The present study examined the impact of life coping skills and reflectiveness among secondary student teachers. The investigator adopted survey method for the present study. The tools used for the present study were life coping skills scale constructed and validated by the investigator and reflectiveness scale constructed and validated by Nicholas Jegan and Antony Raj (2017). Data were collected from 300 secondary student teachers from various colleges in Kanyakumari district. The statistical techniques used for the present study are t-test and correlation analysis. Results showed that there is significant relationship between impact of life coping skills and reflectiveness among secondary student teachers.

Teacher Education is a program related with Teacher Proficiency and Competence that would make them competent enough to face new challenges in the Education. Now a days the field of Education is not only limited with books but has broadened in various new horizons. Teacher Education can be considered in three phases: there are Pre-service, Induction and In-service. The three phases are considered as parts of a continuous process. The scope of Teacher Education can be divided into three ways; there are Teacher Education at different levels of Education, Triangular basis of Teacher Education and Aspects of Teacher Education. Major issues in Teacher Education concern may be Proliferation of Colleges of Education, Isolation of Colleges of Education, Regional imbalances, Alternative modes of Teacher Education and etc… Emerging problems of Teacher Education may be Economic, Social, Cultural, Political, Moral, Ecological and Educational. Some suggestions here for improving the condition of Teacher Education are given below. It also discusses the need of Teacher Education program to be innovative and various practices that can be included. It has been recognized that Teacher Education Program should be structured and modified in a way that enables them to respond dynamically to the new problems and challenges in the field of Education, then only Teacher can help in National Development.

The other important pillar of online teaching is teacher. Their interest and skills in handling online classes are essential aspects. How did teachers perceive online classes, whether teachers are capable of handling online classes, these are the questions that arise before implementing it because some of the faculty members may not always have the competency to teach courses online (Sims et al., 2002). A cultural background constructs a different perception among teachers (Buddhini and Charlotte, 2016). Therefore, the researcher felt that it is not unfair to collect opinions of both the participants, i.e. students and teachers. In addition to demographic information, the survey asked about the teachers' perception of their teaching practices, their general self-efficacy in teaching and technology and the professional development they received and expected to win. The items like “Teaching Practice” “Training and Development” and “Efficacy” are collected through five-point Likert scale, ranging from 1 is strongly disagree and 5 is strongly agree. These items analyzed with detailed description are given by Lin and Zheng (2015). When considering the overall opinions of teachers about online class, it indicates that teachers have mixed opinions. Teachers have their reasons for disliking online classes. Survey methods were adopted in this study. The finding of the study revealed that there was significant difference in the perception of online teaching among B.Ed. students with respect to types of school, Nature of school and locality.

This article examines teachers' critical role in enabling peer-to-peer learning and offers insights into effective tactics and best practices for building a supportive learning environment. It emphasizes the many obligations and tasks that teachers take on in order to foster meaningful connections among students and maximize the benefits of peer learning. The essay also looks at the teacher's role in scaffolding learning, providing direction, and cultivating a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and information sharing. It also covers the difficulties that teachers may face and offers practical solutions for overcoming them. The data reported in this paper can help educators and instructional leaders understand and implement peer-to-peer learning models in their classrooms.

The need for electronic resources has been increasing daily since the advent of information technology. E-resources are widely used as a result of improved ICT infrastructure. E-resources are now accessible by users on their desktop computers. The N-LIST initiative aims to supply selected e-books and e-journals to India's accredited colleges. The participants in the current study were Tamilnadu college students. The goal of the study is to look at how well-known and used N-LIST e-resources are, as well as the motivations for their use, their degree of satisfaction, and any challenges they have when using them. The researcher created a well-structured questionnaire as a tool for data collecting for this objective. The study's hypotheses call for the application of various statistical methods, including the mean, standard deviation, and "t" test. according to

Education is an act of imparting information to the human brain with necessary exposures to solved methods, for example, practical as a repetitive process. Each teacher at various levels of class teaching adopts different strategies to make the students learn the concepts and expect 100% results from their students. However, few students with dedicated efforts are not able to clear the examinations on time and many students don’t find any interest in learning the concepts. The reason could be they are attracted by the lectures or students have no interest in the courses. Aim: To make students show interest in learning the courses with little effort. Methodology: To present the concepts in an easier way to the students and not make it a cumbersome topic. Include a video presentation for every subtopic with relevant attractive background music.
Use special and novel (artificial intelligence) techniques to bring the attention of the student’s brains in the classroom lectures.
Teachers should adopt an easy way to make students remember the concepts.
Results: At least 95% of success in making the students learn the courses could be achieved

A sample of 350 arts and science students in the Madurai district served as the subjects of the study. The perception towards M- L earning was constructed and standardized by Ajeetha (2023) was used. This study reveals that the Who are Male and Day- Scholars, who use technology for more than 2 hours have a favourable perception towards M- Learning than their counterparts. Mobile learning tailored the scholastic performance as well as techno intelligence. Hence Mobile learning gave an intellectual perception among future generations.
