Design and Implementation of E-Government Applications to Improve Public Service Efficiency in Margahayu District 设计和实施电子政务应用,提高马尔加尤地区的公共服务效率

Improving the efficiency of public services in Margahayu District is crucial in facing the development of information and communication technology. In this context, the implementation of E-Government applications is an attractive option because it has the potential to overcome traditional administrative constraints and increase transparency and public participation in public decision making. The implementation of the E-Government application in Margahayu District is expected to provide benefits in improving the efficiency of public services, this writing aims to improve public services to the community, simplify the administrative process, and manage public service data at the sub-district level. The focus of the study uses methodological measures including literature study to understand the concept of E-Government, relevant technologies, and successful implementation in similar contexts, data collection through interviews with related parties in Margahayu sub-district and analysis of existing public service data. Application design using the Waterfall software development model. The results showed that the E-Government Application can improve the efficiency of public services in Margahayu District such as creating, managing population letters, being able to see the results of reports on what types of residence letters have been made, and facilitating service officers in the process of administering and managing public service data in Margahayu District.

Conflict Resolution, Prevention and Handling Public Information Disputes 解决冲突、预防和处理公共信息争议

Conflicts over public information disputes have increased in the past three years. This study aims to analyze the process of information flow that occurs in information dispute conflicts and to analyze solutions to prevent and handle information dispute conflict problems. This study intends to analyze conflict resolution resolution of public information disputes in Indonesia using communication theory and conflict resolution theory in depth. The methodology in this research is qualitative method using library research method.  Based on the results of the research analysis, it was concluded that the process of information flow that occurs in conflicts over public information disputes is hampered due to dissatisfaction from public information applicants with requests for information submitted from public bodies, because there are differences in perception. The solution to conflict prevention is increased awareness of the parties involved regarding rights and obligations related to public information, training and education on public information disclosure, formulation of clear policies on related Standard Operating Procedures and increased internal mediation between public bodies and information applicants. In addition, solutions for handling information dispute conflicts, in addition to mediation and adjudication in accordance with regulations, can be improved through increasing understanding of regulations regarding Public Information Disclosure and increasing the institutional capacity of the Information Commission.

Implementation of Saudi Vision 2030 Towards Saudi Arabia’s Internationally Open Tourism Industry 实施 "沙特 2030 愿景",实现沙特阿拉伯旅游业的国际开放

The existence of globalization encourages access to worldwide economic development that does not solely rely on one sector, especially in the tourism sector. Saudi Vision 2030, in foreign policy theory, is perceived as Saudi Arabia’s strategy to diversify the country’s economy. The decline in global oil prices has resulted in the swelling of the state deficit. Under the leadership of Prince Muhammad bin Salman, the Saudi Arabian Government undertook efforts to diversify the revenue sector, aiming to reduce the country’s economic dependence on crude oil exports. Through Vision 2030, tourism is prioritized as a significant contributor to state revenue. The development of tourism components and the opening of new tourist destinations are forms of implementation initiated by the government based on the Saudi Vision. This research combines the theory of foreign policy and tourism concepts employed by the government of Saudi Arabia. The qualitative research method uses secondary data from literature studies, including journals, books, official websites, and articles. The results indicate that the realization of Saudi Vision 2030 in the tourism industry is through the development of tourism components in hotels, transportation, and restaurants and the opening of new tourist destinations, specifically in culture and adventure tourism

The Belaniakan tradition is an ancient Sasak culture that until the time of Tetan was preserved by the Masbagek community. This research aims to determine the perception and participation of the Masbagek community in the bukakkan martial arts tradition. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. The informant selection technique is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the Masbagek community's perception of the shopping tradition is positive towards the shopping tradition. Forms of community participation in organizing this shopping tradition include: as organizers, organizers and participants

Program Analysis of The Indonesian Industrial Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) and Rokan Hulu Regency Regent in Inreasing Enterpreneurial Interest 印度尼西亚工业商会(KADIN)和六干湖鲁摄政在提高企业家兴趣方面的计划分析

This study aims to analyze the program of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and regent Rokan Hulu Regency in increasing entrepreneurial interest. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting case studies on the KADIN program in Rokan Hulu Regency. Data was collected through interviews and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive techniques. The results showed that the KADIN and regent Rokan Hulu Regency programs have a role in increasing entrepreneurial interest in the Rokan Hulu community, especially through programs held, coaching, and marketing. However, there are still several obstacles in implementing this program such as lack of support from local governments and public understanding that KADIN must provide business capital. Therefore, more effective efforts are needed in the realization of the KADIN program in Rokan Hulu Regency to increase interest in entrepreneurship in the community

