Phytochemical Screening and Antibacterial Activity Test of Sumbawa white honey against Bacillus megaterium 松巴哇白蜂蜜对巨型芽孢杆菌的植物化学筛选及抑菌活性试验

Bacillus megaterium is a bacteria that causes human infections, causing keratitis, skin infections, brain abscesses and tissue infections. Treatment often uses chemical antibiotics. However, long-term antibiotics can cause new health problems such as resistance. Therefore, antibacterial ingredients are needed that can not only inhibit the growth of bacteria but also do not have a negative impact on health such as honey. Honey is thick, it can cure various diseases such as gastrointestinal, stomach, skin diseases, acute respiratory infections and coughs. This research aims to determine the ability of Sumbawa white honey as an antibacterial against B. megaterium. The method used in this research is paper disc diffusion. There were five treatments used in this study, between 100%, 75% and 25% honey concentrations, DMSO negative control and chloramphenicol positive control with five replications each. The results of the antibacterial activity test showed that the 100% concentration had an inhibitory zone diameter of 2.59 mm, then the 75% concentration was 1.46 while the 25% concentration was 0 mm. When compared with positive control, white honey was lower antibacterial. If it is in the white honey category, the inhibition zone category is included in the lower category.

Practicality of Using Interactive Multimedia Teaching Materials with a STEM Approach in Elementary Schools 互动多媒体教材在小学STEM教学中的实用性

The aim of this research is to describe the practicality of interactive multimedia teaching materials in integrated thematic learning using a STEM approach in elementary schools. This type of research is development research using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data collection techniques in practicality tests use practicality questionnaires by educators and students. The data in this practicality instrument uses a practicality formula which is analyzed quantitatively. Based on the results of the practicality test, the interactive multimedia teaching materials with the STEM approach that were developed are included in the very practical category with the percentage of practicality test obtained by teachers with an average score of 97%, very practical and the practicality test obtained by students with an average score of 89%, very practical category. It can be concluded that interactive multimedia teaching materials based on the STEM approach meet the criteria for being very practical

Growth Period of Porang (Amorphophallus onchophyllus P.) Through Tubber Cut and Inorganic Fertilizer Treatment 魔芋(Amorphophallus onchophyllus P.)的生长期通过割管和无机肥处理

Porang (Amorphophallus onchophyllus) has many benefits for industry and health, because of the high content of glucomannan in its tubers. Porang needs to be developed, but the problem is getting a uniform source of tuber seeds. To get the uniform tuber seeds by dividing them. This study aims to get a uniform source of tuber seeds. This study was conducted in the field and laboratory. The experiment was arranged in a CRD. There are two factors, in seed tuber division: U1= Intact tuber, U2=Tuber cut in 2, U3=Tuber cut in 3 parts, and U4=Tubers cut into 4 parts. The second factor is fertilizer consisting of Urea, Za, and Phonska. The results of the combined treatment between tuber division and fertilizer treatment showed no significant interaction in all observed parameters. The seed tuber division treatment affects the bud break time, plant height, stem diameter, and canopy width, only at the beginning of growth. U1 gives the highest growth. The various fertilizer treatments only had a significant effect on plant height and stem diameter at 7 and 8 WAP. The treatment of splitting tuber seeds can replace intact tubers to be used as Porang tuber seeds

Evaluation of the School Public Health Program in 61 Middle Schools in Sumbawa Regency 松巴哇县61所中学学校公共卫生方案评价

This research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the UKS program. The subjects in this research were 61 junior high schools in Sumbawa Regency. Meanwhile, data collection techniques include observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and document study. For the evaluation model, the CIPP model is used. And data analysis is carried out interactively. The results of the evaluation based on the context component of the 61 schools evaluated, 46 stated that they were still experiencing difficulties in increasing prevention and resilience to the bad effects of narcotics, cigarettes, alcoholic drinks, and other dangerous drugs; then for the input component, there were still 37 schools that stated that UKS supervisors had not received training, while 19 schools stated that facilities were needed to be improved, and for the budget, 61 schools had a budget allocation; in the process component, at the planning and implementation stage all schools have program implementation plans, but at the monitoring and assessment stage this is not optimal; Meanwhile, for the Product component, no one has evaluated the impact of the UKS Program. It can be concluded that the implementation of UKS in 61 schools does not fully refer to the 2014 UKS implementation guidelines

Analysis of Difficulties of Science Teachers in Jayapura City in Conducting Class Action Research 查亚普拉市科学教师开展集体诉讼研究的难点分析

The teacher's understanding of student development determines the accuracy of the strategies used in teaching which of course has an impact on student learning outcomes. One of the things teachers can do to overcome problems in the classroom is to conduct Classroom Action Research (CAR). Researchers are interested in conducting research, namely knowing teachers' difficulties in implementing PTK and knowing the factors that influence teachers' difficulties in implementing PK. This research is quantitative and descriptive. The population in this study were all science teachers in the city of Jayapura, and the research sample was teachers who were active members of the MGMP Science in the city of Jayapura, totaling 60 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire which is examined in this case, namely the difficulties of teachers in implementing PTK and the factors that influence teachers' difficulties in implementing PTK. Data were analyzed descriptively. The research results obtained are as follows: teachers' difficulties in making PTK are divided into two, namely: Teachers' general understanding of PTK, namely: teachers have difficulty understanding the characteristics of PTK (purpose, procedures and making reports); Teachers' understanding, especially about PTK, is that teachers experience difficulties related to: The rules for writing PTK according to the standard rules for writing scientific papers; Make an analysis of the causes of PTK background; CAR Implementation Procedures (planning, implementation, observation and reflection); CAR methodology (subjects, instruments, analysis techniques, data processing); Conducting discussions (interpreting data for and while reflecting); Systematics of writing final reports. Furthermore, the factors that influence teachers' difficulties in making PTK are divided into 2: Internal factors and external factors.

