The position of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body in the judicial power law is not as a court institution but carries out an adjudicating function called a Quasi Court with resolution through mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, the decisions of which are final and binding. The formulation of the problem in this paper is: Why is legal protection needed for consumers as a Quasi Court from the Final Decision of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK)? Meanwhile, the method used in this research is the normative method, using a statutory and analytical approach, then the legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Consumers are weaker in existence than business actors, because business actors often carry out actions that can harm consumers to gain profits, therefore consumers need to receive legal protection, even though UUPK has been formed to resolve disputes through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK), but the BPSK decision which is final and binding has not been fully implemented consistently as stated in the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK), because there is still an opportunity to submit objections for parties who object to the BPSK decision.

The management of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) at GMIM Betlehem Kindergarten Tataraan II Tondano presents challenges that demand attention. This study delves into the intricacies of PAUD management implementation. Conducted at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea (GMIM), the research scrutinizes the management practices within the institution. The data collection employed a combination of documentation, observation, and interview methods. The evaluation of PAUD management yields insightful findings. Notably, observation proves to be an effective tool in fostering students' object recognition and social abilities. Several components constitute the management of PAUD at GMIM Betlehem Kindergarten Tataraan II. The meticulous planning involves formulating a vision, mission, and institutional objectives, creating a comprehensive academic calendar, developing yearly programs structured into semesters, and crafting weekly and daily activity plans. Despite these efforts, the program's yearly updates lack responsiveness to on-the-ground developments. Implementation faces challenges due to insufficient teaching staff, a consequence of the substantial number of students in each class. Evaluating student progress is crucial, with the research emphasizing two stages: learning assessment and progress reporting. The assessment incorporates techniques such as observation, performance demonstrations, and anecdotal records. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse, serving as a benchmark for educators to refine future teaching plans. In essence, addressing the complexities of PAUD management at GMIM Betlehem Kindergarten Tataraan II requires strategic planning, sufficient staffing, and a commitment to adapting programs based on regular assessments.

This research aims to analyze and describe: the quality planning process, quality implementation, and quality evaluation at SD INpres Kema III, North Minahasa Regency. This research uses a naturalistic qualitative method, where data collection uses techniques: participant observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that 1) the process of improving the quality at SD Inpres Kema III went through stages: first, evaluation and analysis of the implementation of learning in the previous academic year by the principal, second, preparation of a quality improvement plan based on the results of the evaluation of the implementation of learning in the previous year, third, presentation of the evaluation results in the principal and the new quality improvement program plan at the meeting at the beginning of the school year (attended by the teacher council and school committee), the fourth discussion of the work program plan for the new school year, 2) quality implementation is by the quality improvement plan. In the process, the school principal acts as a "guardian" for the harmonization of organizational performance. This role is carried out in the form of 1) ensuring student security by ensuring that the fence is locked so that no one comes in and out without the principal's knowledge, 2) monitoring the presence of teachers in teaching, 3) ensuring the creation of education without violence (harmonious education), 4 ) motivator for teachers, 5) liaison between schools and parents/committees, 6) as a monitor for program implementation, 7) director when there is an imbalance in the implementation of activities, 8) counselor for teacher problems at school. Apart from the role of school principals and teachers, environmental support has a strategic role in improving the quality of SD Inpres Kema III. Groups that play a role include 1) government, 2) school committees, 3) Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and 4) National Companies operating in North Minahasa Regency.

The prevalence of renal stones is about 15% of the population. The trend is increasing with a high recurrence rate of up to 50% in 5 years, demanding a more sophisticated treatment for renal stones. ESWL is a treatment for less than 2 cm renal stones with good outcomes. Although ESWL is a technique with many advantages, many factors contribute to the outcome of ESWL with size and stones density as the most important factor. Oral dissolution therapy (ODT) has been used for decades and its effect on renal stones is beneficial to dissolve and prevent renal stones recurrence. The combination of ODT and ESWL is not yet recommended by current guidelines. The purpose of this systematic review is to summarize the latest evidence on the role of ODT in increasing the efficacy of ESWL for renal stones. The database used in this study are PubMed and Cochrane using keywords “urolithiasis”, “renal”, “shock wave”, “citrate”, and “oral dissolution therapy”. The outcome of the article sought is stone fragmentation after ESWL. 4 studies were included, and 3 compared the outcome between ESWL alone and ESWL combined with ODT. The outcome of combined therapy shows superior outcomes compared to ESWL alone with fewer sessions required for stone clearance or a higher chance for stone fragmentation. One study in children showed 100% stone clearance after ESWL with ODT, which was higher than the average success rate of ESWL in children with renal stones. Oral dissolution therapy may have a role in increasing the efficacy of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy for patients with less than 2 cm renal stones.

Cardiovascular Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA) examination in diagnosing and evaluating congenital heart disease in pediatrics can make radiation exposure controversial and can lead to cancer risk. Development of parameter settings or modifications, namely tube voltage (kVp), pitch, and rotation time as an effort to optimize radiation dose to produce very low radiation dose. Apart from that, iterative reconstruction techniques are used as a reconstruction method to reduce noise to improve image quality. This study aimed to determine the effect of modifying 3 parameters using the iterative reconstruction technique on radiation dose, image quality, and anatomical information in pediatric CCTA examinations with clinical congenital heart disease at Harapan Kita Heart Hospital. Experimental research with a nonequivalent design. The results of this research are that the modification of 3 MSCT parameters and the iterative reconstruction technique produces a very low radiation dose which is significant at p = 0.000, with an average CTDIvol of 0.314 mGy, DLP 5.518 mGy.cm and can maintain different but not significant image quality, namely p = 0.72 in pulmonary artery SNR, p = 0.88 in ascending aorta SNR, p = 0.37 in pulmonary artery CNR and p = 0.41 in ascending aorta CNR so that it can provide anatomical information on contrast enhancement in the aorta and pulmonary artery area p = 0.02, extra cardiac analysis p = 0.04, contrast filling atria and ventricles p = 0.05, arterial and venous abnormalities p = 0.01, artifacts p = 0.17. Anatomical information is still informative in making a diagnosis. This study used a sample of 30 patients in the control group and intervention group using a purposive sampling method. Modification of 3 MSCT parameters with iterative reconstruction techniques provides an important contribution to the development of safe and informative scanning techniques for diagnosis.

Hospitals function to provide complete health services, both curative and preventive, to the community. Hospital pharmacy installations have an important role in managing medicines such as selection, planning, procurement, storage, distribution, and use of medicines. Planning drug needs is one of the important factors in selecting the type and determining the amount of drug needs. To formulate a strategy, you must start with a situation analysis, one of which is using a SWOT analysis. To determine a SWOT analysis of drug planning in hospitals using a Scoping Review approach. This study uses a Scoping Review method of research using a qualitative approach. Searching for research data sources used the PRISMA-ScR flow diagram which came from several databases such as Google Scholar, ProQuest, and Science Direct. Where published in the last 5 years (2019-2023). Search results using the database obtained 1524 articles. After that, we checked the research location and the year the article was submitted, 1517 articles did not meet the inclusion criteria. A SWOT analysis was carried out from the seven articles. SWOT analysis is the most appropriate analysis for carrying out drug planning in hospitals. Using SWOT analysis makes it easier to determine opportunities and strategies that will be used in the next process.

This study analyzes and explains the effect of counseling guidance, parenting patterns, and school environment on the learning independence of students who experience unfavorable conditions because it is seen that in schools there are still violations of school rules. This is because the counseling guidance is not running optimally. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, but before the test is carried out, the validity and reliability tests are carried out first.
