By clarifying the structural features of phraseological units, we are trying to determine the typological similarities and sharp differences between nominal phraseological units in these languages. You can recognize the grammatical features of the words in each cross by determining the relative aspects of phraseological units. The lexico-grammatical meaning of the main words in phraseological units and the meanings attached to phraseological units are not always compatible. Therefore, in order to determine which group of words phraseological units belong to, it is necessary to compare the meanings of phraseological units and conduct a comprehensive, rather than one-sided, analysis. And phraseological units perform the function of individual words in the Kyrgyz and Arabic languages. The common property of phraseological units in two languages is associated not with the individual meaning of the words included in their composition, but with the meaning given to one word, that is, when it is used instead of one word, no matter how many components it consists of. Phraseologisms in the Kyrgyz and Arabic languages are subject to a specific verbal family, are used in a transitional form in meaning and convey the meaning of one word, which performs the function of one of its members in a sentence.

In 2022-2023 The influence of temperature on the development and reproduction of the codling moth butterfly was studied. Experiments have shown that the optimal temperature regime for mass reproduction of the codling moth in laboratory conditions is within 20-25°C. At low temperatures (15°C), butterflies live 34-35 days, and some individuals can live up to 45-50 days. This shows that these characteristics of butterflies allow them to remain viable in an unfavorable environment, although their reproduction is reduced. The experiments carried out make it possible to obtain the necessary temperature parameters for the development of fruit-eating apple trees.

The study is devoted to the analysis of disability in children with cerebral palsy in the Kyrgyz Republic. Social impairment is typical for children with cerebral palsy, caused in most cases by multiple types of disability - restrictions on physical independence and mobility; ability to obtain an education, and master the basics of professional activity in the future, readiness for integration into society. In addition, there are problems about the impact of medical, demographic, socio-economic factors, as well as health care resources on morbidity statistics and the incidence of cerebral palsy. The article analyzes the activities of the rehabilitation center for children with musculoskeletal disabilities in the city of Osh for 2021-2023. In order to assess the quality of medical rehabilitation, an analysis and assessment of the medical history of the Center for Medical Rehabilitation from 2021-2023 was also carried out. The interviewing was carried out using a questionnaire specially developed by us, including 12 questions. When analyzing the medical history of children diagnosed with cerebral palsy who underwent medical rehabilitation at the center, it was revealed that the main causes of this condition are: birth injuries, intrauterine infection, premature birth, low birth weight, neuroinfection and severe meningococcal infection before the age of years, anemia, congenital malformations and various somatic diseases. The data obtained confirm the need to create a unified database of children with cerebral palsy (CP). This will improve the organization of medical and social rehabilitation of children suffering from cerebral palsy. The joint database will help collect information on the reasons, characteristics and effectiveness of various rehabilitation methods, which in turn will contribute to more effective management and care of this vulnerable group of children.

The presented article presents the results of the study of height inheritance in hybrid combinations of the first generation (F1) of bread wheat. The research was conducted in the 2019-2020 growing season at the Apsheron District Experimental Farm under irrigation conditions. In 32 combinations of hybrids of the first generation (F1), obtained as a result of reciprocal crossing of 9 local varieties («Mirbashir-128», «Azeri», «Gobustan», «Fatima», «Gyrmyzy gul-1», «Murov-2», «Askeran», «Matin» and «Onur»). Studied the height of plants in comparison with parental forms and determined the degree of true heterosis and dominance. In the studied hybrid combinations, a variety from high dominance to depression was found in the transmission of heredity. When analyzing hybrids of bread wheat of the first generation (F1) according to the inheritance of plant height, high dominance was determined in 19 combinations (59.4%), depression — in 8 combinations (25.0%), intermediate heredity - in 5 combinations (15.6% ). Positive heterosis was revealed in 19 combinations (59.4%), negative heterosis - in 13 combinations (40.6%). As a result of the research, it is possible to initially conclude that it is possible to obtain low-growing hybrids by involving in the hybridization a variety of the same height.

After the removal of the pancreas and during its hypofunction, a severe and difficult-to-treat disease called diabetes and sugary urine is observed in humans and animals. Under the influence of glucagon, the process of converting glycogen into glucose begins to take an active form in the liver and some other organs. Glucagon helps to increase the amount of glucose in the blood due to the activation of phosphorylase, which is involved in the breakdown of glycogen in the presence of glucose. Different animals have different sensitivity to glucagon. Glucagon affects fat metabolism and stimulates the breakdown of fat in adipose tissue.

The goal is to study the indicators of somatotropic hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 to assess the effect on anthropometric indicators of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus. 74 children with type 1 diabetes mellitus and 14 children in the control group were examined. Average age 12±3.5 years. The assessment of physical development was carried out on the basis of an assessment of anthropometric indicators — height and body weight with the calculation of BMI and compared with centile tables. Determination of the concentration of hormones such as GH and IGF-1 was determined by special ELISA kits using the enzyme immunoassay method using an analyzer (Mindray MR-96A). The obtained data were subjected to statistical processing. It was revealed that 8 (36.4%) boys and the majority of girls 14 (63.6%) achieved the target level of glycated hemoglobin. Children with T1DM are statistically significant and stunted in height and weight compared to healthy children in the control group.

One of the advantages of plastics over metals and other materials is that there are very simple and inexpensive ways to make products from them. It is known that there are more than 100 methods for manufacturing plastic products. The use of these methods depends on the configuration of the product being manufactured, the technical conditions required of it, its purpose and economic efficiency. Although there are more than 100 processing methods, the most common of them are mainly extrusion in the production of large-sized products, including pipes, sheet materials, webs, various profiles, rods, as well as in the production of medium-sized products. and small parts in terms of quantity, casting pressure and pressing methods. Based on economic indicators, the optimal method for preparing any composite materials should be taken into account and grouped in advance. The development of new technological methods for manufacturing parts and products from polymers and their compositions is of great importance.

This work is devoted to the role of leadership in creating and supporting an effective mentoring system in social institutions, since in Russia there is now a great emphasis on the transformation and improvement of social institutions through the development of the system of providing social services. The development of all these systems expands the range of tasks for employees of social institutions, and as a result, actualizes the research of the mentoring system and related components. The article examines the key theoretical aspects of leadership in the context of the topic under study, as well as the specifics of the development of a mentoring system through the introduction of leadership technologies into it. The paper also presented the results of an empirical study on the topic “Formation of leadership qualities among mentors in social institutions”, within which recommendations were proposed for the development of leadership qualities among mentors in the process of adaptation or professional development of employees, as well as the entire mentoring system in social institutions to further maximize human potential in them.