Ethnoscience in Indonesia and It’s Implication to Environmental Education: A Systematic Literature Review 印尼的民族科学及其对环境教育的启示:系统文献综述

Cultural diversity and knowledge are valuable resources for expanding the concept of ethnoscience. Indonesia, with thousands of islands, is the wisdom of local communities in agriculture, the environment, traditional medicine, food, clothing, entertainment, human contact with nature, and other fields. This publication includes descriptive data from ethnoscience research in science learning in Indonesia and its significance using the SLR method. In Indonesia, ethnoscience research trends in learning are dominated primarily by research and development with research groups in the form of: integration of local knowledge in the curriculum, use of technology in ethnoscience learning, ethnoscience-based environmental education, and development of ethnoscience-based contextual learning materials.

Feasibility of Biophysics Experiments Guide Flipbook on Respiration System Content for Junior High School Student 初中生呼吸系统内容生物物理实验指导翻书的可行性

The essence of science learning is learning that should be taught more dominantly on exploration of discovery or search for concepts directly by students such as experiments. The lack of experiments guides in school is one of the reasons why practicums are rarely used. This study aims to develop a flipbook-based respiratory system experiment guide. This study uses a 4D development model consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The data result of validation was analyzed by quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the research development on the flipbook product of the respiratory system content practicum guide, the results obtained were feasible in 3 aspects with high categories in didactic aspects and very high categories in construction, technical, and language aspects. This product can be tested to see its effectiveness and practicality in learning at school

Design of 3×3 Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) Decoupling on Coupled Tank System with PID Controller 3×3多输入多输出(MIMO)耦合油箱系统PID解耦设计

Multivariable processes are the general classification for process features in the chemical industry. The variables in a single process unit interact with one another through more than one input and output. Since parameters interact with one another, changing one parameter's variable requires changing another parameter's variable as well. Further research is needed to determine how to create controllers that can handle interactions in the process. A MIMO control system is exemplified by the coupled tank system. Coupled tanks are present, and they communicate with one another by horizontal pipes. An interacting system can be represented using a coupled tank setup. Decoupling can be added to reduce the interactions that take place between variables. According to the results of the simulation, adding decoupling reduces the IAE value compared to not adding it. When the setpoint for tank level 1 (H1) was changed, the system's IAE value was 17.35 without the addition of decoupling, whereas it was 11.71 with it.

Teaching materials in their role as providers of information are really needed by educators and student. The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials in the form of e-LKPD with a scientific approach to static fluid material to improve critical thinking skills at SMAN 9 Merangin which can be used in the learning process. This development research uses a 4D development model. The test subjects consisted of a small group consisting of 10 people and a large group consisting of 30 people who were students of SMAN 9 Merangin. The instruments used in this research were interviews, questionnaires, pretest-posttest questions, and validation assessment sheets. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The validation results from material and media experts show that the teaching materials developed are very valid for small group trials. Teacher assessments and student responses to the media are very good. The effectiveness of e-LKPD teaching materials in improving critical thinking skills was carried out by a Paired Sample T-Test with the decision that the hypothesis was accepted and a large group test was carried out to obtain a fairly effective level of effectiveness with an average value of 0.6187 or 61.8696%. It can be concluded that the development of e-LKPD teaching materials with a scientific approach to static fluid material to improve critical thinking skills is feasible and effective for use in the learning process. 6187 or 61.8696%. Student Identity and Guided Inquiry Learning in Junior High School Students: A Correlation Analysis 学生认同与初中生指导性探究学习:相关分析

This study depends on why it's important for an examination of students' scientific identities to demonstrate that a student is scientifically capable of identifying and resolving issues in the form of natural occurrences. The purpose of this research is to determine the rise in scientific identity utilizing the guided inquiry learning model, as well as the closeness of the variable link between scientific identity and the guided inquiry learning model. This study employed a one-group pre-test and post-test design with a quantitative approach and a population or sample through purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 students. This study was conducted Turi Lamongan State Junior High School. A scientific identity questionnaire exam and a cognitive ability test were used to collect data for this investigation. In this study, N-gain was used to see a rise in the science identity questionnaire and cognitive ability tests, followed by a correlation test to establish the degree of closeness between science identity and the guided inquiry learning model. This study's findings are as follows: 1) improving scientific identity through guided inquiry learning 2) Scientific identity and the guided inquiry learning methodology are linked.
