This study aims to design a data-driven and analytical-based strategy for assessing student needs in Junior High School (JHS). A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation and literature review methods. The study population consisted of JHS students, with samples randomly selected from various schools. Research instruments included social media observation and literature review. Instrument validity and reliability were ensured through literature comparison. Data were analyzed through data reduction and triangulation approaches. The results indicate that JHS student needs assessment aims to measure learning achievement, provide feedback, promote active learning, adapt teaching methods, assess program effectiveness, and identify special needs. Assessment principles, types, data-driven design, and needs analytics are the main focuses. The implications of this research are to enhance the quality of education in JHS through more responsive and effective assessments. Suggestions for further research include involving more educational stakeholders to ensure program relevance and responsiveness. This study contributes to the development of better education in Indonesia.

The study assesses a learning and teaching process that has been done and done in the lirboyo lodge that some of the applied methods may contribute to a learning evaluation. With teaching methods characterized by boarding schools, it will bring new variations and innovations in education. Learning assessments in boarding schools are also developing according to the anthrax environment. The study taken on both the smooth and quality of the work is the approach that researchers use in the study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the orientation of research is based on natural phenomena or phenomena. Analysis used using the mills hubberman model (1) the data reduction (reduction of data), verification (data presentation), inequality or verification (drawing conclusions and verification). Human resource planning in education plays an important role in improving the quality of education. This research aims to reveal the results of research regarding the analysis of planning needs for teachers and education personnel at SDN Lidah Kulon IV, Surabaya. This research method uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were observational and interviews with school principals. The research results showed that the school collaborated with the Surabaya City Education Office in HR planning. However, schools do not have independent authority in teacher placement. The main challenge faced is a shortage of teachers which has resulted in double workloads for some teachers. To overcome this, SDN Lidah Kulon IV utilizes IT personnel to teach. However, the position of IT personnel has not been officially recognized as a teacher. In conclusion, educational human resource planning requires good coordination between schools and related agencies to ensure teacher needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Organizational culture is a unified system of values that is adhered to and used as guidelines by an organization. Very organizational culture important for achieving organizational effectiveness. This article aims to analyze how students are towards the development of organizational culture in the SMAN environment 13 Surabaya. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Behavior counseling is a therapeutic theory in counseling based on the learning theory that focuses on individual behavior. The research aims to find out how behavioral counseling can be applied in schools and to help counselors learn new behaviors in solving problems through action-oriented techniques. The method used in research is literature review by looking at articles, journals, and books relevant to research topics. The results of the study are discussed in the study of behavioral group counseling, namely: 1) Definition; 2) Techniques, such as systematic desensitization, assertive behavior training, aversion conditioning, modeling of behavior, and behavioral contracting; 3) Implementation stages, like when starting a group, limitation or determination of problems, development and social history, goal setting, technique implementation, evaluation, closing; 4) Use of group behaviors counsel in research; and 5) Advantages and weaknesses of conduct counseling. The expected outcome of behavioral counseling is to change the negative behavior of the individual and maintain the positive behavior that can be done in groups.

Traumatic experiences make a person unhappy and often filled with excessive fear. For this reason, traumatic counseling services are needed to eliminate the symptoms of trauma experienced by the counselee. Ego state therapy is a short therapy technique based on the premise that personality consists of separate parts. Ego state therapy can effectively treat cases of trauma and excessive fear. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with literature study, namely a series of activities relating to library data collection methods, reading, recording and processing research materials. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. This article aims to find out the integration of ego state therapy. The final result of this research is to discuss: (1) ego state theory, (2) traumatic counseling, (3) ego state therapy techniques.

This article aims to investigate regional autonomy and education financing management in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, defined as a systematic literature review that is translated into Indonesian. This SLR method uses the PRISMA model. The results of this study show that education financing management affects the quality of school education. Financing management is a process of optimizing existing sources of funds, allocating available funds and distributing them as facilities or means of supporting the learning process so as to create an effective and efficient and much better learning process. To achieve good school quality, education costs must be managed optimally and maximally. Therefore, the stages of education financing management need to be considered and prioritized.
