Preeclampsi is a condition that becomes a fear during pregnancy because it will cause problems for the mother and child to lead to death in one of them or sequelae that will be suffered by the mother after giving birth. Research is needed to prevent causes from emerging that have an impact on increasing preeclampsi so that appropriate governance can be established according to the priority of the problems found. At Mokopido Hospital, there are still patients with preeclampsi although in 2021 there were 129 patients, to 2022 there were 109 patients, there was a decrease of 20 patients. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of preeclampsia at Mokopido Hospital. This study used a cross sectional study with secondary hospital data. The results of simultaneous f and partial t tests found that age, educational status, body mass index and parity history were associated with the incidence of preeclampsia. Dominated by body mass index and age during pregnancy

The act of trading in influence is still not considered as a criminal offence so that until now the regulations governing it do not exist or have not been regulated in Indonesia. This research aims to examine the regulation of the formulation of trading in influence as a Corruption Crime according to positive law and analyse the criminal law policy towards the formulation of trading in influence as a Corruption Crime in the future. The research method used is normative juridical with analytical approach, with the specification of description analysis. The results showed that the absence of regulation regarding the formulation of the offence of trading in influence in Indonesian positive law causes law enforcement officials to often use the offence of bribery to criminalise while between bribery and trading in influence are two different things. The offence is different from the offence of bribery and other corruption offences so it is necessary or a different crime from the category of corruption-related crimes covered by the relevant Legislation. In order to achieve the objectives of the law as stated in Article 1 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia that Indonesia is a State of law, as a form of legal development through legal policies that formulate existing rules with elements, namely each party involved, the form of trading in influence regulated in the respective regulations, the perpetrators who carry out these acts, the form of action and also the form of giving and receiving from the parties for one purpose, namely obtaining an undue advantage or benefit. When the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that COVID-19 was upgraded to pandemic status, investors began to reconsider their portfolio structure from risky assets such as stocks to gold. This study aims to determine the stock performance of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk during the COVID-19 pandemic. A quantitative descriptive approach by linking company financial statement data with the phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic is the method used in this study. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the performance of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk before and during the COVID-19 pandemic on the dependent variable (stock return), namely the Current ratio, had a significant effect on Stock Return. However, based on the results of hypothesis testing regarding the effect of Earnings Per Share and Net profit margin on Stock Return partially, it can be concluded that these variables do not have a significant effect on Stock Return. Based on the conclusions above, the researcher recommends that the first company is expected to make the value of CR better in order to attract investors in investing their funds. The purpose of this study is to find out reform of the law on the division of joint property divorce. 50-fifty provisions regarding the sharing of joint assets are often applied rigidly in accordance with the provisions of Article 97 of the KHI. The resulting output does not provide a sense of justice to the parties. This research is normative law with a substantive analysis approach to the provisions of Article 97 of the KHI. The results showed that the sharing of joint assets was regulating (regelen) not coercive (dwingon). In certain cases, this provision can be deviated by contextualizing it through the maqashid sharia approach to the substance of the case. The amount of the contribution of either party to the acquisition of joint assets and commitment to the sacred promise of marriage is a modifying element ('illat) in the case of sharing of joint assets. Maqashid shari'ah as an instrument in law making (istinbath) plays a very large role in this case, especially if the case presented is closely related to distributive justice where the elements of benefit and the purpose of the law are the main benchmark in seeking justice. Contextual reasoning and a substantive approach to the purpose of article 97 KHI by prioritizing psychological and contributive aspects to the case of division of joint property will make the article flexible. In the event that the role of one party is greater in the acquisition of joint property and there is an attitude of inconsistency of one party towards marital commitment, it becomes a ratio legis of reduced share of joint property of the former husband and wife.

Google Forms and surveys were used to get data from a sample of 258 respondents and 30 were first tested for validity and reliability to ensure the analysis was continued. Data processing used SEM PLS 3.0 software. The result indicates that word-of-mouth significantly increases re-visit intention. The results show that tourist attraction images significantly increase re-visit intention, including word-of-mouth as a mediator. Word-of-mouth is pivotal in the tourism industry, and this study underscores its merits for visitors and management.
