, comparative analysis, retrospective analysis, synthesis, comparison, the study of one's own teaching experience; systematisation and generalisation; abstraction and classification. The image making of the future physical culture teacher in Kazakhstan acquires effectiveness under the following pedagogical conditions: the content of professional disciplines, considering the specific features of health and recreational activities; organisation of professional training using active teaching methods, innovative information and communication technologies and subjective interaction of the teacher and student; integration of theory, practice, and research activities of the future physical education teacher during the practice and organisation of students' research work. The paper focuses on the main provisions of the concept of future physical education teachers' professional training for recreational activities. Developing the author's system of forming the image of the future teacher of physical culture, the authors proceeded from the fact that it is the model that allows describing the pedagogical system most fully and accurately. The system contains five blocks that allow structuring and specifying purposes, objectives, methodological approaches, principles, content of structural components, forms, methods, tools, stages, functions, pedagogical conditions, criteria, indicators, levels, and results. The system developed by the authors is dynamic and can be implemented during the adaptation, training, professional and analytical and correctional stages.
