The primary objective of this research is to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for Kembangan Regional Hospital through a thorough SWOT analysis. The study aims to determine effective segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies for the hospital, coupled with an examination of the current marketing mix. By employing Operational Research within a qualitative methodological framework, the research seeks to derive valuable insights for optimizing strategic alternatives in the realm of healthcare services. Data collection involved a survey of 40 outpatients at the hospital and utilized Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with various sources and observational methods. The purposive sampling method was employed to select informants for a more targeted and insightful analysis. FGD results revealed a robust internal situation for Kembangan Hospital and identified numerous external opportunities, outweighing potential threats. In terms of service products, the hospital has demonstrated innovation by enhancing existing services, including prompt Medical Check-Up (MCU) services, specialized treatment options for TB-RO and MDR patients, and dedicated services for HIV patients. The shift from conventional to digital promotional media has been recognized, with the utilization of social media and other digital platforms to enhance outreach and engagement. This research sets the stage for formulating optimal marketing strategies that align with the strengths and opportunities identified, fostering the continued growth and success of Kembangan Regional Hospital in the competitive healthcare landscape.

Ensuring comprehensive medical records is a crucial aspect of delivering effective healthcare in hospitals, with a particular focus on dental services. This research delves into the dynamics of the relationship between a dentist's behavior and the completeness of odontogram filling. The study focuses on a comprehensive analysis of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and facilitating conditions. Through this examination, the goal is to positively influence dentist behavior, leading to improvements in the quality of odontography documentation. The findings aim to contribute valuable insights for enhancing dental practices. Adopting a qualitative research methodology with a scoping review approach, the investigation identifies various categories of dentist behavior in filling out electronic medical records. These categories are delineated based on the multifaceted aspects of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and facilitating conditions. To augment the completeness of odontography filling, the research underscores the importance of considering the factors identified within these aspects. By addressing the nuanced interplay between these elements, interventions can be strategically designed to positively impact dentist behavior and, consequently, elevate the standard of odontography documentation. This research contributes valuable insights to the ongoing efforts aimed at refining the implementation of health services and ensuring meticulous medical record-keeping, particularly in the dental domain.

This research aims to examine the influence of ESG Score, NPL, Bank Size, Bank Capital, Liquidity Risk, Bank Liquidity, revenue growth, Bank Leverage, Economic Growth, Inflation, Diversification, Labor Productivity, and ESG Score Moderating on Bank performance, which is shown with the achievement of Return on Assets. The research sample used in this research is banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. Data was taken from time series data which contains data from 2018 to 2022 for the independent variable and bank performance as the dependent variable. The research methodology used is Ordinary Least Squares using Eviews 12 software. The findings and contributions in this research are that ESG Score, Non-Performing Loans, Bank Leverage, Economic Growth, and Inflation influence bank performance. Meanwhile, Bank Size, Bank Capital, Liquidity Risk, Bank Liquidity, and revenue growth do not have a significant effect on changes in bank performance. Bank Leverage, Economic Growth, and Inflation have a positive and significant effect on changes in bank performance, while ESG Score and Non-Performing Loans have a negative and significant effect on changes in bank performance. Banks can take advantage of Bank Leverage, Economic Growth, and Inflation opportunities to improve their performance so that investors are interested in buying bank shares. Low and controlled Non-Performing Loans will increase banking profits, thereby improving the bank's performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for banks and investors to consider ESG Score, Non-Performing Loans, Bank Leverage, Economic Growth, and Inflation in managing their business and in making investment decisions.

Jami Adji Amir Hasanoeddin mosque is a symbol of the cultural and historical development of the city, especially regarding the entry of Islam into Kutai Kartanegara. The arrival of Islam in the Kutai kingdom certainly brought great cultural influence and acculturation, including the mosque style. In the context of the development of an increasingly globalized city and as a symbol that supports the image of the city, the architectural identity of the Jami Adji Amir Hasanoeddin Mosque needs to be identified as a guide in facing possible changes. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data were collected through interviews and field observations. The units of observation are determined based on the research framework compiled from the theory of architectural identity. The unit of observation for architectural identity includes spatial organization, time, semantics, design principles, building form, building materials, and context with the environment. From the results of the study, it was found that there was acculturation of Kutai, Javanese, Malay, Middle Eastern, and Dutch Indis architecture from each unit of observation of Architectural Identity.

There was an agreement to buy and sell Antam gold between the seller, namely PT Aneka Tambang Tbk, which is a State-Owned Enterprise, and the buyer, namely someone from Surabaya. This agreement has legal consequences for the parties who make it and must be implemented in good faith. As agreed, the buyer has the right to receive Antam gold and is obliged to pay a certain amount of money according to the agreement between the parties. On the other hand, the seller has the right to receive a certain amount of money and is obliged to provide Antam gold by the sale and purchase agreement agreed upon by the parties. In this case, the buyer has paid the amount of money according to the agreed nominal value, but not all of the Antam gold received has been received. The buyer has tried to ask the seller for their rights but they have not been given them. On the other hand, the seller is a State-Owned Enterprise which in essence must not cause state losses. Regarding the resolution of the case, it was carried out through the courts. Data analysis in this research was carried out using descriptive analysis methods of averages and percentages. The approach applied is the UTAUT method (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. UTAUT is formed by three main factors, condition of work facilities, impact of information technology systems, and service user request. The variables CWF, IITS, and SUR simultaneously influence the variables EC, and ( 2) the dependent variable UB is simultaneously influenced by the EC variable. The CWF variable partially and significantly influences the EC variable. (2) the IITS variable partially and significantly influences the EC variable (3) the SUR variable partially and significantly influences the EC variable. The independent variable influences EC is 47.1% while the independent variable EC influences UB by 55.3%.
