Heart failure is still a common disorder with a high morbidity and mortality rate around the world. New drugs sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) such as empagliflozin are currently showing promising results across the HF spectrum. Based on this, the authors are interested in researching the efficacy of Empaglifozin Therapy in Patient with Acute Heart Failure. This study used a systematic search using PRISMA principle in several online databases (Pubmed, Cochrane library and Google scholar). The selected study was an RCT or clinical trial with a population of Acute HF patients. The intervention group is Empagliflozin in any dose compared to placebo. The primary outcome for this meta-analysis is the levels of BNP or NT-proBNP and mortality after intervention. Selected study will be assessed and analyzed using Review Manager software version 5.3 with 95% CI. The two studies selected in this meta-analysis had a total sample size of 290 in the intervention group and 285 in the placebo group. Heterogenecity test obtained [p=0.44; I2 0%], indicating the homogenous data and the study is recommended to use the fixed effect method. The pooled effect size of RR is 0.472 [CI95% 0.24-0.75, P=0.003], meaning that there is a significant favorable outcome in empagliflozin group than in the placebo group. The results showed that empagliflozin had shown a favorable effect in reduction of the risk of death and reducing level of NT-proBNP in patient with acute heart failure.

Food waste is one of the highest sources of waste in Indonesia. This condition is contrary to food insecurity in Indonesia, which ranks third highest in Southeast Asia. Food waste generation reduction can be made by seeking management food surplus redistribution. Currently, the redistribution of food surplus began to be carried out to reduce food waste and food insecurity. This study aimed to determine the redistribution process of food surplus in North and South Jakarta from being collected to being sent to the recipient and the perceptions and acceptance attitudes of recipients of food surplus towards the redistribution of food they receive. The method used is using a Likert Scale and interviews. Based on the research results, there are 5 stages in surplus food management: collection and preparation, storage and inspection, delivery and receipt, documentation, and re-checking. Food surplus recipients have a good perception and acceptance of the redistribution of food surplus. However, some recipients still need to gain more knowledge about the expiration date and best-before, which affects the perception and management of food donations received. The recommended efforts include maintaining positive perceptions and attitudes of the recipient and people by developing education about food and waste management from food bank programs with support by the government institution which had same agenda and already cooperated with food bank.

This study aims to determine the use of low-sodium salt for the proximate quality of salted eggs. The research method used a complete randomized design with P0 control treatment, 10% P1 low sodium salt treatment, 20% P2 low sodium salt treatment, and 30% P3 low sodium salt treatment. Analysis data was carried out on the contents of water, protein, lipid, and ash content. The data were analyzed using SPSS with a significance level of 0.05. The results indicated that the water content of egg whites and egg yolks was not significantly different from the treatment of ordinary salt and low sodium salt treatment. The lipid content was also not significantly different at all treatments. Protein content, ordinary salt treatment, and low sodium salt provided a noticeable difference in egg white protein content (p<0.05). Making salted eggs using low-sodium salt produces salted eggs with the similar proximate quality as the control with the lower sodium levels than the control treatment.

Green Chemistry (GC) is an issue that is very relevant to chemistry subjects in senior high schools. Chemistry subject is closely related to the environment as one of the pillars of sustainable development. This certainly contributes to the possibility integration of green chemistry principles into chemistry learning. This exploratory research aims to describe the principles of GC that allow it to be integrated into chemistry learning in grades X and XI; describes the high school teacher's and students' perceptions and understanding of GC and its principles in chemistry learning. The subjects in this study were 230 students who were selected purposively from five Senior high schools. Totally 40 chemistry teachers were purposively used as research subjects from a number of high schools throughout South Sulawesi. The instrument used was ten items of teacher's perception questionnaires, while the students' perception questionnaire consisted of twelve items. Guidelines for interviewing teachers and students were used to describe more deeply about their understanding of GC. All instruments have been validated by two experts. The results of the exploration of material elements for phases E and F show that five GC principles can be integrated into learning chemistry. In general, the teacher's perception of GC is good, which assumes that GC is an environmentally friendly concept. Understanding of the five principles of GC for students and teachers is in the moderate and poor categories. This shows the importance of integrating GC principles in the form of positive habits in chemistry learning.

This research aims to determine the differences between self-regulated learning (SRL) and cognitive learning outcomes (CLO) of students who use multiple representation-based e-modules with students who use other teaching materials without being based on multiple representations on buffer solution materials and to determine the percentage of effective contribution. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIPA at one of the high schools in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique carried out is cluster random sampling with a quasi-experiment method by posttest-only control group design. The instruments used are questionnaires on self-regulated learning and cognitive learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used in the field test results used Hotelling's Trace test and the results of effective contribution were obtained from the Partial Eta Squared value. The results showed that the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H0 was rejected, which means that there are differences in SRL and CLO of students between students who use multiple representation-based e-modules and students who use other teaching materials without multiple representations based on buffer solution materials. The percentage of effective contribution of the use of e-modules to SRL by 16.5%, CLO by 11.8%, and SRL and CLO by 20.3%.

The SAVI learning model is still rarely known and used in learning at both the elementary, junior high and high school levels. Because this learning model as a whole maximizes the use of the senses of each existing student. Therefore, it is necessary to have a teacher who teaches with joy, activeness and creativity in managing the class in terms of combining the models, methods and learning media used. The thing that is a problem at Hasael Puru Vocational School besides inadequate facilities and infrastructure is the monotonous teaching and learning model of PAK teachers, namely only using the lecture method when teaching makes students become bored and sleepy in class so that it has an impact on decreasing student learning outcomes. This research was conducted to find out whether there was an increase in the learning outcomes of PAK Hasaek Vocational Students when the SAVI learning model was implemented. This study uses quantitative research that is a descriptive survey, with 25 student respondents who were given questionnaires totaling 30 questions (Variable X 15 questions and Variable Y 15 questions) and also took the results of students' summative scores for comparison, namely the summative scores of the even semester of the school year 2021/2022 and summative grades for the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. With the research results it was found that when the SAVI learning model was implemented, student learning outcomes increased.
