Researchers conducted research at the Southwest Sumba Regency Environmental Service. This research aims to determine the implementation of government policy in the provision of regional waste final disposal sites in Southwest Sumba Regency along with the inhibiting factors. This research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that: (1) the implementation of the Southwest Sumba Regency Regional Regulation policy Number 12 of 2019 concerning Final Disposal Sites for regional waste in Southwest Sumba Regency has not been implemented, this is due to the communication and socialization aspect of reducing regional waste. Consistency is also still minimal because there have been no firm efforts to implement administrative sanctions for business actors who do not pay fees or people who throw rubbish at illegal waste dumping sites. Based on the research results, most of the human resources implementing this policy, especially supervisors, only have a bachelor's degree or equivalent at the Environmental Service of Southwest Sumba Regency. Limited budgets make it difficult to procure machines for waste recycling, considering that the price per unit is expensive and it is not yet possible to provide them to villages, sub-districts, and the, entire community in Southwest Sumba Regency. Facilities and infrastructure are also limited, as many tools are in a damaged condition. Temporary disposal sites in several sub-districts have limited waste capacity. In terms of organizational structure, there are Standard Operating Procedures related to the provision of Regional Waste Final Disposal Sites and fragmentation involving the Southwest Sumba Regency Environmental Service. (2) Factors inhibiting the implementation of policies regarding final waste disposal sites in Southwest Sumba Regency, low public awareness of waste disposal, lack of firmness in implementing sanctions, lack of human resources, and budget limitations.

The use of augmented reality technology as an auxiliary medium in the wheel selection process is proof of the very rapid development of technology. An effective way to make work easier is by utilizing augmented reality technology, namely combining two-dimensional objects or three-dimensional objects that are applied to the real world. In other words, augmented reality is a combination of two or three-dimensional objects with the real world. A lot of time and energy is simply spent during the process of replacing car rims because the car owner does not feel comfortable with how to disassemble the rims, therefore the augmented reality application is a breakthrough to simplify and speed up the process of selecting rims, the method used is concept, design, assembly, testing, and distribution. The result of the research is an augmented reality application to simplify the process of selecting and replacing car rims on Impala auto fashion.

Law No. 20 of 2003 on the national education system emphasizes the purpose of national education to form individuals of faith, piety, noble character, and knowledge. Pesantren also has a dual role as a translator of Islamic teachings and as a traditional educational institution that maintains moral values in the times. This study aims to determine the origin of pesantren and institutional growth. The method used is the literature study method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that the origin of pesantren and the institutional growth of pesantren in Indonesia originated from a simple practice where individuals who mastered Islamic religious knowledge began to teach their knowledge to the surrounding community. Over time, pesantren became an important Islamic educational institution in the history and development of Indonesia. Pesantren have a variety of types, from very traditional to very modern, reflecting the diversity in Islamic education systems and approaches in Indonesia.

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that has an important role in the development of Indonesian society. Pesantren has been part of the culture and tradition of Indonesian society for centuries. This study aims to examine the implementation of pesantren curriculum renewal as an effort to improve the life skills and entrepreneurial knowledge of pesantren graduates. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is a literature study obtained from Google Scholar. The data that has been collected is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the direction of updating the pesantren curriculum had a positive impact on improving the life skills and entrepreneurial interests of pesantren graduates. This can be seen from the increasing ability of pesantren graduates in terms of the ability to think critically and solve problems, the ability to communicate and collaborate, the ability to adapt to change, and entrepreneurial interest. The renewal of pesantren has implications including improving the quality of education in pesantren, increasing the competitiveness of pesantren, and increasing the role of pesantren in society. However, pesantren renewal must be done carefully so as not to eliminate the basic values of pesantren.

In this comprehensive study, the focus revolves around delineating the intricate dynamics between service quality, hotel image, tourist satisfaction, and loyalty within the context of Artotel Group Hotel Bali. The pivotal role of service quality emerges as a central theme, elucidating that the realization of good service quality hinges upon the proficiency of human resources. The study underscores the significance of competent personnel in achieving maximum service values, which is further augmented by the presence of well-equipped infrastructure and facilities. Drawing on the theoretical framework of satisfaction, the researchers employ a quantitative descriptive method to delve into the nuances of these interconnections. Unveiling the outcomes of their investigation, the study propounds that both service quality and the hotel image wield a positive and statistically significant impact on tourist satisfaction during their sojourn at Artotel Group Hotel Bali. This illuminates a direct correlation wherein heightened service quality and a positive hotel image contribute to an elevated level of satisfaction among tourists residing at Artotel Group Hotel Bali. Consequently, the study not only underscores the critical importance of service quality and hotel image but also establishes a concrete link between these factors and the overall satisfaction of tourists, providing valuable insights for enhancing the hospitality experience at Artotel Group Hotel Bali.

This quantitative study investigates the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention among employees at PT. X Yogyakarta. Utilizing a correlational design, the researchers sampled 48 participants aged between 21 to 48 years old, employing a saturated sampling technique. The research employed the Turnover Intention scale and the Job Satisfaction scale for measurement. The findings affirm a significant and negative relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention among PT. X Yogyakarta's workforce. In other words, higher job satisfaction levels correspond to lower turnover intention, while lower job satisfaction leads to higher turnover intention. These results have crucial implications for the organization, emphasizing the importance of enhancing job satisfaction to mitigate turnover intentions. By understanding the inverse relationship between these two variables, PT. X Yogyakarta can devise targeted strategies and interventions to improve overall employee satisfaction, consequently reducing turnover rates. It is worth noting that the study's correlational design does not imply causation, and further research might explore the underlying factors that contribute to job satisfaction and turnover intention at PT. X Yogyakarta. Nevertheless, these findings offer valuable insights for the organization to foster a positive work environment, boost employee morale, and retain a committed and satisfied workforce.
