Small incidents between superpowers may inadvertently affect their diplomatic behaviors, like the Butterfly Effect, pushing their international relations in another direction. This is the case with "Pelosi's Visit to Taiwan" and the "U.S.-China Balloon Incident" on the Sino-American relationship. As the most complicated bilateral relationship in the world today, the reaction of the two superpowers will have a significant impact on the entire world landscape. Despite the historical legacy and the different nature of their societies, which have led to differences in a number of areas, the two sides continue to seek opportunities for cooperation in various fields. The evolving Sino-US relations with peace as the main theme should be trusted by the whole world. This paper analyzes these two small events by using the theoretical knowledge of Realism, Constructivism, and International Political Economy in the Science of International Politics to explore the implied meanings behind them and the reasons why the two superpowers responded in this way.

This paper examines the intersection of language, identity, and well-being among Chinese international students, with a focus on counseling considerations. The unique experiences and challenges faced by Chinese international students in navigating linguistic, cultural, and psychological dimensions are explored within the context of higher education. Drawing upon a review of existing literature and empirical research, this study investigates the impact of language barriers, cultural identity, and acculturation processes on the well-being of Chinese international students. Furthermore, the paper discusses the role of counseling in addressing the mental health needs of this population, considering the factors that influence help-seeking behaviors and counseling outcomes. This paper offers insights into effective counseling approaches tailored to support the linguistic, cultural, and psychological well-being of Chinese international students in U.S. higher education settings. Recommendations for counseling practice, policy development, and future research are provided to enhance the capacity of counseling services to address the diverse needs of Chinese international students and promote their holistic development and academic success.

In contemporary film and television, many creative works use excellent literary works as the basis of adapted scripts. Many not-so-excellent literary works have been adapted into film and television works that the audience knows and loves. Adapting literary works into film and television has always occupied a significant position in film history. This article will compare JoJo Rabbit and the original novel Gaging Skies to explore the adaptation of movies based on literary works that align with human ethics in today's social environment and the successful deconstruction of literature by film. And reinvention. This article elaborates on the expression of the theme in JoJo Rabbit from multiple dimensions, such as the comparison between the script and the original work, the current situation of film adaptations, and the excellent use of audio-visual language in the film. Finally, a multi-angle comparison of the original novel and the film summarizes how the film deconstructs and reshapes the literary adaptation of the original work and the profound impact of scholarly works on adapters.

This paper begins by analyzing the current status of property service disputes, examining the complex legal relationships, widespread and voluminous disputes, and intense group struggles, revealing the true state of property service disputes. The article then focuses on introducing the main types of damage to property owners rights in property service disputes to demonstrate the necessity of safeguarding property owners rights from a defensive perspective. Simultaneously, it presents the concept, types, qualifications for exercising the right of defense, and the statute of limitations, comprehensively analyzing the real challenges faced by property owners in property service disputes, including issues such as the lack of legal provisions, the absence of clear standards for defining property service quality, obstacles to property owners exercising the right of defense due to internal and external factors, and jurisdictional attributes causing inconsistent judgments in similar cases. Finally, the paper proposes measures to improve the system for property owners right of defense and the protection of legitimate rights and interests in property service disputes, including the rational allocation of burden of proof, enhancing legal provisions for standardized discretion, refining the evaluation mechanism for the property service industry, and leveraging the primary role of the property owners committee and the supervisory role of property owners.

This study and experimentation focus on understanding the origin of Music Performance Anxiety (MPA) and the relationship between music education and alleviating MPA. It reveals the crucial role of music education in inhibiting and mitigating Music Performance Anxiety. Both domestic and international research indicate that various psychological therapies can alleviate MPA, and these therapeutic approaches can be integrated into music education. This implies an inseparable connection between the occurrence and alleviation of Music Performance Anxiety in music classrooms.

This research examines the influence of the Magna Carta during the reign of King John, a time characterized by his authoritarian governance and fiscal requisitions. The study examines the impact of the Magna Carta, which arose from the rebellion of the barons against King John. It altered the balance of power by questioning the notion of the divine right of kings and laying the groundwork for the establishment of parliamentary systems and legal changes. The study emphasizes the Magna Cartas significance as not just a legal instrument, but also as a catalyst for change in English political history. The Magna Carta championed individual liberties and laid the foundation for a system of government where representatives are elected and the principle of legal governance is upheld. The research finishes by highlighting the modern relevance of the Magna Carta in government and education, and advocating for a more profound comprehension of its historical and present importance.

This paper explores the multifaceted impact of early language and literacy development on children's cognitive and social-emotional growth, and the role of data-driven instructional strategies in enhancing educational outcomes. Through a detailed review of quantitative studies and academic research, we demonstrate how early linguistic exposure and literacy practices contribute significantly to cognitive abilities, empathetic understanding, emotional regulation, and academic success. Furthermore, we discuss the integration of personalized learning, technology, and continuous assessment as pivotal elements in modern educational frameworks that support diverse learning needs. The discussion extends to the implications of these findings for educational policy and the cultivation of lifelong learners, emphasizing the importance of early interventions and the potential of technological advancements in the field of language and literacy education.

This paper discusses the evolution of women's portrayal in art, from objectified figures in early history to empowered subjects in modern times. Initially, women were depicted through the male gaze, embodying idealized beauty or fulfilling societal roles. During the Renaissance, this trend continued with artists like Raffaello Santi, who focused on physical beauty but often overlooked real-life women's experiences. The paper then highlights a shift to representing everyday women, as seen in works like Jean Franois Millet's "The Gleaners," yet these portrayals still echoed traditional gender norms. The narrative progresses with the emergence of female artists challenging these conventional depictions. Figures like Kathe Kollwitz and Sylvia Sleigh reversed the male gaze, empowering women as active subjects in art. The paper concludes by emphasizing the transformation in art from objectifying women to portraying them as autonomous and influential, mirroring societal shifts in gender roles and perceptions.
