DFU is a common consequence of DM. Vitamin D has multiple positive effects on DFU. Search data from; Google Scholar, Science Direct, Elsevier, EBSCO, Medline and PubMed. Publication at least ten years (2013 until 2022). Inclusion criteria; full paper in English, Study about vitamin D and DFU in human, exclusion criteria; animal model and invitro study. Results; 27 journals; Seven Randomized Controlled Trial. Vitamin D phase on DFU which one substantially smaller. Severe vitamin D insufficiency known with significance linked for an elevated risk of DFU. Vitamin D supplementation can prevent or improve diabetic foot complications

Antidiabetic and Liver Tissue Improvement Potency of Surf Redfish (Actinopyga mauritiana) in Alloxan-Induced Diabetic Mice 四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠的抗糖尿病和肝组织改善作用

Long-term hyperglycemia is associated with various organ damage. One of these damages is Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). One of the potential natural products that may improve this impact is Surf Redfish. Hence this study aimed to investigate the antidiabetic and liver protection effects of Surf Redfish in some diabetic male Mice. This study was an experimental study that used 25 male mice grouped into control, standard, Surf Redfish Extract-I (100 mg/ kg BW), II (200 mg// kg BW), and III (400 mg/ kg BW). This study evaluated the blood glucose level (before and after induction, third, sixth, ninth, twelfth, and fifteenth days) and histology study of liver tissue. This study showed that the Surf Redfish ethanol extract significantly decreased blood glucose levels every day for fifteen days (P-Value < 0.05). This extract also showed a significant decrease in vacuolated degeneration after fifteen days of extract administration (P-Value). Hence, it can be concluded that the most effective dose of Surf Redfish extracts in this study was 400 mg/ kg BW to decrease blood glucose level and width of vacuolated degeneration after fifteen days of administration.

Effect of STEM Integrated Problem-Based Learning Model on Students' Critical Thinking Skills on Electrolyte and Non-Electrolyte Solution Materials STEM综合问题学习模式对学生电解质和非电解质溶液材料批判性思维能力的影响

This study aims to study the effect of problem-based learning integrated STEM and non-STEM learning models in improving critical thinking skills and their differences of learning process. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control design. The population of all students in class X science with non-probability sampling was 36 students each. The instruments used were observation sheets, description questions, and questionnaires. The results showed that the average percentage of STEM-integrated problem-based learning implementation was 96.00% and 93.00% without STEM, both of which showed very good results. The average critical thinking ability of students in the STEM integrated problem-based learning class is 71% and 59% without STEM, this is shown by the average value of the STEM integrated problem-based learning classes is greater than without STEM. The linear regression test using STEM integrated problem-based learning has a positive effect on critical thinking skills 2.251, t-count > t-table (3.756 > 2.032), Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, and without STEM there is no effect on critical thinking skills, with a t-count

STEM-AR Based Ecology and Biodiversity E-book Development for Increasing Students' Scientific Reasoning 基于STEM-AR的生态与生物多样性电子书开发提高学生科学推理能力

This research aims to developing STEM-AR-based e-book teaching materials to improve students' scientific reasoning in ecology and biodiversity materials. The development of this research is important as a parameter of 21st-century abilities, which require students to have 4C abilities to face the education era of 4.0. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D). The R&D design chosen was Thiagarajan design consisting of four stages (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) (Thiagarajan, 1974). Class VII students (N = 42) were involved as research subjects who were taken by the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through scientific reasoning tests, student response questionnaires, and observation sheets. Data processing techniques used paired sample T-tests and then performed the N-gain test. The results of the analysis show that after using the STEM-AR-based e-book, there is an increase in scientific reasoning ability, with an N-Gain value of 63% in the medium category. Testing the effectiveness of teaching materials using the SPSS paired sample t-test showed a result of 0.001, which means that STEM-AR-based teaching materials affect students' scientific reasoning. The descriptive average of scientific reasoning has increased by 40%. In addition, students gave positive responses to teaching materials, which made it easier to understand the material

Relationship of Physical Fitness and Science Learning Outcomes of Students 学生身体素质与科学学习成果的关系

This research raises the issue of whether there is a relationship between physical fitness and science learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 8 Bekasi for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research aims to determine the relationship between physical fitness and the science learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 8 Bekasi for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses descriptive research methods. The population in this study was 180 class IX students of SMP Negeri 8 Bekasi for the 2022/2023 class. Then 35 people were taken using a random sampling technique (20% of the total population). Physical fitness data collection techniques using physical fitness tests and science learning outcomes by taking documentation data in the form of student report cards. Data processing is carried out using the correlation formula. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between physical fitness and science learning outcomes for students of IX SMP Negeri 8 Bekasi in the 2012/2013 academic year with (r = 0.70). Physical fitness contributes 49.7% to science learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 8 Bekasi.