Legal Review of Hospital Responsibility for Medical Actions Carried Out By Doctors 医院对医生实施的医疗行为所负责任的法律审查

Every person has the right and legal right to obtain health services, and the public is free to utilize government and/or regional government health resources. The organization of hospital administration services, medical services, supporting services, and nursing services, both inpatient and outpatient must be provided at a minimum by the hospital, by regional hospital service standards. This type of research is normative juridical research, that is, it is studied using a statutory approach, meaning that a problem will be seen from its legal aspect by examining statutory regulations. Based on Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals, hospitals are legally responsible for all losses incurred due to negligence committed by health workers at the hospital. The hospital's legal responsibility in providing health services to patients can be seen in professional ethics, administrative law, civil law, and criminal law

Factors Related To The Incidence of Abortion at Tora Belo Hospital 与托拉-贝洛医院堕胎率有关的因素

Abortion is an event that still occurs in many communities both intentionally and because of unwanted things. The increase continues to occur every year based on many of the socio-religious, psychological, educational status, economic status and physical condition of a mother. At Tora Belo Hospital, every year there is a decrease in the incidence of abortion in the register data obtained in 2021 as many as 113 patients and in 2022 as many as 117 patients there is a slight increase in the incidence of abortion. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of abortion at Tora Belo Hospital. This study used a cross sectional study with secondary hospital data. The results of simultaneous f and partial t tests found that age, educational status and economic status were related to the incidence of abortion, while body mass index and abortion history were not significantly related to the incidence of abortion at Tora Belo Hospital

Law Enforcement Against The Criminal Act of Forgery of Documents By a Notary In The Perspective of Law No. 30 of 2004 Concerning The Implementation of Administrative Sanctions or The Notary's Code of Ethics 从 2004 年关于实施行政处罚或公证人职业道德规范的第 30 号法律的角度,打击公证人伪造证件犯罪行为的执法工作

The existence of a notary as a witness or even as a suspect, if it is related to the existence of his position in the legal field which is intended to support the smooth running of a law enforcement process, including the judicial process, would not be a problem, in other words, it is only natural for a notary to act as a witness or even as a suspect in a judicial process. On the other hand, a notary in carrying out his position as a public official, apart from being related to a position regulation, is also related to the oath of office which he takes when appointed as a notary where the notary is obliged to keep the contents of the deed and information he obtains confidential as regulated in Article 4 Paragraph ( 2) Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary which states that, I will keep confidential the contents of deeds and information obtained in the performance of my office. Further Article 54 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to the Law -Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary Public explains that a notary can only give, show, or notify the contents of the deed, grosses deed, copy of the deed or excerpt from the deed, to people who have a direct interest in the deed, heirs, or people who have acquired rights, unless otherwise determined by statutory regulations. The exercise of the right to keep secrets related to one's position is also regulated in criminal procedural law, civil law, and the Criminal Code. Article 170 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code states that those who because of their work, dignity, or position are required to keep secrets, can ask to be released from exercising their right to provide information as a witness, namely about matters entrusted to them. This type of research is Normative research. The approaches used are a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively. Concluding is carried out using a deductive method from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely law enforcement against the crime of document falsification by notaries in the perspective of Law no. 30 of 2004. This research resulted in the findings of Law Number 30 of 2004 in conjunction with Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Position of Notaries which regulates that when a Notary in carrying out his official duties has committed a violation that causes a deviation from the law, the Notary can be subject to sanctions in the form of sanctions. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Marumo Indonesia Forging Karawang, West Java, with a research focus on examining the determining factors of leadership in an organization or business. The type of research used is quantitative research, which is designed as a way of researching to obtain relevant data and information as a basis. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources with a total of 60 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation and distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using simple partial linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence and there is significance between leadership variables and employee performance at PT. Marumo Indonesia Forging Karawang West Java obtained the results of a simple partial linear regression test which had the greatest influence on variable Y, especially variable so it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive influence of the Leadership variable (X) on employee performance (Y).

Poverty is one of the fundamental issues that is the center of the government's attention. Reducing the poverty rate is one of the Central Java government programs. By Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors can affect the poverty rate in Central Java. This study aims to analyze the influence of the human development index (HDI), gross regional domestic product (GRDP), population, unemployment rate, Government expenditure on the poverty rate in Central Java Province. This research uses data from 2018-2021 sourced from the central statistics agency (BPS) by using panel data regression using three models pooled least squares (PLS) models, fixed effect model (FEM), and random effect model (REM). The best model specification results is the fixed effect model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that the human development index has a negative and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, gross domestic product has a negative and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, population has a significant negative effect on the poverty rate, the unemployment rate has a negative and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, and government spending has a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate
