In 2020, 30.7 million people were internally displaced by disasters, over three times more than conflict and violence (9.8 million people). Of those displaced by disasters, 98 percent faced weather and climate hazards. Climate change exacerbates existing challenges and underlying vulnerabilities, forcing communities to face compounding crises. Local communities are at risk of being displaced because of the worsening drought, as well as water and food insecurity. These examples demonstrate that climate-related displacement can have devastating impacts. In some contexts, though, the adverse impacts of climate-related events can be avoided or mitigated, thanks to adaptation measures. This paper aims to analyse the relationship between climate change and human displacement, the factors that are causing it, and how climate change is causing displacement in different regions. The paper also takes special focus on the drought-affected region of Beed District which in recent times has been experiencing mass human migration. In the end, the paper talks about how anticipatory action can help mitigate the migration.

India today, is among the fastest growing economies globally and will soon become the world’s most populous country. Even though road transport expansion and improvement has served as a catalyst for socio-economic development, it has unleashed several negative environmental problems in India, making it the world’s second most polluted country. Air pollution is the major cause of the deteriorating health conditions of the people. Road transport presently accounts for 12% of India's energy-related CO 2 emissions and is a key contributor to urban air pollution. Electric vehicles are the key technology to decarbonize road transport. Due to the significant growth in population, increased environmental concerns, and rising fuel prices, there is a growing desire for economical and sustainable transportation solutions, and Electric Two Wheelers (E2W) are the best-suited option. This research paper aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the electric two-wheeler market in India with focusing on the key opportunities and challenges being faced by it currently. Through this paper we can closely examine the growth trajectory and the factors driving the expansion of the E2W market as well as the hindrances in reaching its potential. A close examination of the key trends, regulatory measures and technological advancements made in this sector provides a clear insight into the future prospects of the two-wheeler market in India.

The purpose of this research is to examine factors influencing undergraduate student performance. Two research questions are what student performance is, and what factors influence student performance in public universities in Hanoi. The research model was tested on survey data using Smart PLS software version 4.0.8.9. Five verified factors influencing student performance include student self-motivation, student self-efficacy, engagement in a university environment, student satisfaction with the university, and luck. In addition, one controlled variable that negatively affects student performance is club membership. Based on the findings several managerial implications were proposed. This research contributes information on student performance to the literature.

The recent National Education Policy of the Indian government envisions India as a favored destination for international students from other developing countries. The main purpose of this study is to forecast the number of inbound international students from India’s main source countries to ascertain prospects. This study employs an auto-regressive model analysis of the 2011-2021 UNESCO.UIS international student mobility (ISM) dataset involving four South Asian international student source countries to forecast the values from 2022 to 2027 and determine the trend. The results reveal that Nepal will continue its ascendency and stature as the main source for international students in India, followed by Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Bhutan. This study on the trends of inbound international students will provide valuable insights to the administrators and policymakers of higher education institutions for strategic planning and budgeting.

The Covid-induced stock market crash of March 2020 brought about an unforeseen transformation in the financial world. Traditionally dominated by fortune 500 corporations and their shareholders, the stock market was perceived as an exclusive playground for the wealthy. Individual retail traders, on the other hand, were often stigmatised as "dumb money," engaging in sketchy money-related activities. However, the post-Covid era witnessed a remarkable surge in retail trading volume, a shift attributed to user-friendly brokerage services, a risk-taking younger demographic, and an array of external factors such as stock price fluctuations, government lockdowns, and changes in monetary policies. This surge in retail trading marked the beginning of a revolution that has forever changed Wall Street dynamics. This journal delves into the factors contributing to this paradigm shift, the subsequent rise of "meme stocks," and the profound impact of post-Covid retail traders on the stock market and the broader financial landscape.