Use of Educational Games in High School Chemistry Learning in West Java Province 教育游戏在西爪哇省高中化学学习中的应用

The implementation of games in chemistry classes has provided an interesting and alternative teaching method and allows students to learn in a more entertaining way compared to traditional learning process. The game-based learning approach is divided into three approaches, namely game-based learning or educational games, gamification, and game-assisted learning. Many chemistry games have been constructed in recent years to review and strengthen various chemistry topics; therefore, it is expected that Chemistry teachers in high schools in Indonesia, especially in West Java province implement educational games in the learning process. For that reason, it is necessary to perceive an overview of the use of educational games in Chemistry learning in secondary schools in West Java province. Survey research was carried out using a random sampling technique. There were 99 chemistry teachers from 91 high schools spread across the province of West Java who voluntarily participated in the online survey. The result of the analysis obtained that 35% of chemistry teachers in the province of West Java have implemented gamification and learning using game assistance. On the contrary, game-based learning has never been implemented in Chemistry learning process in secondary schools in West Java province

The purpose of this study is to reveal the natural science concept of the funeral process for the bodies of the Javanese people. This research is a qualitative research method of phenomonology. This research involved the Brebes community who carried out this activity. Data collection techniques used are interviews and scientific documents. The research instrument used was interviews. The validity of the data was obtained using the triangulation method. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study the process of burial of the bodies of the Brebes community includes 4 (four) activities: (1) bathing, (2) shrouding, (3) lighting, and (4) burying. The funeral process for bodies can be reconstructed into formal science/science at school. The depth of the grave is the standard measurement, which is 160 cm and 2 meters long and the height of the pile of soil is 75 cm. The circle that is placed on the head of the deceased serves as a pillow, 7 of which are placed between the neck and head, the hip area, and the feet. The body is laid on its side and facing the Qibla. The wood used as “tenger”/tombstone is of the teak/albasiar type. The body was closed using a board. The type of soil used for graves that has a loose texture. The types of flowers sprinkled over the grave are jasmine, magnolia, and roses. The process of treating the corpse has been carried out from generation to generation. The burial process of the corpse can be used as a learning resource for basic science courses in science teaching.

Spatial Characteristics of Porang Development and Competitive Advantages in The Central Lombok Highlands 龙目岛中部高原槟榔发展的空间特征与竞争优势

: In 2020 Indonesia's export volume for porang reached 14,568 tons compared to 2019 of 11,720, so it deserves priority for development including in Central Lombok Regency. This study aims to analyze the spatial characteristics of porang development, analyze the competitiveness of porang, and analyze the stabilization of porang production in Central Lombok Regency. Data analysis uses the analysis of Localization Coefficient, Specialization Coefficient, Location Quotient (LQ), Basic Service Ratio (BSR), Regional Multiplier (RM), and competitive profit. To obtain diversity and variety of data, Central Lombok is divided into 4 research areas or clusters; Batu Keliang District Area, Kopang District Area, Pujut District Area, Praya Barat District Area. Furthermore, in each cluster area, 5 samples (respondents) were determined for each commodity under review (porang, cassava, sweet potato). Thus the number of respondents to 60 people. STEAM-Integrated Problem-Based Learning: Traditional Indonesian Music on Sound Wave Concepts 基于问题的学习:基于声波概念的印尼传统音乐

Conceptual understanding is the level of a student's ability to understand a certain concept and explain it without altering the original meaning. This research aims to determine students' conceptual understanding by using STEAM-integrated Problem-Based Learning on sound wave material. "Mix methods" are used in this research, which is accompanied by an embedded experimental design. The research subject consists of 37 students in 11th grade at SMA Salatiga. Based on the results, it can be concluded that Problem-based learning (PBL) can increase students' conceptual understanding of sound wave material. This is proven by the results of the analysis on their conceptual understanding; where previously it consisted of the partial understanding category (5.41%), partial misconception category (10.81%), specific misconception category (48.65%), and no understood category (35.14%) – and after using STEAM integrated PBL – it consists of sound understood category (35.15%), partial understanding category (48.64%) and partial misconception category (16.21%). In the future, STEAM-integrated PBL can be implemented in other skills, especially the ones needed in the 21st century; such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration.

Learners' Perceptions and Participation in Digital-Based Learning: A Review of the Effectiveness of Teaching Materials and Worksheets 学习者对数字化学习的感知和参与:教材和工作表有效性的回顾

Technological developments and global changes that occur very quickly require academic practitioners to be adaptive and innovative in the learning process. Digital-based teaching materials are one answer that is expected to help teachers carry out the learning process in the classroom. This research aims to measure students' perceptions and participation in digital-based learning where researchers want to see the effectiveness of the teaching materials and worksheets used. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires which will be distributed to respondents consisting of 18 students in class IX of SMP N 1 Barumun Baru Padang Sidumpuan. The research results obtained show that student perceptions are in a very high category and student participation in digital-based learning is also in the high category. Therefore, according to students, the use of digital teaching materials, especially Powton teaching materials and live worksheets, is effective in classroom learning.
