The presented article presents the results of the study of height inheritance in hybrid combinations of the first generation (F1) of bread wheat. The research was conducted in the 2019-2020 growing season at the Apsheron District Experimental Farm under irrigation conditions. In 32 combinations of hybrids of the first generation (F1), obtained as a result of reciprocal crossing of 9 local varieties («Mirbashir-128», «Azeri», «Gobustan», «Fatima», «Gyrmyzy gul-1», «Murov-2», «Askeran», «Matin» and «Onur»). Studied the height of plants in comparison with parental forms and determined the degree of true heterosis and dominance. In the studied hybrid combinations, a variety from high dominance to depression was found in the transmission of heredity. When analyzing hybrids of bread wheat of the first generation (F1) according to the inheritance of plant height, high dominance was determined in 19 combinations (59.4%), depression — in 8 combinations (25.0%), intermediate heredity - in 5 combinations (15.6% ). Positive heterosis was revealed in 19 combinations (59.4%), negative heterosis - in 13 combinations (40.6%). As a result of the research, it is possible to initially conclude that it is possible to obtain low-growing hybrids by involving in the hybridization a variety of the same height.

The goal is to study the indicators of somatotropic hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 to assess the effect on anthropometric indicators of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus. 74 children with type 1 diabetes mellitus and 14 children in the control group were examined. Average age 12±3.5 years. The assessment of physical development was carried out on the basis of an assessment of anthropometric indicators — height and body weight with the calculation of BMI and compared with centile tables. Determination of the concentration of hormones such as GH and IGF-1 was determined by special ELISA kits using the enzyme immunoassay method using an analyzer (Mindray MR-96A). The obtained data were subjected to statistical processing. It was revealed that 8 (36.4%) boys and the majority of girls 14 (63.6%) achieved the target level of glycated hemoglobin. Children with T1DM are statistically significant and stunted in height and weight compared to healthy children in the control group.

The study is devoted to the analysis of disability in children with cerebral palsy in the Kyrgyz Republic. Social impairment is typical for children with cerebral palsy, caused in most cases by multiple types of disability - restrictions on physical independence and mobility; ability to obtain an education, and master the basics of professional activity in the future, readiness for integration into society. In addition, there are problems about the impact of medical, demographic, socio-economic factors, as well as health care resources on morbidity statistics and the incidence of cerebral palsy. The article analyzes the activities of the rehabilitation center for children with musculoskeletal disabilities in the city of Osh for 2021-2023. In order to assess the quality of medical rehabilitation, an analysis and assessment of the medical history of the Center for Medical Rehabilitation from 2021-2023 was also carried out. The interviewing was carried out using a questionnaire specially developed by us, including 12 questions. When analyzing the medical history of children diagnosed with cerebral palsy who underwent medical rehabilitation at the center, it was revealed that the main causes of this condition are: birth injuries, intrauterine infection, premature birth, low birth weight, neuroinfection and severe meningococcal infection before the age of years, anemia, congenital malformations and various somatic diseases. The data obtained confirm the need to create a unified database of children with cerebral palsy (CP). This will improve the organization of medical and social rehabilitation of children suffering from cerebral palsy. The joint database will help collect information on the reasons, characteristics and effectiveness of various rehabilitation methods, which in turn will contribute to more effective management and care of this vulnerable group of children.

The head of a company makes important business decisions every day. The profit of the enterprise, the choice of reliable partners and the outcome of the work of the entire team depend on them. At the same time, all managers make management decisions differently. The article talks about the psychological basis for the development of management decisions. The social efficiency of a management decision is considered as the result of achieving social goals for a larger number of employees and the company in a shorter time, with fewer employees, and at lower financial costs. The organizational effectiveness of a management decision lies in the fact that the company’s personnel are involved in this work. Social is embedded in the personnel management mechanism, which includes levers of influence on people to coordinate their activities in the team. Formal relationships are consolidated in the form of functional or organizational structures of departments and the company as a whole. Informal (personal) relationships are established on the basis of common priorities of needs and interests, likes and dislikes. Informal relationships are also fixed in the form of a structure with leaders and subordinates, and have unwritten rules of relationship.

The article describes the problem of creating a lexical minimum when teaching Russian as a non-nativelanguage. In connection with the standardization of language education, the issues of developing and updating the lexical minimum for Russian as a non-nativelanguage are quite acute, since the lexical minimum serves as the main basis for creating textbooks and educational materials. The article defines the lexical minimum in the scientificand methodological literature, describes the principles of its creation, and provides examples of work on the lexical minimum by Russian scientists and researchers in the field of Russian as a foreignlanguage. The work on the development of a lexical minimum for the Russian language as a non-nativelanguage will allow regulating the dynamics of the development of the vocabulary of students and determiningthe lexical component of the content of language teaching. Russian Russian language in the Kyrgyz school is argued for the need to updatethe lexical minimum in the Kyrgyz language, since the developmentof a lexical minimum, taking into account changing realities, will make the process of teaching Russian as a non-nativelanguage more modern and will improve the work on the formation of students' communicative competence.

By clarifying the structural features of phraseological units, we are trying to determine the typological similarities and sharp differences between nominal phraseological units in these languages. You can recognize the grammatical features of the words in each cross by determining the relative aspects of phraseological units. The lexico-grammatical meaning of the main words in phraseological units and the meanings attached to phraseological units are not always compatible. Therefore, in order to determine which group of words phraseological units belong to, it is necessary to compare the meanings of phraseological units and conduct a comprehensive, rather than one-sided, analysis. And phraseological units perform the function of individual words in the Kyrgyz and Arabic languages. The common property of phraseological units in two languages is associated not with the individual meaning of the words included in their composition, but with the meaning given to one word, that is, when it is used instead of one word, no matter how many components it consists of. Phraseologisms in the Kyrgyz and Arabic languages are subject to a specific verbal family, are used in a transitional form in meaning and convey the meaning of one word, which performs the function of one of its members in a sentence.

Discusses the role of differentiated learning in English lessons for the development of key competencies of students, namely informative, social-communicative, as well as self-awareness and problem solving. The author defines the need for diagnostics at the beginning of the lesson in order to determine the level of basic knowledge and adjust the further learning process. Differentiation is gives opportunity to each child, motivates students to learn the language, allows them to achieve the goal of the lesson and make the learning process more effective. Differentiation can be achieved through the content of learning, the process and demonstration of results. Differentiated learning can contribute to the organization of learning at the reproductive, productive and creative levels, taking into account the individual characteristics to develop key competencies of students.

This paper conducts a semantic study of the concept “custom/adat” and its representatives in the Russian and Kyrgyz languages. The conceptual content of the concept “custom/adat” is determined based on the study of relevant articles in explanatory, translated (bilingual), cultural, encyclopedic and other dictionaries. An analysis of Russian and Kyrgyz linguistic units denoting customs, rites, ceremonies and other elements of traditional practice of ethnic groups has been carried out. The study identifies the semantic dominant that organizes the functional-semantic field “custom”; in this regard, some central and peripheral nominees of the concept “custom” are identified and characterized on the basis of the lexicographic, literary, artistic, colloquial and folklore spaces of the two languages being compared. The unity and differences in the linguoethnocultural ideas of native speakers of the Russian and Kyrgyz languages about custom, its types and manifestations are shown, and explicit and implicit types of its nominees are identified. This work fills a small gap in the branches of linguistics that are actively developing in Kyrgyzstan — in cognitive linguistics, ethnolinguistics, linguoculturology, linguistic conceptology and the theory of intercultural communication.
