Family has a great influence on Islamic education in terms of the formation of the personality of students, because that atmosphere of the first education will always be a memory throughout his lifetime. The family is the first educational institution, where students first receive education and guidance from their parents or other family members. Besides mothers and fathers as natural educators there are usually grandparents, uncles, aunts, maybe even older siblings as adults who directly and indirectly carry out the role of educators in the family. This is the place to lay the foundations of the personality of students at a young age, because at this age children are more sensitive to the influence of their educators (parents and other members). In the teachings of Islam it has been stated by the prophet Muhammad. In his saying: "Every child is born in a state of nature, then in fact his parents make him madjusi, judaism, or Christian

The purpose of this research is to explain the construction unit work contract and the responsibility for the risk of building failure that can be applied to one of the government procurement of goods and services at the Pekanbaru Search and Rescue Office. This research method is carried out through a stage in accordance with this type of research, namely empirical juridical. The result of this research found that the construction unit work contract and the responsibility for the risk of building failure at the Pekanbaru Search and Rescue Office should have been carried out by direct appointment. However, the procurement was instead carried out through a tender mechanism. The reason is that the Commitment Making Officer, Goods/Services Procurement Committee at the Pekanbaru Search and Rescue Office are not aware of the direct appointment rule. Liability for building failure if the construction unit work contract and responsibility for the risk of building failure at the Pekanbaru Search and Rescue Office are carried out without a direct appointment will be difficult to determine the responsibility. The construction service provider, whether it is the first construction work or construction consultancy, cannot be held liable for building failure if the building failure is caused by the fault of the follow-up work carried out by a different construction service provider. Conversely, it is also difficult for the construction service provider of the follow-on works to be held liable if the fault lies with the first construction works or construction consultancy

As a person ages, the physiological function of the body decreases so that the risk of vitamin D deficiency and gout. The increasing elderly population can create a new era, namely the aging population. This study aims to see the relationship between vitamin D levels and uric acid levels in the elderly at Santa Anna Nursing Home. This study is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design with 70 elderly respondents living in Santa Anna Nursing Home, Jakarta. The correlation test is performed using the Pearson Correlation Test. There is a significant negative relationship between vitamin D levels and uric acid levels. In 23 elderly obtained average vitamin D levels of 36.9 + 8.4 ng / mL while high uric acid as many as 23 elderly (46%) with an average of 6.24 ± 1.9 mg / mL. From bivariate analysis, vitamin D levels were significantly associated with uric acid levels (r: -0.295, p: 0.037). There was a significant relationship between vitamin D levels and uric acid levels in the elderly at Santa Anna Nursing Home with a value of p = 0.041 (p < 0.05)

This study examines the variables of Affiliate Marketing, Viral Marketing, Sales Volume, and Sales Performance. Conducted in Kuningan Regency, West Java, with a population of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the region, the number of research samples was 160. The type of research used is Quantitative Descriptive with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as the analysis model. The results showed a significant influence between Affiliate Marketing and Viral Marketing on Sales Volume. However, there is no significant influence between Affiliate Marketing and Sales Performance. In contrast, Viral Marketing is proven to have a significant influence on Sales Performance. In addition, Sales Volume is shown to have a significant influence on Sales Performance. The findings contribute to practical understanding for MSMEs and related parties in optimising marketing strategies, especially through SEM model analysis. This study also identifies the existence of indirect effects, showing that both Affiliate Marketing and Viral Marketing have an influence on Sales Performance through the intermediary variable of Sales Volume

In 2019, a previously unidentified coronavirus was named COVID-19. This virus can infect everyone without exception, including brain injury patients. Because this virus is relatively new, there have not been many studies examining the interaction of COVID-19 with brain injury. The purpose of this study was to examine the profile of brain injury patients with COVID-19 at Dr. Soetomo Hospital. Method This study was conducted with a descriptive observational method with a retrospective approach. The data taken came from the medical records of Dr. Soetomo Hospital. The results of 56 brain injury patients with COVID-19, the majority of whom were male, most of whom were in the age range of 40 – 59 years, mild brain injury cases were the most dominant, the average length of patient stay was 16.4 days and patient mortality was 30.4%.

This research aims to analyze the utilization of Net Zero Carbon school buildings in primary and secondary schools in Jakarta and its implications on students' green behavior and the involvement of various stakeholders in supporting the net zero school program in efforts to reduce emissions in the city of Jakarta. This study employs qualitative methods, gathering data through questionnaires, interviews, and document studies. The findings indicate that, besides producing a low Energy Consumption Index or being energy efficient, Net Zero Carbon schools also have a positive impact on increasing students' awareness and sustainable behaviors. Stakeholder engagement is found to be crucial in supporting the implementation and success of this initiative. These findings provide insights for further development in sustainable building in the education sector

Supreme Court Regulation Number 02 of 2012 concerning Adjustment of the Limits of Light Criminal Acts and the Amount of Fines was created with the intention of facilitating law enforcement, especially judges, to administer justice in the cases they adjudicate. However, in practice, restorative justice with ADR methods has not been optimally applied to light criminal acts. One of the areas with the most disparities is the issue of light criminal acts in the field of the environment. Therefore, this research aims to determine what constitutes light criminal acts in the field of the environment and to understand the legal protection for perpetrators of light criminal acts in the field of the environment. The research method used is a normative juridical method using secondary legal sources. The results of the study indicate the scope of light criminal acts in the field of the environment. Criminal acts regulated in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management are specified in Articles 41 to 44 of Law Number 32 of 2009. If there is minor theft for environmental results, the Criminal Code must also be considered as the legal framework specifically regulating theft (lex specialis derogat legi generali). Legal protection for perpetrators of light criminal acts in the field of the environment must align with the goals of criminalization, with sociological, ideological, and juridical-philosophical approaches, based on the fundamental assumption that criminal acts disrupt the balance, harmony, and coherence in community life
