Strategi Asesmen Kebutuhan Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama: Perancangan Berbasis Data dan Analitik 初中学生需求评估策略:数据驱动的设计和分析

This study aims to design a data-driven and analytical-based strategy for assessing student needs in Junior High School (JHS). A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation and literature review methods. The study population consisted of JHS students, with samples randomly selected from various schools. Research instruments included social media observation and literature review. Instrument validity and reliability were ensured through literature comparison. Data were analyzed through data reduction and triangulation approaches. The results indicate that JHS student needs assessment aims to measure learning achievement, provide feedback, promote active learning, adapt teaching methods, assess program effectiveness, and identify special needs. Assessment principles, types, data-driven design, and needs analytics are the main focuses. The implications of this research are to enhance the quality of education in JHS through more responsive and effective assessments. Suggestions for further research include involving more educational stakeholders to ensure program relevance and responsiveness. This study contributes to the development of better education in Indonesia.

Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran dan Evaluasi Pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo 利尔博约伊斯兰寄宿学校学习方法的实施与学习评价

The study assesses a learning and teaching process that has been done and done in the lirboyo lodge that some of the applied methods may contribute to a learning evaluation. With teaching methods characterized by boarding schools, it will bring new variations and innovations in education. Learning assessments in boarding schools are also developing according to the anthrax environment. The study taken on both the smooth and quality of the work is the approach that researchers use in the study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the orientation of research is based on natural phenomena or phenomena. Analysis used using the mills hubberman model (1) the data reduction (reduction of data), verification (data presentation), inequality or verification (drawing conclusions and verification). Menyusun Rencana Strategis untuk Ketersediaan Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan: Tinjauan Analitis dan Solusi Prospektif 制定教师和教育人员供应战略计划:分析回顾与前瞻性解决方案

Human resource planning in education plays an important role in improving the quality of education. This research aims to reveal the results of research regarding the analysis of planning needs for teachers and education personnel at SDN Lidah Kulon IV, Surabaya. This research method uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were observational and interviews with school principals. The research results showed that the school collaborated with the Surabaya City Education Office in HR planning. However, schools do not have independent authority in teacher placement. The main challenge faced is a shortage of teachers which has resulted in double workloads for some teachers. To overcome this, SDN Lidah Kulon IV utilizes IT personnel to teach. However, the position of IT personnel has not been officially recognized as a teacher. In conclusion, educational human resource planning requires good coordination between schools and related agencies to ensure teacher needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Organizational culture is a unified system of values that is adhered to and used as guidelines by an organization. Very organizational culture important for achieving organizational effectiveness. Cultural implementation School organization is not much different from the implementation of culture organization in general. Apart from functioning as a school identity what differentiates one school from another, Organizational culture can become a standard of behavior for school citizens influencing the school community to take action experienced. Development of a strong, intimate, conducive organizational culture, and being responsible will provide various benefits for all school residents. This article aims to analyze how students are towards the development of organizational culture in the SMAN environment 13 Surabaya. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique used is interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the development of organizational culture is very influential and important towards SMAN 13 Surabaya, this is proven by culture The organization influences the final results expected by the parties' school as well as being the foundation for implementing internal activities school organization.

Penerapan Konseling Kelompok Behavior pada Peserta Didik di Sekolah 行为团体辅导在学校学生中的应用

Behavior counseling is a therapeutic theory in counseling based on the learning theory that focuses on individual behavior. The research aims to find out how behavioral counseling can be applied in schools and to help counselors learn new behaviors in solving problems through action-oriented techniques. The method used in research is literature review by looking at articles, journals, and books relevant to research topics. The results of the study are discussed in the study of behavioral group counseling, namely: 1) Definition; 2) Techniques, such as systematic desensitization, assertive behavior training, aversion conditioning, modeling of behavior, and behavioral contracting; 3) Implementation stages, like when starting a group, limitation or determination of problems, development and social history, goal setting, technique implementation, evaluation, closing; 4) Use of group behaviors counsel in research; and 5) Advantages and weaknesses of conduct counseling. The expected outcome of behavioral counseling is to change the negative behavior of the individual and maintain the positive behavior that can be done in groups.

This evaluation makes it possible to identify needs for program improvement and development to make it more effective and efficient in the future.in the main text and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.

Integrasi Ego State: Konseling Traumatik Menggunakan Ego State Therapy 自我状态整合:利用自我状态疗法进行创伤咨询

Traumatic experiences make a person unhappy and often filled with excessive fear. For this reason, traumatic counseling services are needed to eliminate the symptoms of trauma experienced by the counselee. Ego state therapy is a short therapy technique based on the premise that personality consists of separate parts. Ego state therapy can effectively treat cases of trauma and excessive fear. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with literature study, namely a series of activities relating to library data collection methods, reading, recording and processing research materials. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. This article aims to find out the integration of ego state therapy. The final result of this research is to discuss: (1) ego state theory, (2) traumatic counseling, (3) ego state therapy techniques.

Analisis Otonomi dan Pembiayaan Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan 分析教育自治和资助在提高教育质量中的作用

This article aims to investigate regional autonomy and education financing management in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, defined as a systematic literature review that is translated into Indonesian. This SLR method uses the PRISMA model. The results of this study show that education financing management affects the quality of school education. Financing management is a process of optimizing existing sources of funds, allocating available funds and distributing them as facilities or means of supporting the learning process so as to create an effective and efficient and much better learning process. To achieve good school quality, education costs must be managed optimally and maximally. Therefore, the stages of education financing management need to be considered and prioritized.
本文旨在研究区域自治和教育经费管理与提高教育质量之间的关系。采用的方法是系统文献综述(SLR)方法,即翻译成印尼语的系统文献综述。这种系统文献综述方法采用 PRISMA 模型。研究结果表明,教育经费管理会影响学校教育质量。经费管理是一个优化现有资金来源、分配可用资金并将其作为支持学习过程的设施或手段进行分配的过程,从而创建一个有效、高效和更好的学习过程。要实现良好的办学质量,必须对教育成本进行最优化和最大化的管理。因此,需要考虑教育经费管理的各个阶段并确定其优先次序。

Curriculum is one of the important elements in education. It contains lesson content and other things needed in the teaching and learning process in an educational institution. Islamic boarding schools are one of the Islamic religious educational institutions which of course use an educational curriculum in them. Along with developments in time and technology, curriculum innovation is needed to create a generation that has the skills and knowledge needed to contribute actively to modern society.
课程是教育的重要元素之一。它包含课程内容和教育机构教学过程中所需的其他内容。伊斯兰寄宿学校是伊斯兰宗教教育机构之一,当然要使用教育课程。随着时代和技术的发展,需要对课程进行创新,以培养具备必要技能和知识的一代人,为现代社会做出积极贡献。
